EPISODE 5

The sound of banging woke up Brian. He blinked many times before deciding to get up to answer the door. He got up from the bed and made his way to the door. He looked through the peak hole and there was Kimberly. Staring at the peak hole with an angry face Kimberly yelled.
“Open the damn door Brian.” Her voice was sounded different. Brian opened the door and there she stood. With one hand in her hip Brian could tell that she was furious. He didn’t know for what though. “How dare you do this to me you fucking faggot.” She slapped Brian.
“What are you talking about?” She slapped him again.
“Don’t act dumb with me you asshole. Liam showed me the tape of you two from last night.” Brian looked at her all confused.
“What tape? What are you talking about?” Brian was totally lost.
“He video taped it Brian. The guy that seemed so innocent to you fooled you. He had this planned from the first day he saw you. He admitted it all to me.” Brian was wondering if she was serious.
“You have no idea what you’re talking about. Yeah we did stuff and I’m sorry but I love you and only you.” Brian began to cry.
“It is over Brian you can have your fucking man and have your dick in his ass. Do you.” Kimberly walked away. Brian stood there at the door wondering what just happened. Brian’s cell phone began to ring. He ignored it and continued to cry. It rang again. Brian jumped up out of bed and looked around. He was dreaming the whole situation. The phone kept ringing. Brian answered it.
“Hello?” Brian said with a tired raspy voice.
“It’s me baby. I wanted to apologize for what I said last night to you about Liam. So how was your night? Did you find Liam?” Brian recalled the night in his head. The semi argument he had with Liam. The kissing that they did for more then an hour and the part that he never wanted anyone to find out.
“Well I forgive you. You were mad that I canceled on you so I understand. I found Liam he was home. He’s doing okay. My night was boring after I talked with Liam I came home and fell asleep. But let me call you back after I fully wake up.”
“No problem baby. I love you.” Kimberly said.
“I love you too.” Brian hung up. He looked around and nothing looked familiar to him. Just then he felt a hand touch his back.
“Good morning Brian.” Brian looked over and there was Liam. He never left Liam’s house.
“Hey cutie.” Brian said with a smile on his face. Brian leaned over and gave Liam a kiss.
“I had a great night. I never thought it would be that good.” Brian got up from the bed and he was fully naked.
“Yeah it was good. I have to go home and get ready for the group today. So I’ll see you later cutie?”
“Of course you will.” Brian got dressed and kissed Liam goodbye. Liam sat there on his bed with the biggest smile on his face.

Theresa walked down Central Park. She had the day off and she wanted to be alone. She was so confused about who this Monica person was. People at work thought she was crazy and some boy called her phone calling her Monica. She didn’t know what was going on. Her phone vibrated in her pocket making her jump. She took it out and answered it.
“Hello.” She said into the phone.
“Hey baby girl. What you up to?” Theresa smiled.
“I’m walking in Central Park.”
“Well do you mind if I join you?”
“Of course not baby. I actually miss you.” Theresa was missing him. She wanted to be with David so badly.
“Good cause I miss you too girl. So meet me by the “D” train on 59th street. I’ll be there in like 45 minutes.”
“Sure baby. I’ll see you soon. I love you.”
“I love you too baby girl.” Theresa smiled and hung up the phone. She walked faster so that she could reach 59th street. She wasn’t that far from there so she knew that she would get there before him. She walked by a homeless man. He laid there on the floor with only a blanket on him. Theresa bent down and threw a five-dollar bill in his cup.
“Thank you young lady.” The man obviously wasn’t asleep.
“You’re welcome sir. Would you like me to pick up a cup of hot chocolate for you?” The man got up from under his blanket. He looked up at her. Theresa rubbed her eyes.
“David’s father?” The man looked at her in shock.
“I don’t know any David. I don’t know what you’re talking about.” The man picked up his cup and blanket and frantically began to walk away from her. Theresa followed him.
“Stop I know who you are. Let me talk to you.” The man just kept on walking. Theresa ran after him. Finally she reached him. She tapped him on his back. The man stopped walking but was afraid to turn around.
“Why wont you turn around?” The man spoke.
“Cause I don’t need to young lady. You have me confused for someone else.” The man dropped his blanket and Theresa quickly walked around the man to pick it up. She handed him the blanket and stared him in the eyes. The man looked away.
“What has happened to you?” Theresa was worried.
“None of your business. I have to go. Thank you for the money Theresa.” The man began to walk away again.
“Does David know what’s going on?”
“No he doesn’t and I hope you can keep this a secret from him. He doesn’t need anymore pain. Not from you either.” Theresa was confused.
“What do you mean I never hurt David.”
“I know everything Theresa.” The man now stopped walking. He turned and faced her. “I have been in town for along time honey and I seen things that have disappointed me. With you mostly. The abortion was wrong Theresa. David loves you and you went behind his back and made a big decision without him.”
“You been stalking us?”
“No I was just across the street in the park and I saw you enter. So I stood there for another couple of days and I saw you enter again. This time you came out holding your belly. So I put two and two together.”
“How do you know that David doesn’t know?” Theresa was now worried.
“I know my son. He loves you and he wasn’t with you that day. He would have been if he knew about it. Does he know?” The man watched her as she panicked.
“No he doesn’t and I hope you won’t tell him.”
“As long as you keep my secret I’ll keep yours.” Theresa was just confused about the whole situation.
“Why are you sleeping in the street?” The man smiled.
“That is a story for another time when you’re not busy. We’ll see each other again I bet. Take care Theresa.” The man put the blanket over him and walked away. Theresa stood there for a moment and watched him. She knew that man for years and she knew that he was away on business. Now she wondered what happened to have him out in the streets like that. Theresa began to walk to meet David.

Jordan sat next to Amanda on the bench. He stared at her and smiled.
“What?” Amanda asked him.
“Nothing I’m just admiring your beauty.” Amanda hit him on the arm.
“Stop it. You making me blush.” Jordan leaned in and kissed her. She put her hand on his and they held each other’s hand. Amanda hadn’t been that happy before. Jordan pulled away.
“So what are you going to do about a place?”
“I have to save up my money when I get paid.”
“That will be along time before you save up enough money how about you just go back home until you have enough cash.” Amanda looked at him like he was dumb.
“Hell no. I would rather be homeless before I let that bitch win. I won’t be showing my face there for a longtime.” Jordan had figured out in the short time of knowing her that she is hardheaded and once her mind was made up that was it.
“Okay I won’t argue with you. I’m just trying to look out for you.”
“I know you are and I appreciate it but I’m not going back there.” She kissed him. “Well we have to go back to work now. So let’s go.”
“Damn we need a longer break then that. I can’t stand seeing you and not being able to kiss you and hold you.” Amanda smiled.
“Keep it up and my cheeks will stay red.” They got up, grabbed hands and walked back to work.

Liam got home from the meeting and he threw his coat on his bed. He took his phone out the holster on his pants and he dialed Brian’s number.
“Hey there sexy man.” Brian greeted Liam.
“Hey baby. So what you up to?”
“I’m on my way home to take a nap. I’m tired from last night.” Liam knew what he was talking about he was tired too.
“Yeah I know what you mean. I feel the same way.”
“So let me call you later sexy.”
“Sure. Bye baby. I love you.”
“I love you too?” Brian said. Liam hung up with the biggest smile ever on his face. He felt that this was going to work out. Liam turned on his computer. He waited for it to load up so he could check his emails. As he waited he went into the bathroom. When he came out the computer had finished loading. He signed onto AOL and he checked his emails. As he sat there reading an IM came through.

TIPOFTHEICEBERG: HEY THERE
LIAMGOGO: WHAT’S UP?
TIPOFTHEICEBERG: SO WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING IN NEW YORK CITY?
LIAMGOGO: MAKING FRIENDS AND CHILLING. WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN UP TO?
TIPOFTHEICEBERG: THINKING ABOUT YOU AND HOW YOU LIED TO ME.
LIAMGOGO: LISTEN I DON’T HAVE TIME FOR ALL OF THAT. I TOLD YOU WHY I LEFT.
TIPOFTHEICEBERG: IT WAS ALL A LIE THOUGH. YOU TOLD ME SOME FUCKING LIE AND IT HURTS ME. I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT WE ARE ANYMORE.
LIAMGOGO: WE ARE FRIENDS. YOU KNOW THIS ALREADY DANIEL. SO STOP WITH THE DRAMATICS.
TIPOFTHEICEBERG: SO WHY DID YOU REALLY LEAVE KEN?
LIAMGOGO: CAUSE I NEEDED TO DAMN IT THAT IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY TO YOU. I HAVE TO GO NOW IM TIRED. SO TAKE CARE.
TIPOFTHEICEBERG: I LOVE YOU KEN. I ALWAYS WILL.

Liam signed off and made his way to bed.

Brian sat on his bed. He was twirling with his fingers.
“Who were you talking to?” Kimberly asked as she came out the bathroom.
“Oh I was talking to Amanda.”
“That girl be eating all the food in my house.”
“That sounds like her. Anyway come over I need to talk to you.” Kimberly sat next to Brian on his bed.
“What is it baby?” Brian looked at her. He had t break the news to her. He had to tell her everything. She smiled at him and his heart hurt. He loved her and he didn’t want to hurt her.
“I love you. I just wanted to let you know that.”
“I know that already Brian.”
“I know but with everything that has happened I want to say it more.” Kimberly looked at Brian and she felt something was wrong.
“Is everything okay baby?” Kimberly was a little skeptical.
“Yeah of course.” Brian took Kimberly’s hand and pulled her closer and he began to kiss her. He leaned back and pulled her on top of him. He slowly unbuttoned her shirt as he gently kissed her neck and shoulder.

David and Theresa sat there in the diner. They had ordered some food and were waiting for it to arrive. Theresa sat there and worry came over her. She had two secrets that she was keeping from David. She knew that if one of them got out they would be over. But if both got out he would hate her.
“So what’s up baby? How was your day?” Theresa looked at him not knowing what to say.
“It was okay I guess. All I did was walk around.” Theresa took a sip of the water that the waiter had supplied them.
“Sounds like fun. It is a nice day out today. I have been having some crazy days so I’m sorry I haven’t been calling you.”
“What’s wrong baby?”
“It’s my father.” Theresa looked at him. She was wondering what he meant cause she knew that he didn’t know.
“What about your father?”
“He was suppose to come home the other day but when I went to his house he wasn’t there. I called the house and the machine picked up but it was some other man’s voice and then I called his cell and that is cut off. I’m scared that something happened to him.” David’s facial expression changed. Theresa saw the pain in his eyes. She wanted to tell him the truth but then she thought about his father telling him about the abortion. So she kept her mouth closed.
“I’m pretty sure that he’s okay honey. Give it a couple of more days then try again.”
“This is why I love you so much. You always make me feel better.” David leaned in and kissed her.
“Here is your order.” The man said as he placed the plates on the table.
“Thank you.” Theresa said. They sat there and began to eat. Theresa the whole time worrying.
