An Unwanted Love 2: Jason's Revenge

    I walked across the campus towards the church.  I looked up to see an alarming amount of activity around the church.  I ran to the church, one of the preists recognized me and told the police to let me pass.  He took me inside the church.  "My dear I am glad you have come.  I am sorry but I have some bad news.  Father Savior is dead, it was the handy work of Jason."

    "But Jason is in hell he can not get out.  I was assured of that."  I said starting to go in to a blind panic.

    "He and his father must have a very powerful witch on their side."  He said.  "Another protector is coming.  Father Savior said if anything should happen to him that you are to be given this."  He held out his hand, a cross with a serpent wrapped around it was in his hand.  "This was crafted for you.  The eyes of the serpent are light blue diamonds.  This will protect you."  He placed it on me.

    "Thank you.  I must be getting to my dorm room my room mate might be worried I left a party because I thought something had happened."  I said.

    "You felt something."  He said.

    "Yes something bad.  I can not describe it but I knew I had to come here right away."   I said getting up and I walked out of the church.  I was walking with out no real destination.

    "Hey Angel."  I heard Faith yell.  I looked up and saw her running towards me.  "Hey I saw you bail on the party.  Something wrong?"

    "No I just needed to go somewhere."  I said.

    "Cool cross."  She said and picked it up.  Then unexpectingly she tore it from my neck.  She looked up her eyes blaze with evil.  "To bad you can't keep it where you are going."  She started laughing.

    I turned around and started for the church.  Jason stepped in to view.  I skid to a stop effectively landing on my butt for my effort.  He stepped forward and I scoot back to get away but then remembered Faith.  "Well my love.  Where do you think your going?"

    "Out of here that is where."  I said and rolled off to my left but then switched to my right.  I got on my feet and ran as fast as I could around a huge oak for the church again.  I broke through some bushes to get to the door.  I tried to open it but it was locked.  I started to bang on the door.  "Father open up please it is Angel.  Please open up."  The door opened and I slipped inside.

    "My dear what is wrong you are trembling like a leaf?"  He asked and closed the door.

    "You were right he is back and I know who has been helped him return to earth."  I cried.  

    "Oh dear.  Come let me get you..."  He started rushing me to the front of the church when the doors burst open.  We turned to see Jason step in.  

    "I was always told the son of the devil could never walk with in the house of god."  I said.

    "You are wrong my little bride.  I always could and always can.  Now come to me Angel."  He said and held out his right hand to me.  The priest grabbed my left hand and tugged me to run.  We ran to the front of the church.  A cloud of smoke began to rise from the floor, which made us stop.  Faith appeared from the cloud.

    "I thought you were my friend."  I told her.

    "You thought wrong."  She said and started to walk towards us.  The priest looked back to see Jason advancing on us.

    "This way."  He tugged me to the left.  We crossed over the pews to the left wall and ran along the wall to a door.  We got to it.  He opened it and pushed me in first.  "Go down the stairs and keep running."  He said slammed the door and locked it.  I did just as he said and started to rush down the stairs.  After what seemed like hours, which was only five minutes I heard the door burst open above.  I started to move faster.  I finally got to the bottom.  The room was big with five paths to go through.  I stood a looked for a second then finally decided on the forth path and started running.

    My heart was pounding in my ears and my legs were so very tired.  I slowed down and listened.  Nothing.  I started to walk slowly down the path trying to get my heart to stop racing.  I heard a sound and stopped.  Running water, it was coming from in front of me.  I walked a little faster.  I finally walked out of the path and in to what looked like an underground riverbed.  I walked to the edge and saw the water flowing and my reflection.  I knelt down on the ground and kept my eyes on my reflection.  I hand started to reach out to the reflection when Jason appeared behind me in the reflection.  I turned and he caught my shoulders before I could do anything and pulled me up.  He seemed taller for some reason than the last time I saw him.

    "Well, look at what I have found for myself an Angel."  He said placing his hand on my hair lightly and stroked it.  He placed his other hand over my heart.  "What is this, your heart is racing my dear.  Now that is not good."  He looked straight and deep in to my eyes.  "Now sleep my dear, sleep."  No matter how I fought my eyes started to close.  Finally they closed and I started to fall.

    Jason caught Angel quickly then he vanished with her.  They reappeared in Angel and Faith's dorm room.  Faith was waiting with Angel's jewelry box in hand.  The mirror's image was not that of the room they were in but of Jason's room.  Faith walked through the mirror first.  Then Jason crossed through the mirror with Angel in his arms.
