Nature: Forever Free (Series)

Forest:

Wooden trees of steel like hue

falling leaves that set the mood

blowing branches fast in motion

edge of land and edge of ocean

in the ground the spirit sleeps

through the trials and through the week

feel the shade and feel the breeze

and know the forest is forever free.

Fire:

Burning embers shed some light

upon the Forest in the night

flaming branches on the ground

heat the souls of those around

crackling leaves upon the stones

chase the shadows from their home

warm the core and warm the breeze

and prove that fire's forever free

Water:

Rushing water on the stones

chases Fire from its home

swirling pools of ever blue

casts an image with its hue

shimmering waves of freezing mists

cools the core with a tender kiss

hits the air and surfs the breeze

and shows that water's forever free

Wind:

Blowing air sets minds at ease

over Water and through the trees

swirling drafts from mountain peaks

spreads the leaves throughout the week

spiraling gusts from east to west

helps the spirit raise its crest

twirls the sky along the breeze

to show that wind's forever free

Nature:

lives in forests amongst the trees

coasts the water of every sea

from crackling leaves to shooting stars

it travels the earth from near and far

found in fire and deep in sand

it breathes the air into every man

it's ground in stoic concrete and steel

in ice the light and dark have will

from rocky mountains to waterfalls

forever fierce is nature's call

in every being up high and low

though never still, it comes and goes

the spirit sleeps throughout all time

belongs to none though yours and mine

so watch it cresting on the breeze

and know that Nature's forever free
