Mai's Cruise

"That was rough."



"I'll say. I don't think I' ve ever seen Mai like that. It was scary."



"Like what?"



Sarah always had a habit of scaring people and butting in.



"Uh?!"



"What's wrong with Mai?"



"Nothing's wrong with Mai."



Mai came up behind the two boys, who immediately cleared the way. She raised an eyebrow at them. She grabbed their arms and pulled them together.



"I'm not mad at you guys remember?"



She whispered to them. The boys looked at eachother and shrugged. She was right. They hadn't done anything.



"What's going on?"



Sarah asked, her hands placed on her hips, a displeased look on her face.



"Oh not much. So what are we doing?"



"Well, I was going to find Nicole so we could actually have a little party in our room but I ran into these goons and overheard their conversation. I also wanted to know what Demitri was up to."



Both boys flinched.



"What's wrong with you two? Gees, you sure are jumpy."



"They're fine. Come on, I'll help you look for Nikky."



"Right."



"See ya guys."



Mai waved off to the guys. Leaving Mai alone, in her cocky state, was a bad idea. Sarah decided it was a good idea to have her help her search for Nicole. They come to an abandon hallway. No life could be found.



"I wonder where we are."



"Dunno."



Both heard small moans come frm further down the hallway. They looked at eachother confused. Curiousity took over the two and they decided to investigate. They got to a door that was a little bit open. They peered into the crack. Their eyes went once the saw the two life forms. One was pressed again the wall, the other pinned them with his own body.



"Oh Jamie..."



Nicole moaned. The girls stared. Sarah took noticed of why Nicole was moaning. Jamie had his hand down Nicole's pants. Nicole moaned again. Jamie was bitting softly at her neck. With half-lidded eyes, Nicole looked over at the door. Sarah and Mai were already pinned against the wall.



"Do you think she...?"



"No..."



The girls whispered.



"Come on, we better go."



"But I can't!"



Sarah tried to whisper. She nudged towards the open door.



"She'll see me."



"Come on hurry!"



Mai offered her hand out. Sarah ran, grabbed her hand and they both raced out of the hallway. Both girls panted as they reached the lobby.



"Gees, that was scary."



"Yeah."



Mai collapsed to her knees and sighed.



"So close..."



Sarah laughed.



"What are you doing?"



Mai looked up to see Curtis looked confused down at her.



"Uh...sitting..."



Curtis shook his head and helped her up. Her legs buckled and she fell into him. Her face rubbed his chest.



"Uh...you okay...?"



"Mmp.."



Mai muffled her answer into his chest.



'He smells really good.'



Mai closed her eyes. Both Curtis and Sarah noticed her actions and got confuzed looks on their faces.



"Uh Mai?"



"Mhmm?"



Her eyes were still closed, still taking in his scent.



"What are you doing?"



Her eyes flew open and her face turned a bright shade of red. Mai stepped back from him abruptly.



"Ahem, sorry about that."



Mai looked down, embarassed.



"Right...."



'Okay this is the last straw. Mai's acting way too weird!'



"M-Mai?"



Everyone looked up to see Demitri standing in front of them.



"What?"



She spat at him, the venom never left her voice. Sarah stepped back.



"I uh can I talk to you?"



"Yeah sure, what is it?"



"Um...alone?"



"No."



She put it so bluntly. Demitri got this mad look on his face.



"Too bad."



"What?"



It was a good thing they were the only ones there. Their tones were getting louder.



"I said too bad!"



"Oh boy I don't think so."



Sarah had never seen Mai act like this. Like she had...a back bone! All of a sudden Justin, Rob, Nicole, Jamie, Tommy, and Jess all appeared in the lobby. Mai smirked.



"So what'd you wanna tell me?"



"Outside! Now!"



"Pfft, I don't think so."



"Mai!"



Mai turned to Jess.



"What?"



A rather annoyed look on her face.



"Uh...what's going on?"



"Oh I don't know. Demitri's becoming an even more of a fool."



"Mai!"



"Demitri!!"



Demitri's friends came into the lobby.



"We were lookin' for ya man, you ran off like you were scared of somethin'."



"Huh? What's going on? Hey, it's that chick from before."



Mai laughed.



"Heh, chick."



"Okay...this is awkward."



Tommy was right. He spotted Curtis who was already staring straight at him.



Mai looked at Curtis. This only caused her to laugh again.



"We just a fucked up group aren't we? What did I tell you Demitri?"



"That you didn't want to see any of us?"



"That's right. So I'll be taking my leave."



Mai turned around to leave but Demitri grabbed her. She turned around and gave him an evil look.



He immediately let her go.



"Karaoke starts soon. I wanna be there."



Mai danced away, putting on her headphones.



"Shall we go watch?"



Curtis asked the other guys.



"Yeah that hot piece of ass."



Every single one of Mai's friends looked at Demitri and his friends.



"Watch it. She might not have beat you, but we will."



"And this is why Mai said she'd never grow a backbone."



Jess growled at Demitri.



"Enough damn it! We aren't children! God!"



Sarah rolled her eyes.



"Come on Nicole, we gotta watch our skank scream her lungs out."



"Yeah!"



Nicole latched herself onto Sarah's arm and they left, leaving the others to themselves. Jess growled following after them, as well as the other Jamie, Justin, Rob, Curtis and Tommy.
