i looked up to you
once upon a time
i trusted you
once upon a time
we were closer then family
once upon a time
i thought you could do no wrong
too many times have passed
where all you did was say words
of belittlement, scorn and sorrow
words you knew would hurt me
once upon a time
you verbally attacked me
twice upon a time
you verbally attacked those i cared for most
once upon a time
you said one thing too many
once upon a time
i lost controlof my temper
once upon a time
i finally stood up to you
once upon a time
our friendship ended because of you
too many times passed
where i stayed passive
when the time to fight came round again
you learned how angry i truely was
once upon a time
you thought to guilt me with your death
once upon a time
i didnt let you die that easily
once upon a time
i gave up caring about you
once upon a time
i learned to pity who you became
once upon a time
i regained control
once upon a time
i was warned you may be back
once upon a time
i found i no longer cared

i realized i wont let you walk all over me again

maybe my confidence will be back

i feel happier where im now at

where you managed to get to me
