Fight
I try and fight the urge to take the blade to my skin.
To feel that sweet sting as I makes it's way through.
I struggle not to add to the scars.
But the need to feel that rush is so great.
To feel at peace if only for a few minutes.
I am weak and fail as the knife hits its mark.
