Quinn ran all the way back to her home from the beach, hoping not to see any one. She didn't want anyone seeing her like this. Hair messed, dress ripped down the front, face flushed with the ecstasy that flowed through her not long before. Once inside the sanctuary of her home, she immediately ran up the stairs to her room, and locked the door. Leaning against the door she broke into tears, sliding down until she was sitting on the floor, knees up to her face as she cried into her bare legs.

"What have I done....how could I have done that" she wept, Quinn hugged herself tightly, ashamed and embarrassed of herself. She couldn't believe what had just happened, how could she allow him...that disgusting creature to take what was rightfully Jon's. Oh, poor sweet Jon...How could she have betrayed him like that? Will he ever forgive her for it? No, probably not if he knew that she willingly allowed Kazumei to take her innocence. But then again she didn't know he was Kazumei at first. Quinn wiped the tears from her eyes and rose to her feet. She allowed Itoshii Hensou , not Kazumei.

She went to the bathroom and cleaned herself up and removing the tainted clothes. She could tell Jon that she was raped, he would believe that, and would not hate her for it. She moved to sit on her window sill looking out, and saw Jon walking up the walkway. "My Love....you can never know the truth. It would kill you."

He arrived home after the evening out with the boys. Jon was glad to the drinking with Thierry and Pent it calmed his nerves. He smiled softly thinking about the beautiful woman he was coming home to, and the fact that they soon were to wed. Jon nodded to the servants leaving for the night as he entered their home. He locked up behind them and immediately went up the stairs to Quinn's room. They never shared a room; it was something Quinn had wanted since her parents never before they were married. He respected her wishes, knowing that soon he would share it with her. Jon knocked on the bedroom door. "Quinn darling, I'm home" He got no response, he knocked again; "Quinn?...are you alright love?" worry in his voice

Quinn barely heard him calling to her through the door; she looked at it blankly, not really seeing it, hearing him only slightly. Quinn rose from her seat on the windowsill and walked over to the door, unlocking it. She opened it and immediately through herself into his arms. She cried uncontrollably into his shirt, clinging to him for dear life. "No Jon, I'm not alright" she cried; He immediately wrapped his arms protectively around her, holding her close to him. "What wrong Quinn? Why are you crying?"

She shook her head; 'It's too shameful to say...I'm sorry" she wept in her lover's arms.

"Sorry? For what?"He pulled her gently off him and lifted her chin to look at him.

He gently wiped the tears from her eyes and led her into the room and sat her on her bed. He went to close the door before returning to her side, embracing her again. "I betrayed you" she cried into his shoulder, her hands clutching the fabric of his shirt. Jon tensed at her words of betrayal. "How have you betrayed me" his voice was a little shaky as he spoke; He unconsciously stroked her golden blond hair.

Even from miles away Terra could feel a stab of pain in her chest, and quickly realized that it belonged to her dear friend Quinn. She gasped as she clutched at herself, knowing that something was terribly wrong. She grabbed a light green jacket woven from materials of the land of Terra before it became Trucido, and left her home in Aquada venturing to Lieta. Her brunette hair whipped in the wind as she hurried to the home of the Empress. She could only feel Quinn's pain more. Terra stopped outside the gigantic doors of Quinn's palace when she heard the faint voices carry from Quinn's bedroom. Quinn's pain was almost overwhelming. She nodded to the guards before she ventured into Quinn's home, worried about the state that she would find the Empress in.

Quinn moved out of his arms to look up at him; just like she had practiced in her mind. She sniffled wiping her eyes. "Kazumei raped me" she spoke softly, she was shaking all over. Jon was shocked, his hands clenched into tight fists. His breathing was deep and ragged as he controlled the infernal that was burning inside. "I'm sorry" she cried. "Quinn" Jon relaxed a little, his voice soft; "It's not your fault darling" he drew her into deep, loving hug.

Terra walked silently up the stairs following the voices she heard. As she went the emotions that she felt became more distinct; rage, sadness, and betrayal? She heard the word 'rape' and wondered what that had to do with anything. Puzzled, and confused, she stopped at Quinn's door. ‘Was she raped?’ Terra thought, a sinking feeling developing in the pit of her stomach. She rapped softly on the door, "Quinn?" she called quietly, "Is everything ok? I could feel that something was wrong from miles away..." She could feel the tension now, Jon's fiery rage, yet why did Quinn feel that betrayal? Something didn't add up. "Come in" Jon spoke; you could tell in his voice that he was trying to control his firgian temper. Jon rested his head on top of Quinn's, holding her close as she cried into his shoulder. He stroked her hair, gently rocking her; trying to sooth his fiancé.

"What happened?"Terra asked as she opened the door. It was clear that Jon was angry, and by the way that Jon held Quinn as she cried into his shoulder, it was clearly not the time to ask questions. Deeply concerned for her, Terra went over on the other side of Quinn and held her too as she cried trying to comfort her. She sent out rays of healing with the attempt to calm everyone down a little. Jon calmed down a little, and Quinn's tears stopped due to Terra's healing rays. Quinn sniffled. "Quinn, you stay here a talk to Terra; I'll be back." Jon spoke standing to his feet. "where are you going?" Quinn asked, wiping tears from her ruby eyes. "Out" was all he said as he left the room and the palace all together. Quinn turned to face Terra, sniffling again. "Thank you for coming Terra" she hugged her friend

Terra watched as Jon left. He seemed really upset; she hoped he wouldn't get himself into trouble.  Terra hugged Quinn back. "Aww Quinn, how could I not come, when I felt you were in such pain?" She looked into her tear streaked face. She could feel a mix of emotions running off Quinn, especially distress and shame for some reason. What would cause Jon also to run out like that? Dozens of questions ran through her head. Terra cupped Quinn's hands, as a gesture of friendship and also healing. "Is it something you want to talk about?" Terra asked softly, not pushing her unless she wanted to talk.

"I don't know Terra"she sniffled; Quinn's head was down so that her hair covered her face. Quinn debated letting this lie continue...but then Terra could easily call her on her fib. "Kazumei raped me" she said weakly. Terra was shocked. Terra looked at Quinn warily as she covered her face and told her what happened. She knew it wasn't entirely true, and a lump rose in her throat. The pieces came together. Quinn would not be feeling this shame and betrayal if Kazumei truly did rape her. Her worst thought was that Quinn had cavorted with him, and she had enjoyed it. Hurt and anger rose through her. Terra took a deep breath to calm down. But as she looked at Quinn she knew that she would never do anything with deliberate will to hurt those around her, especially Jon, and her beloved Magicoz. The shame emanating from her was too powerful, and all negative thoughts were aside; she knew that Quinn had somehow just succumbed to Kazumei's charms, and this was all just one big awful mess that she needed someone to help her through.

Terra took a deep sigh, keeping her emotions in check. She placed her hand delicately on Quinn's shoulder, looking deep into her ruby eyes. "Quinn...you know you can tell me the truth, no matter how bad it is; I will always be there for you." she tried to keep tears from welling up in her own eyes. Quinn sighed deeply; she knew that Terra could easily figure out the truth. She nodded sadly, looking up to look at Terra. "I don't know what to do Terra....I didn't know it was him." Quinn ran her fingers through her blond hair. "I'm sorry I lied, but please don't tell anyone, Jon will leave me if he knew the truth. I don't think I could bear that." Terra nodded slowly as Quinn told her the truth, and turned to face the window of Quinn's bedroom. From here she could see the courtyard below and the little houses beyond, and some hills of Lieta in the distance. The whole land seemed to carry an aura with it. "It's not only Jon," she said softly, "but your people as well would be affected if they knew." How could they keep faith in their Empress if they knew what had happened? She thought, but did not voice her thoughts; she didn't want to make Quinn feel worse.

She turned back to Quinn, half smiling, taking her hands in hers. "I promise I will keep your secret Quinn." She only hoped that, that could be enough from it getting out. She was morbidly curious about it all as well, so many questions to ask, but she kept silent about it. She gave Quinn a great bear hug, "What are you going to do now?" It was kind of a rhetorical question, but if Quinn needed her there for support, she would be there no matter what. "Thank you Terra" Quinn hugged her back. "What I'm worried about is Sagura finding out...she is Kazumei's wife. No doubt she'll be furious." Quinn got up from her bed and moved over to the window looking out to the houses and streets of her realm. "I'm sure she had figured it out by now…that is if he went straight to her."

Terra silently agreed with her, biting her lip. There was hardly a doubt in her mind that Sagura already knew. However, she couldn't sense any harm coming to Quinn, at least for the time being. Terra assumed that the Queen of Zaqqum would want to bring some sort of fiery hell vengeance down on Quinn, for the very principle of sleeping with her man. It was almost odd though... Very distantly she sensed Sagura's presence...what was she doing in Firgo? To see Jon?  But why? Terra softly gasped. Although she could not see into what was happening, she had an idea of what the queen was up to. Sagura must have known, somehow, and to get back at Quinn by seeing Jon. She rubbed a hand to her temple, trying to sense more. "Quinn,... I think Sagura may be in Firgo." she said with urgency."What!"Quinn spun around quickly, fear eminent on her face as well as in her voice. "That's where Jon went" she said, sounding really freaked out. Quinn ran to her bedroom door, opening it. "Come on we have to get to him!"  Terra nodded, getting her crossbow ready in her hand, and ran out the door after Quinn, hoping that it wasn't too late.

Sneak Peak:

That voice, it was a voice that she could never forget ever. She gasped softly. As he turned to leave, the mist somehow faded and she could clearly see the stranger. Though he was no stranger to Sagura at all, he was a General of her father's army, who long ago left to fight in her father's name. "N...Niku" she said softly. She moved from where she stood towards him. "Please do not go…I didn't realize it was you." She smiled softly. Her childhood crush had returned from war, seeing him now, made her forget about Kazumei.
