School Girls' Stories - Year 3

To My Dearest Shin-kun, *doodles of hearts and flowers*

I am so excited!! I made it into the Art Club this year! It was tough too. *doodle of a frown* At first they did not want me to enter because I had not done it religiously through high school like the rest of the students, but they were BLOWN AWAY by my superb talent… and the fact that two members dropped out of school this year to pursue careers in manga before high school was over. So… it was just lucky for me, but, I did it!

In Autumn we are going to have a School Festival and the Art Club is going to do a little movie! They have already asked Shai to do a voice of one of the characters. I think a bunch of boys have a crush on Shai, but she doesn’t notice. She is so in love with Kyoei that she sees no one else, but she is going to do the voice for the geeks! I mean, guys…

Kaori is due in about a week. She’s trouble. She went and met Danko for lunch the other day and came home looking worse than when she left, and for once Kaori actually looks bad. *doodle of an ugly looking Kaori* She is all bloated and icky, and she doesn’t look as lovely as she used to. Now people are saying that I look how she used to before she got fat. *doodles fat Kaori*

I miss you Shinwa. The girls in my class keep showing me magazines of you with Ririka, and I know you said that you and Ririka are just co-workers and a lot of the pictures they are finding are from the movie/TV show… but I can’t help but feel a little jealous. Ririka is beautiful, and she is there with you, and you look like you are having fun, and you barely call.

I know I can trust you though!

There is this new student teacher, his name is Frost Diotrephes. He says he knew Kaori, but he won’t tell me how he knew her, though I have a HUGE suspicion of how he knew her. Pretty much how every guy knew her. *doodles crueler pictures of Kaori*

“Oshidori Yuki, did you have something you wanted to share with the class?” Frost stood in front of her desk looking down at her with his cold violet eyes. Yuki shivered, watching those eyes change from dark violet, to lavender, and back again. There was something about the coolness in his stare that did not cool her spine but heated up her skin.

“If you insist,” Yuki said, holding up her notepad and subtly flipping the page to reveal another drawing she had done while not paying attention in class. It was the drawing of a maiden on a unicorn, a maiden who looked surprisingly like Kaori, or Yuki, depending on the angle. The whole class giggled and talked at once as Frost looked down upon the drawing.

“Impressive,” he said to her, a small smirk on his face, “But, I have a feeling that isn’t the math we were working on.”

“No,” Yuki admitted, looking over at the picture, “but you can probably add up all of the little lines I drew and come up with an impressive number.”

Frost let out a small laugh before placing the notebook back on Yuki’s desk and walking away, going back up to talk to the class.

Shinwa, I must be going, for I have been caught in the throes of this letter, and I should be keeping my grades up, though if two people can drop out to become manga writers, why can’t I? Because you believe in me, that is why. You believe I can be something more than I am, and I am going to take that faith with me all of the way. Thank you Shinwa, please call me soon.
