The Masters Chambers

He laid over her. Stafyre lay beneath him as he admired the form which she had changed to come and help him. White dragon scales shimmered over her chest, acting as a half top. Feather and white scale backed wings spread under her. Her white hair curled beautifully. She was more divine than ever before. Fou-Lu traced his finger along the tattoo like markings. No, he hadn’t taken her yet but he soon would.

“Dost thou know what honor thou has been granted? To become as a goddess and know dragon. Thou has become divinity it’s self. Thou art the dragon of divinity and holy aura.” Fou-Lu inhaled her scent again. “Truly thou dost realize this.”

“Yes Master..” Her hands above head where he placed them. Starfyre could only gaze into his eyes. Those eyes could make anyone become lost in them. “I..am sorry if you are..” Gasping. He had a finger over her lips.

“We are not angry. We are pleased that thine heart has chosen so purely to be ours alone.” Fou-lu brought his hand down from her cheek to her chest. “Such beauty..Only a god, Only we should gaze upon thee.” He whispered. “And we owe gratitude to our Starfyre for assisting us.” He silenced her quickly before she could protest. “We shall give, unto thee, a gift.”

Fou-Lu traced his finger along her neck line. She could feel beginnings of something forming there yet nothing physical came. Starfyre gasped again. A power filled her. It warmed her entire being.

“We shall let our Starfyre keep this. What is ours...A dragoness. A goddess. Our goddess.” Fou-Lu leaned down and kissed along her neck and whispered. “Forever..”

His member pressed against her treasure. Her hips trembled in anticipation. Starfyre’s body wanted to feel him. Fou-Lu thrust and his moan escaped as a mighty growl. Starfyre screamed in pleasure and grabbed above her head even tighter.

Across the vast ocean Ryu panted in his tent. He woke with a start. “N..Nghh!!”

His body changed into his half dragon form almost instantly. Ryu’s claws dug into the ground and his tail thumped against the ground rapidly. A sweat had beaded across his forehead. Nina nearly jumped out of her skin. Taron found her, like a cat, clawing his sides as she hid behind him. The scream startled her that much.

“R..Ryu?” Nina said in a panted, unsure voice.

"I don't think that was supposed to happen," Taron said, wincing slightly. Damn, but that hurt. "Something has happened to change everything." He had an idea, but couldn't be certain. Well, he had an idea of who was involved, but how wasn't readily guessable. "Is… is he gonna be okay?" he asked, turning to Nina. "Are you alright?"

“He...is..” Nina’s face went red.

Ryu’s member was extended and he was turned over and thrusting into the air as if mounted upon someone. His eyes were glazed over. Nina buried her head into Taron’s neck and cringed.

“I didn’t need to see this....he has totally lost it!” Nina heard the grunts and shivered. “Stop him or something! This isn’t decent at all!”

"Stop him? Stop him? Are you out of your damn mind?" Taron asked. "One, he's a frigging half dragon, and two, I am NOT going near that thing. He's not stopping till he blows, and I don't want to be near when that happens, thank you very much." There was a slight edge of malice in his voice. He knew that Ryu was linked to Fou-Lu, which meant the Dragon God was in a similar state, though not alone. No, he was with someone, and that someone could only be one person. Starfyre.

“Like I do?” Nina kept her eyes closed. “Then get me out of here at least!”

Ryu grunted and his talons dug in. The shadowy images of Starfyre in her dragon state was forming under him. She definitely looked like a goddess in such a state. Her tail lashing to t he side and her hands on his chest. Her moans came as whispers.

Taron turned in disgust, recognizing Starfyre, even though it wasn't her. Not as he remembered. She had changed, and he wasn't going to stand by watching Ryu with her shadow form, knowing that somewhere, Fou-Lu was with her physically. "Let's go," he said, leading Nina off. He wasn't even aware of where they were going, other than the quickest way away from what was happening behind them.

“That’s the girl he drew!” Nina made a face. “She’s way hot too..guess I see why he doesn’t like me.” She shrugged and followed quickly. “So there are..three dragons? I heard of only two in the legend..”

"There's only supposed to be two," Taron said. "That's… that's my friend, from my world. She shouldn't be like that." He stopped, facing the darkness before them. If she had become that, and changed everything, what did that mean was to happen to him? Was he to change somehow as well? He blinked, turning back to Nina. "Hot? What do you mean?" The game never gave any indication about her being that way.

“Hot..sexy? Hot? You know..what I am apparently not?” Nina frowned. “This quest is depressing.”

"I know what it means," Taron said. "I meant what are you thinking that for? You… aren't supposed to be into that sort of thing, and you are hot, don't even think that." Depressing? He was too confused to find it depressing.

“How do you KNOW what I am into and what I am not?” Nina shook her head. “And yes it is depressing because even you are worked up over her. I can tell..so don’t lie.” Her wings ruffled. “Maybe I need to head home..”

"Hold on one minute," Taron said, grabbing her arm. "I'm worked up because I grew up with her, for the most part. I've known her for quite some time. And to go from what I knew of her, to seeing that… knowing that not only Ryu, but Fou-Lu as well… just try to imagine how you would feel if you were in my place. And secondly, get over yourself. You aren't as bad looking as you make yourself out to be. So what if Ryu doesn't notice you. You either die, or wind up with someone else. It's not worth getting worked up over someone that doesn't give a damn about you."

“Apparently..” She jerked her arm away..” You’re one to talk.” Nina gave him an ice cold stare before walking off into the darkness.

"Just what the hell is that supposed to mean?" Taron yelled into the darkness. "Argggh! Women."

“You keep saying that! You’ll never have one!” Nina turned. “Because from what I saw..she didn’t give a damn about you. She was ENJOYING her self with him. I don’t even think little old you was on her mind.”

She was right and he knew it. Had she stopped there, he could have admitted that, but she had pushed further, too far, and insulted his… esteem. "Excuse me? I don't seem to recall you having any complaints. In fact, I recall you specifically saying to the contrary five times!"

“Me?! Listen to you!” Nina growled and walked off for real this time. “I am going home!” She yelled back into the night air.

Taron sighed, falling to his knees on the ground. Ahead of him, somewhere in the darkness, Nina wa leaving, and behind him, Ryu was still entwined with a shadowy form of Starfyre while Fou-Lu was with her elsewhere in reality. "Great. What the hell am I supposed to do now?"

“What do you think?” His voice came from beside him. His image was forming. “You go after her. You know she is right. You just can’t accept that your pride was hurt. Your mind still thinks this world is a game and it isn’t. This world is real. She is real. And even I am a real figment of your conscious thought. Taron...you’re a Magus..it is time to start focusing.” The vision faded.

Scenes before him played out next. The warmth of a power filled him. He heard Starfyre giggling and running. He saw her when they were kids. Then the images changed to him and Nina. She was laughing and he was chasing her to the inn bath. Again images changed and Nina was there. She sat upon a rock and sighed as she looked up at the stars. The normal sparkle in her wings seemed to fade slightly.

“What is real and what isn’t?” He asked again. The image from before appeared. “It seems to me that you’re focusing on the wrong things instead of living. The story has changed. It is time to change with it. It is your choice over all. Search your heart.”

All images faded this time to leave him in the dark.

Taron sighed, standing up. "He's right. I mean, I'm right. Whatever." He was still seeing as the game, himself apart from it, but that wasn't so. He was a apart of it, and the game story had long since deviated from the storyline. He took off in the darkness, following after Nina, soon coming upon her, just as he had seen her. "I… I want to apologize," he said. "Things are a little unusual for me, and I'm not taking it as I should, and I let little things get to me."

“So?” She looked away from him. “Just...leave me be. I am on my way home..” Nina frowned. “As soon as day light comes.”

"But why are you leaving?" Taron asked. "Because Ryu doesn't need or want you? What about others? What if I want… need you? You still going to go, when that isn't you? You aren't one to run away, Nina."

“You have a thing for her..I saw it. You don’t want me.” Nina hmphd. “That slave dragon...person has ruined everything.”

"I thought I did. Not so certain if I every really did or not." He shrugged, sitting on the rock as well. "And yes, she has changed everything. She's here, and was once a story to a game isn't, and I am here now, and because of that, I actually met you, instead of a pixilated character that never changes, no matter what happens. You aren't that game character that I know. You're more, something real. I didn't exactly force myself in the bath at the inn, you know. Didn't even give it a second thought, because I wanted too."

“This isn’t a game..how many times do I have to say that?” Nina grunted. “I am real damn it! And I am getting tired of men acting stupid over...dumb dragon girls.”

"That's what I just said," Taron responded. "You know, the whole you weren't a character, and all that? And I have been trying to talk about you, while you are the one that keeps bringing her up."

“Yeah well...she’s stupid.” Nina shrugged. “Why do you want me now? Just because she doesn’t want you? I don’t want to be a second choice. I won’t be.”

"I don't think she ever wanted me," Taron said. "And like I said, I think that I was never truly interested in her. At least, nothing serious. And I was perhaps blinded by what I thought I wanted to see what I had."

“Had....” Nina looked to the ground. “I don’t know anymore. I thought..I was supposed to be with Ryu. I thought..it was destiny and then..everything started changing..”

"I was the same. Figured I'd have to settle for some mundane existence. Living a life that was more than likely not as fulfilling as it could have been, and sometimes, I thought maybe perhaps more. And now, I find myself here, in this world, and… I don't know if I am still dreaming, or if that was the dream." Taron shook his head slightly. "If I am dreaming, let me never wake, and if I am awake, may I never sleep again."

“You will sleep and you will wake..and we will be here..” Nina held his hand .”Because we aren’t going away...Not now or ever.” Gasping, she pulled her hand back in surprise. “Y..you’re a..Warlock...why didn’t you say!?” She smirked. “Why didn’t you use magic when battling?”

"I… kind of just found out myself, when… I told myself." Taron blinked. Yeah, that just made no sense. "Don't really have an idea how to, Wait. How did you know?"

“I use magic too...I can feel it.” Nina touched his hand. “Close your eyes and feel the energy..you can feel mine as I feel yours.”

Taron closed his eyes, holding her hand. With the barest amount of concentration, he could feel it, something he had felt before, when he had been with her in the bath at the inn. He hadn't really thought much about it then, attributing it to something else, and now, it was like that in a sense, being a bit more intimate than when they had been together physically.

“See? Feel?” Nina asked.

"I do…" Taron answered quietly, his eyes still closed. He could feel her all through him. Opening his eyes, he glanced down at her hand still in his, and then up at her. She… hadn't been that close before, had she?

“Do you see?” Nina held his hand. “We are all connected in some part. The worlds combine and people come and go. But some always stay and some always mix.” Her eyes met his. “Destiny meets fate and luck. Meets destiny. The paths of dragons and people move. We move along with them. That is our choice though. You can choose to accept that gift or fight it. It, in the end, is all up to you and magic, like people, has the choice to choose. Magic chose you.”

Her hand in his. Nina grasped it softly. Silence became her words but the wind and the air around them spoke well enough. It was a whole new world of beginnings and endings. It was simply how one chose to see and accept the path before them that determined their heart.
