Slight Problems

AHHHHHHHHHH! Stupid, friggin', bloody computer!
It has been on the fritz all week... to be more exact... one week and a half. So I was not able to write on my stories or anything at all... the damn thing would not even start up right.

That really peeves me off, you know. At least it is back to normal. I think it was my brother's fault... because there was some vital files missing from the computer that I wouldn't had deleted... but it seems as if he deletes things on my computer without permission... how rude.

He is just lucky enough that he did not delete all of my files, inducing my text chapters for Fagging and my other story, Aurorean tales.
If he had... well, let us just say I would had redefined the meaning of hell for him.

The joy of siblings. *rolls eyes*

However, enough of my comp problems, let's get on with the story!
=============================================================================

It was a beautiful Sunday morning, so both Adonis' parents were outside in the backyard and the front, working on a garden of their's to improve the look of their new house.

However, Both Adonis and Axel were inside, having no interest in that sort of thing. They both were both engaged in a deadly match... a fight of life and death.
They were playing Mortal Kombat on the SNES.

"Oh bloody hell!" Axel groaned, as Adonis' character, a masked woman with the deadly steel razor-sharp fans, beheaded his character for a third time.
Making it fourfourth time, that Adonis had completely crushed him in a very gory yet very creative way.
"Why do I get the feeling that you'd had just too much practice at this?" Axel grumbled, as he went back to the character selection to select a much better character.

Axel had selected Sub-Visser just as Adonis started laughing.
"Actually, I don't play this game very much at all... But the secret of success at something like this, is to only play a character whose moves and attacks you're very familiar with. I have always played the women in the video games."

"You only play the women. Why?" Axel asked, his eyebrows rising.

"Because I've found that to make up for their cute but misleading appearances, they're often given their own unique attacks that the rest of the males couldn't even pull off if their life depended on it. They also usually get cool weapons while most of the males, as you can see... usually just fight barehanded. Therefore, the women here actually have an advantage over the men in the video games, or at least I think so."

"Sounds like gender discrimation to me, if you ask me. Both women and men should have the skills and the ability to have any weapons...The game producers shouldn't give the women something more extra that the men don't have just because they thought the women would be completely be weak otherwise. That's just unfair that the women gets cool weapons while the males don't."

"Actually, in this game... a few of the males do get their own weapons. Like your new character, he actually has a weapon of his own... he has a thing that shoots out of his wrist. I think you press the arrow opposite of what he's facing at the moment, and then press X or B to activate it."

Axel smirked. He followed Adonis's directions, and in a flash of eye, Sub-visser on the screen had pointed his wrist at the fan woman. Suddenly, something shot out... a claw-like thing had a thick thread at the end of it that flew out. She was bleeding from her throat when the claw thing clamped around her throat. She then were hurled into the air and thrown into the acid pit when Sub-Visser retracted his weapon.
The poor woman's body was now nothing but a skeleton floating in the pit, as Sub-visser did his victory pose.

Axel laughed. "Now, that's pretty cool. Better than the lame movie star character I had last time."

"Hey, no fair! You were distracting me... I demand a rematch!" Adonis groaned.
"Well... I am kind of getting tired of it. I'm thinking we could play something else..." Axel smirked, as he put down his controller.

"Like what?" Adonis asked, as he turned off the SNES.
"I'm thinking we should play something more... physical." Axel grinned.
"Not that!" Adonis gasped, blushing furiously. "My parents are here now."

"Gee, I was only talking about wrestling. Yove sve such a dirty mind if you thought of THAT right away." Axel laughed, while Adonis' face became an even darker shade of pink.

Before Adonis could say that he was not the type to wrestle at all, Axel pounced on him.
He nearly had the wind knocked out of him, as Axel was on top of him, pinning him down to the floor.

"I just want a game that I can win at, at least..." Axel grinned. "Let's see you try to come up with a countermove to this move."

With that, Adonis were forced to try to struggle against Axel's weight...
He even lifted his hips upwards, in an attempt to shake Axel off. It only caused more of his crotch area to rub against Axel's own.
So it was that Adonis found himself feeling excited again because of the fact that Axel was on top of him, forcing him to stay down.

'Man, what's with that? It's almost as if I have a thing for being forced into situations...I wonder if I would react the same way if it was a girl on top of me too in the same situation?' Adonis thought to himself.

"Well, since you're unable to come up with a way to shake me off... I guess I win by default." Axel said, having noticed the slight change he felt in the redhead's body. "Now to claim my prize..."

He leaned down to kiss Adonis, but then there was the sound of a door opening, and then closing.
Axel found himself being pushed off, and his head hit the floor without warning at all.
"OW!" He cried out.

Mr. Carroll walked in to find Adonis and Axel sitting on the floor, with Axel rubbing a sore spot on his head.

Axel was still muttering about the **perfect** timing, rubbing the side of his head when Mr. Carroll mentioned that both of them would have to go back to the school today since both of them wasn't able to drive the teenagers back on Monday.

So the both of them found themselves packing their things to return to the boarding school.

"Too bad...I was really enjoying my time with my own family... The weekend flew by too fast." Adonis murmured.

"Yeah, it was better than I thought. Thanks for inviting me." Axel smiled.
"Yeah, no problem." Adonis smiled back.
~*~*~
It was late afternoon, when they finally set out to return to the boarding school.

The car ride back was unusually quiet, as Adonis was deep in thought. Axel on the other hand was just enjoying the scenery that passed by them.

Adonis was deep in thought for the very reason that he got the feeling that some things were going to be different at the boarding school...especially in the bedroom. He flushed, picturing Axel to be the sort that would jump at every chance whenever they were alone...

He wondered to himself if this meant that he was different now... if he were changed forever because of the experience. If he would have to hide this fact just so that he could fit in, or if the other boys would know right away. If so, how would they react if they knew?
He felt nervous at this thought, and then turned his head to look at Axel.

Axel seemed very relaxed, and actually seemed to be smiling a little bit as he stared out the window of the car.
It was as he was acting as if it was no big deal at all.

Well, maybe that was the best course to take right now...to act as if it was not that big a deal, as if it never happened. Maybe it was just a one-time thing, and maybe it was not. At any rate... if he started acting differently or started freaking out over the smallest things, then most likely the other boys would know anyway. If he just moved on as if nothing happened... then maybe everything would still be normal. He would not feel the need to hide things in order to fit in... In addition, the other boys did not even have to know what happened between them.

Somewhat comforted by that thought, he drifted off to sleep.

He found himself inside a train, seated between James and Kevin.
"Huh?" Adonis blinked.
"Why, Adonis! I didn't think you were the sort to dress like your sister!" James snickered.
Adonis looked at James strangely, and then he realized what James meant. He was wearing that damned blue dress with the white apron again!
"Tsk, Tsk.I should be the one wearing that dress... I'm Alice, after all." Alice said, sitting on the opposite side of them. She was facing Adonis, wearing a suit that was meant for a man... and she looked silly wearing something that was ten times too large for her.

"Well, I'd gladly trade...since you look equally as ridiculous..." Adonis told her.
It was then that friend of Alice's that he met the other day, suddenly appeared.
He let out a shriek of surprise as Cat grinned at him. (Wasn't his real name Ricky?)

There was something different about him, and Adonis soon realized what it was. He was wearing what seemed to be actual cat ears and a tail, and seemed to be wearing some skin-tight fur suit.

"Why didn't you tell me you liked to cross-dress? You're not gay, are you?" James asked of Adonis, still looking at him very strangely in a way that made him felt uncomfortable.

"I don't even know what I'm doing wearing a dress in the first place. And I honestly don't know if I'm gay..." Adonis sighed.
"Well, you better make a decision before it's too late and your reputation's already ruined! After all, either you are gay or you are not. However, if you are gay... just so you know, do not expect me to be around you anymore. After all, I do have a image to keep." James replied curtly.
"But...I thought you were my friend. True friends don't make that sort of threat..." Adonis asked, a little hurt.

"Oh, I am... But that's just I can't stand people who are so openly gay... the way they make such a ruckus about it sickens me. It is as if they put themselves on display for the world to see... I would be so embarrassed if you were that sort of person. Not to mention the thought of two males together... how equally disgusting as well! If you were that sort of person, it would make me very uncomfortable." James answered.

Adonis turned to look at Kevin, who had been quiet this whole time. "And what about you? What are your views on this subject?"

"To be honest... I just do not care. I couldn't care less if a friend of mine liked blokes or if he liked the girls... just as long as he doesn't force his preferences or what he feels is morally right on me. I also don't like it when people put themselves on display just to get some attention... but straight people tend to do that too as some gay people do, so that's why I just don't care." Kevin replied.

Alice laughed. "Man, you're so lame... you actually care what other people think. You would change who you are just so that you could fit in."

"What else can I do, Alice?" Adonis asked.
"What else?" Alice scoffed, "For one thing, you could just be true to yourself... do what you feel is right. That is what I do... I jump in and do what feels right to me now. I do not care if it gets me into trouble or not. Even if it earns me a reputation for loving to jump into fights and arguments, at least I know I am doing something that I believe to be right. If it doesn't make you popular, so what? At least you'd be truly happy."

"Be free like a cat," The Ricky-cat sitting next to Alice replied. "For a cat may do what he desires to do... A cat may look at a king, and sit on his throne. And the cat does not care what others think of it..."

"Don't listen to your sister! You would listen to a little girl?" James said, "It's very important to listen to others... after all if you have people viewing you in a positive light, you could go very far. If they didn't... well, you would never be happy at all."

It was then that all of them were suddenly tossed out of their seats, as the train started lurching back and fro violently.

"What's happening?" Adonis gasped.
"Oh, The flying train's just doing a jump over a building..." Cat said, grinning eerily.
"This train flies?" Adonis was so amazed by that that he woke up with a start.

He found himself back in his car seat, and his father was just driving up to the gate of the boarding school.

Axel smiled. "You know, I was about to wake you up."

"You were? Well, thanks I guess..." Adonis let out a yawn, as he stretched.
~~*~~*

"Adonis! How was your weekend?" Kevin greeted the redhead as both Axel and Adonis were carrying the suitcase to their bedroom.

"Oh, It was fine. I had fun, since I invited Axel here over to my house for the weekend. We played a few games, that was about it." Adonis replied.

James walked up, having overheard that last part. "I didn't know you were such a good buddy of Axel's... I thought you two had problems?" James asked, looking at Adonis strangely.

"What problems?" Axel gave James his own brand of a strange look.

"You know, Adonis often complained to both Kevin and I about how he disliked being a servant boy..." James answered.

"Ah, let's just say Axel and I came to terms... and hopefully we'll work that out..." Adonis said, growing nervous. After all, he had not intended Axel to know about what he often said to his two good friends...

"Uh, yeah." Axel nodded, although he was now directing his strange look at Adonis.

It was then Adonis noticed Brian coming his way, and he had never been so relieved to be seen publicly around a disliked boy. After all, if the other three boys saw him... they would forget about what he said and what happened.

Sure enough, James turned around and then groaned loudly. "Oh great, that creep's coming our way..."
Axel turned his head, and his jaw clenched as he gave out a loud growl.

Brian however ignored the hostile looks both boys were giving him, and walked over to Adonis.
"Hello, Adonis. How was your weekend?" Brian asked casually, acting as if the other boys were not even there.

"Uh, it was okay." Adonis mumbled.

"Just okay? What a pity. Maybe next weekend I could invite you over to my house... show you a good time. I could take you out on the town too, if you like." Brian replied.

"No way! He's not going to take you up on your invitation." Axel yelled, moving quickly in front of Adonis... cutting in between Brian and Adonis.

"I wasn't talking to YOU." Brian said sounding annoyed. "Besides, who do you think you are, making all the decisions for Adonis. Adonis himself should tell me what he wants."

"Actually, I think Axel has the right idea. Any friend of mine isn't going to be seen with a sick queer like you!" James yelled.

Kevin shook his head. "Oy... just when I thought there was going to be no more drama..."

Brian laughed then. "So you think you boys rule his life? How amusing. Let me hear Adonis say it himself, then... if you're so sure that he wouldn't want to be with me."

It was then all of them turned to stare at Adonis.
The way the four sets of eyes were on him so suddenly made Adonis' skin crawl and his heart skip a few beats.

"Well, uh..." Adonis paused, not really wanting to hurt anybody's feelings now.

"Come on, you can tell this jerk to sod off... After all, you have me! You don't need to be pals with a creepy boy like him." Axel said.

"Yeah! In addition, you got Kevin and me too! So go ahead and say it." James said, not catching the meaning behind Axel's words.

Brian sighed. "I guess I'll catch you later, Adonis. That way, you can give me a straight answer without being pressured by your so-called friends here."
With that, he left much to Adonis's relief.

Adonis found himself being pulled into Axel's arms, as Axel yelled after Brian: "Don't you even think of coming close to Adonis! Or else you'll find yourself face down in the dirt!"

Kevin raised his eyebrows at that, and it was then James finally noticed that there was something strange going on.

"Hey, why are you holding on to Adonis like that? Ew, don't tell me you two are involved..." James asked suspiciously.

"No! We're not!" Adonis said a little too quickly as the dream he had came rushing back into memory.

Axel looked somewhat hurt at this, but he still nodded. "Yeah...I guess."

Kevin shook his head. "Whatever. I do not care if you two are involved in that way or not... I'm out of here, seeing Brian around was enough drama for one day."
With that, the black-haired boy left.

James sighed. "Well... I guess I will just take your word for it. No big deal as you both likes girls, right? Anyway, I have to go and unpack a few things I brought back from my home."

With that, the brown-haired boy also left before Adonis could say something.

He felt a hand clap on his back, and found Axel looking at him directly. Strangely enough, he did not seem to be upst alt all about Adonis denying that there was ever a thing between them.

"Come on... we should unpack too." Axel said.
~~*

Both of them were back in their bedroom, putting away their now empty suitcases.
"So why didn't you get angry when I denied that we were together?" Adonis asked.

"Because I kind of figured out that it was already too soon for you to actually confirm for sure what you feel and such. After all, we only got close to each other like a day ago. It would be kind of being unrealistic to say we're together officially when we're just getting to know each other." Axel answered.

"True... but it often amazes me how you seem to understand me so well..." Adonis replied.

Axel just smiled.
==================================
Not much of a chapter, I'm afraid.
Good stuff in the next chapter, romiromise. *Winks*

However, if you liked this story so far, then there is a good chance you might like my other story in progress, called Aurorean Tales.

You can find it here: http://adultfan.nexcess.net/aff/story.php?no=25879

It is a good way to pass the time waiting for my next update, after all. In addition, I would like it if you would review and tell me what you think of my other story.
I like to know what my readers think, and if it is worth the effort.

Overall, have a good day... or night.
