Chapter six
Hi!!! Well, here’s chapter six! I’m so happy I’ve actually gotten this far into the story and haven’t given up hope on it. Thank you all for the reviews, love ya. Okay, back to the chapter. Khristian’s back so that tells you there’s bound to be fighting between him and... Someone. Well, I’ll let you read so you can tell me how lame this chapter is.

Chapter Six
Louis got out of bed and looked at his reflection in the mirror. \'I think I\'m falling in love with him...\' The blond haired vampire walked around his windowless room as he tried to clear his mind. The bedroom door opened slowly and Mirage walked in.
\"Do you want to come with me into town?\" He asked with a smile.
\"Sure.\" The younger vampire answered as he walked over to him.
Mirage walked on the sidewalk beside Louis as they passed by a bunch of different shops. He leaned over and kissed the younger vampire\'s neck gently. \"Do you need anything?\"
\"No, not really I have everything I need.\"
The red haired vampire smiled and brushed Louis\' hair away from his face. \"You sure?\"
\"Yes, I\'m sure.\" The blond could near people laughing, but one of those laughs sounded deadly familiar.
\"Are you ready to go home?\"
\"I\'m going to stay out here a little longer if that\'s alright with you.\" Louis said softly.
\"Half an hour okay? I\'ll be back to get you then.\"
The blonde wrapped his arms around the older vampire\'s neck and kissed him passionately on the lips. \"Thank you.\"
Mirage kissed Louis back and walked away from him.
The blond walked slowly into a bar to find Khristian sitting at a booth with two women. He looked directly into Louis\' eyes and smiled as his fangs sunk into the blond woman\'s neck. When both women lay motionless, he slid out of the booth and approached Louis\'.
\"I knew you\'d come back.\"
\"I\'m not here to come back to you Khristian.\" The blond said as he turned to walk away. \"It was mistake even coming here...\"
\"Don\'t you dare turn your back on me!\" He said as he caught Louis\' hand and pulled him outside. \"You piss me off, Louie.\"
\"Let me go.\" The younger vampire said as the black haired vampire held him hard against the wall by his throat.
\"Be a good boy and stop fighting me, I know you want to come back to me. Why else would you have come to see me?\"
\"I don\'t belong to you anymore Khris...\" The blond haired vampire said as he looked into Khristian’s green eyes.
That\'s what you think.\" The dark haired vampire said as he crushed his mouth to Louis\'. \"My blood flows through your veins Louie...I tell you this all the God damn time, I made you what you are! If it wasn’t for me you’d still be that poor, scared and pathetic Louis you once were.”
“You might have made me what I am, but that doesn’t mean you own me. You have no control over me anymore.”
Khristian shook his head. “You are a disgrace Louie, you can’t even call yourself a vampire.” He said as he placed both of his hands on the sides of the blonde’s face and kissed him again.
“I-I know why you don’t want me to be free... you’re afraid....”
“Afraid my dear Louis, and what may I ask am I afraid of?” The jet black haired vampire asked as he looked at the younger vampire.
“Me- You’re afraid that if you’re not careful, I can become more powerful than you. That, Khristian is what you are afraid of.”
“Louie, Louie, Louie... You think you have it all figured out don’t you?” The older vampire asked as he pressed his knee gently in between Louis’ legs. “But you see, I will get you back if it’s the last thing I do.”
The blonde’s red-rimmed blue eyes focused on Khristian. “You can try all you want, what makes you so sure I’ll come back to you?”
“You will my love, believe me, you will. And when you do, I will be waiting with open arms for you.”
Louis finally managed to push Khristian away. “That’s never going to happen!”
“And why is that?”
“Because I hate you!”
“Hate is such a strong word love, you should only use it if you truly know its meaning.”
“You don’t deserve me...”
“Louie, you might not realize it, but I do care about you. From the bottom of my heart, I care about you.”
“You don’t have a heart.” Louis said as he started walking away, but Khristian grabbed his arm and threw him hard against the wall.
“You listen to me you ungrateful brat, I gave you a second chance at life! If I wouldn’t have you probably would have killed yourself by now!” He held the younger vampire hard against the wall. “The day you die again will be the happiest of both of my lives.”
“Are you harassing my lover?” Mirage asked as he walked over to where the two vampires stood.
Khristian looked at the red haired vampire and then at Louis. “I should have guessed you would have found him, Mirage.”
“Ah Khristian, the one and only mistake I ever made.”
The black haired vampire looked into Louis’ eyes. “I’ll let you go, but mark my word. I will make you mine Louie. That I swear.” Khristian let go of the blond and walked away.
Mirage walked over to the young vampire and wrapped his arms around him. “Are you alright?”
“Yes I’m fine.” He answered as he tried to fix his messed up hair.
“He didn’t hurt you did he?”
“No.”
“Good.”
“Mirage...” Louis said as he looked into the older vampire’s honey brown eyes. “Why did you call me your lover?”
Mirage smiled. “Because you are... You’re mine.”
The blond looked at the older vampire. “Don’t say such things to me?”
“Why, not?”
“Because you don’t mean them.”
“Who says I don’t mean what I say?” Mirage asked as he looked at Louis.
“What do you want?” the younger vampire asked softly. “What do you want from me…”
“I don’t want anything from you Louie, I just want you to be safe.”
“I don’t need you to take care of me, I’m old enough to do that myself.”
“I know you are, but I don’t want Khris touching you.”
“How do you know Khristian?”
“We go back a long way, him and me.”
“Mind telling me about it?” Louis asked as he started walking towards the alley.
“I made him, it’s as simple as that.” Mirage answered following the blond.
“How did he- you know end up like that?”
“When I turned Khris, I was I think on my fourth year of being a vampire myself, so I was really careless…”
“You? Careless?”
“Can you believe that?” He asked as they walked through the passage to Mirage’s underground house.
“Wow, I guess everyone makes mistakes.” Louis said as he opened the door.
“Khristian was mine. I turned him and then left after a while, he’s never forgave me for it either.”
“What do you mean?”
Mirage walked down the stairs that went to his and Louis’ rooms. “He was mad because I left him and made him learn everything on his own, that’s one of the reasons he’s so strict with you. He wanted to give you the chance I never gave him.”
“Oh…” Louis answered as he walked into his bedroom.
“ He’s mad at you because you’re with me.” The older vampire said as he looked into the blonde’s eyes.
“I’m not with you.”
“Come on Louie, what do I have to do to prove to you that I care about you?”
“I don’t want you to…”
“Well it’s too late for that.”
“Maybe it’ll be better on both of us if I just left.” Louis said as he sat on his bed.
“No… don’t you dare.”
“Why?”
“Louis, I love you. You don’t have to believe me, but I want you to know that I do.”
“Love doesn’t mean anything to me” The blond said as he looked away.
“And why is that?”
“Because…”
“Why?” Mirage asked as he sat beside the younger vampire. “Why doesn’t love mean anything to you.”
Louis looked at the dark haired vampire, his eyes filled with tear. “Because I’ve never had anyone love me before…”
Mirage wrapped his arms around the blond. “No, don’t cry…”
Louis looked up into those brown eyes. “For as long as I can remember, no one has ever cared for me, I was always by myself. My father died when I was two and my mother ran away when I was born-“
“Don’t think about the past.”
“I try to forget, but the more I try, the clearer it becomes.”
“Give it time, you still haven’t fully developed your powers yet. I promise you, it’ll get better.”
Louis wrapped his arms around the older vampire and kissed him hard on the lips. “I hope so…”
“So, are you going to stay?” Mirage asked as he caressed the blonde’s cheek.
“If you want me to.”
The older vampire smiled. “You know I do.” He said as he kissed Louis back.

Get ready for the next chapter people! Because it’s gonna be long and hopefully violent! I’m gonna give you a little hint on what’s gonna happen. In the last chapter, Louis asks Khristian a question. (Foreshadowing) So, a major crime will be committed it chapter seven.
