When the surroundings came in to focus we were standing in front of a gothic style entrance to a castle. The large arched double-doors were being guarded by two men in thick leather armor who came to attention when the three of us appeared. Automatically their hands shot to the swords hanging at their sides.

I walked over to one of the guards and said, "Excuse the sudden visit, but we're expected by Darren. Would you mind showing us to him?"

"Darren ain't 'spectin no one." the guard said as they both drew their swords, "'E gave orders ain't no one s'posed to bug 'im. 'E also wants anyone killed if we don't recognize 'em."

The guard swung his sword hard at my legs, but I jumped high above his head to avoid it, then spun around in the air and kicked him as hard as I could in the head.

The guard hit the ground with his arms and legs sprawled and his sword ten feet in front of him.

The second guard tried to attack me, but Jordan stepped in front of him. The guard plowed into Jordan but he just stood there as the guard stumbled backwards.

The guard gave a puzzled look to Jordan and started to get up. Jordan raised his fist and hit him hard in the nose.

For what seemed like several minutes, the guard held his face and tried to regain his composure, but soon he tripped and fell backwards, hitting his head hard on the wall. He slid down the wall slowly as his eyes went to the back of his head.

At the sight of this, Renea busted out laughing and said, "Oh my god! That was great! That guard just knocked himself out!"

Renea continued to giggle as I headed to the door. The guard twitched as we stepped over him and pushed the doors open. The doors were heavy but as soon as they were open they swung quickly and hit the walls with a loud bang.

The entrance hall was very large and had long winding staircases on either side of the hall. The staircases met at the top of them and another large arched doorway was being guarded by two guards. The guards came to attention right away and we prepared for another fight, but before the guards had a chance to rush and meet us the doors they were guarding swung open quickly and a man with a long dark pony tail and dark eyes came rushing out of them. The man was dressed in long white robes and had no shoes on so he didn't make any sound as he ran down the stairs to meet us.

As the man stopped in front of us and took a deep bow, his face was flushed and he said, "Jennifer, I knew you would be here soon. I saw the fight between the guards and as soon as you beat the first one i knew at once that it was you." The man turned to Renea and Jordan and smiled timidly, "So good to see you two again too, my Lord and Lady."

"Ok, so we have established that you know us, but do we know you?" Jordan asked confuzzled.

"Oh in due time you will remember, but as for now I will lead you to Darren and you can ask any question you like on the way there." the man briskly turned and motioned to them to follow.

"Alright then, I will start with the first question," Renea said, "Who are you again?"

"Oh dearest Renea, I was and am the high advisor to this kingdom's Great Lords and Ladies, and of course will be the Great Queen's as she returns." the man started, "I was the one who prophesized the death of you all and, of course, your return." At this point we had reached the doorway at the top of the stairs and the man turned and took another deep bow, "My name is Thomas. I've been here with the king since you all died, however now he does not take the name King." He turned and continued leading us down the now winding hallways with doors on each side.

"Why doesn't he call himself the king anymore?" I asked.

"When you died, he dropped the name King because it is a queen's duty to rule and without a queen, none can be king. He remained loyal to you, and your law." Thomas said.

"You have been here since we died? How is that possible? Even Brian and the others died when we did. How could you and Darren keep living?" Jordan asked.

At this question Thomas chuckled. "It was the prophecy. Only I, being the one who foresaw the death of the queen, and Darren, being the one married to the queen, and the one who killed the queen, were to live until the prophecy was fulfilled. Darren and I have been waiting a long time for you three to come back."

"You say the one that killed me lived on after my death? Then you know who did it?" I asked hoping the puzzle of my death would finally be solved.

"My Queen, even I do not know that. I only knew your death was coming, not who would do it and when it would happen." Thomas said solemnly.

"Ok then, how did we all die? Jordan and I don't have those memories back, and Jennifer remembers being killed and all but she doesn't know how it happened." Renea asked. Renea and Jordan had been pondering on this question for a long time now. They always wondered out loud together about it.
