The Death of a Tormentor
First I'd like to thank memorietrail for your support and I'm trying my best to make theses chapters close together since I know, I hate it when I'm left hanging for days or even weeks at a time. Warnings for this chapter are abuse and gore. So here we go again.
Chapter 6
Lanton woke the next morning to here a roar like a hurricane's wind at its strongest point. Then he realized his master was not in the room as was the armor and weapons. He didn't understand this, his master had informed him he was relieved of his duties for at least a few days, not that he was complaining. He got up only to collapse in agony. His master had made it impossible for him to stand blood was still flowing out of his ass pretty steadily. That alone made him too dizzy to stand if not the pain as well.
Suddenly a young elf, mabey in his early hundreds, staggered into the room. It was obvious he thought the room was unoccupied since he sat in a chair doctoring his arm which had a deep stab wound in it.
Lanton tried to stifle the whimper of pain, knowing if he did, the elf stranger would run him through with something sharp. He couldn't hold back the whimper for long.
The young elf stiffens at the noise. Slowly, he stood and walked around the bed to see something that shocked him. It was an extremely young elf, was his first thought, but then reality hit him, this was not a full blooded elf.
Luck was with Lanton at that moment, the elf didn't give a shout instead he whispered, "Friend, I'm getting you out of here, but I have to knock you out first. Do not be afraid I wont hurt you, Child."
Those were the last words Lanton heard, before being knocked out.
The young elf, who's name is Mevran, hoisted the half-elf onto his bad arm's shoulder. He carefully avoided the elves of the keep, knowing he wasn't able to fight with the abused body on his bad shoulder.
Sinvan was enraged, how dare the watch let the revolutionists into the keep. Most were dead now but there were one or two and he had seen one headed to his room.
He was going to catch this on and torture him, then he'd be promoted again. He smirked happily at that thought, but it disappeared as he arrived at his room to see the door open. He entered and the room and cursed to find his slave was gone, and he knew the rebel had taken him, for no one could walk after the abuse his slave had endured.
He instantly ran after the rebel, following the trail of blood on the floor. Three minutes later, he was close enough to confront the revolutionary.
"You will go no farther, surrender, and I promise your death will be fast," ordered Sinvan. He smugly watched as the young elf placed his slaves uncontious form on the floor.
"Are you the one to do this to the poor boy? Be prepared to die you scum," was Mevran's challenge.
Sinvan was in a state of shock, this lowly, wounded rebel dared to challenge him. Sinvan charged the rebel, but only got two swings before he felt pain in his belly. Looking down, he saw the wet slippery mass that was his intestines. He was in shock, he knew now he wouldn't live to the end of the fight, but he was determined to take down the young elf with him.
Mevran didn't smirk at the older elf's shock. Unlike most soldier elves he disliked killing, even when there was need to. The young elf was taken by surprised when the dying elf lunged at him, and instinctively Mevran swung his short sword in a wide arc, slicing the older's head from his shoulders. The hot spray of blood hit poor Mevran in the face and neck also ruining his clothes.
The head landed on Lanton's still uncontious body.
Angrily, the young elf kicks the head off of his charge and hoists him back onto his shoulder. They made it out of the keep without meeting anyone else and met up with the other survivors of the raid.
"Mevran, I thought you said not to bring anything that's not useful," complained Janas testily.
"Oh, he is useful, he's gunna be our ticket to getting the half elves to trust us", Mevran responded addiing silently, "˜wether he likes it or not'.
