Cousin
"Why did you drag me away from him! .... Literally!" Athena huffed, folding her arms as she turned away from the three.
"It was for your own good. If you two ever got close... I'm just glad that gate kept you two apart." Aphrodite sighed, placing a hand onto her forehead. Seeming like she was distressed...
"Sissy! Just listen..! Joel is so nice, he even did as I--"
"Joel? Joel! Joel... Joel.. Uhhmm.." Samantha cut in, repeating the name aloud.
Aphrodite and Athena stared at Samantha while Venus just stood there, looking at the gates of the school. How it seemed so great outside of the school gates during school hours...
"Um, nevermind! Heheh.. Just.. keep talking of what you're talking about." Samantha nervously laughed, a bit embarrassed that she was thinking out loud again.
"Anyway.. Athena, sis, just.. Don't do anything so rash.. If anything were to happen to you because of those Foxworth brats, I wouldn't know what I'd do." Looking down to the ground, Aphrodite sighed as she heard the lunch bells ring, telling everyone that Sakura High was on it's lunch break. While Foxworth High went back to their classes. It was always a rule that both of the schools had lunch at seperate times so that none of the girls and guys would somehow escape together to do something terrible - at least at their age.
After the bells finished chiming, the four girls walked together to the lunch area, thinking about skipping lunch for the day. The four watched as everyone huddled near the lines, trying their best not to get shoved out of them. A few of them even cut their friends who saved their spot. But most of them got caught anyway.
Just watching everyone fight for a spot in line made Athena, Aphrodite and Samantha laugh in amusement. Venus just stared, observing their actions carefully. As she stayed quiet, finding nothing amusing about shoving other teens, she spotted the gates, seeing a familiar person on the other side of it. "Aphrodite.. Isn't that Eros? Over there.." Venus softly spoke, pointing out to the gates, which seemed was empty, except for the guy that stood on the other side.
"Hey.. Yeah.. That is Eros!" Aphrodite chirped as she started to jog over to the gates. Athena and Samantha ran, following her as Venus took her time and walked over to them.
Once Aphrodite reached him, she noticed that Eros was on his cell phone, chatting away like no tomorrow.
"Sure. So, later on tonight I'll pick you up.... Yeah, I promise. Love you too. Later, babe." A sigh escaped from the older man as he turned his cell off and walked off. After he took a step away from the gate, Aphrodite had taken ahold of the back of his shirt. "What the hell?" Eros said, being caught off guard.
"Eros! Heya, cousin. How are ya? And what the hell are you doing outside still! You're supposed to be inside your school building by now!" Aphrodite growled after she spoke, letting go of her cousin as he turned around. Eros flashed a smirk towards Samantha, then looked at Aphrodite with an annoyed expression. "Since I have oh-so-wonderful grades, my teacher let me have some fresh air. Unlike you. I bet you have failing grades in all of your classes, huh? But that's okay. Big cousin Eros will be able to teach little Aphrodite her ABC's and 123's." Eros chuckled, taking another glance at Samantha. "Aren't you supposed to be eating by now? I bet your parents would be a bit mad if they found out you never ate lunch yet."
Keeping Aphrodite from smacking Eros, Athena pushed her sister away, standing in front of Aphrodite as she turned her head to her cousin. "Um.. They never ask us if we ate in school, so we never worry about that.. But.. I have a question for you.. I mean, I know that you must have something, even a little bit of information, on every boy in school, right?" Athena mumbled, having Eros lean in just to hear her.
When Athena asked that, her two sisters and her friend stepped closer to her, anxious as to what she wanted.
"Yeah. What about it? Need dirt on some guy you find attractive?" He laughed again, causing Aphrodite to now swing at the gates, hoping to at least scratch him.
"Well... There's this guy... Joel Tanner.. I want to know if you have anything on him.." This time, Athena cringed, acting like something had hit her whenever she even thought about that wonderful guy.
"Joel Tanner... Hm.." Eros thought, looking at the ground. "Ah, The Legendary Tanner. His brother enrolled in this school. Michael Tanner. He was the perfect student. Had an A in all of his classes, great at sports. Thing was, he already had a girlfriend ever since Junior High, so he had tons of girls that wanted him. Anyway.. Joel Tanner is just 'the brother of the Legendary Tanner'. I think since his brother is so great, he's trying to top him.. So far, he can only get the girls. Now if only he could get some smarts in that brain of his..."
"Intelligence. Smarts? I'm surprised you even made it this far in school!" Aphrodite scoffed, folding her arms across her chest.
"Excuse me. Do not inturrupt me when I'm speaking to young Athena, here. Anyway.. So.. Why do you wanna know about the Tanner boy? Have you me--" Eros squeaked as he realized his other cousin had left the scene. "What the hell?"
Aphrodite and Samantha laughed, Venus turned as she stared in another direction, watching her sister run off.

Sorry for having such a short chapter. I haven't updated anything in forever! So a short chapter is better than no chapter, right? About their cousin, Eros, sorry for not putting much detail about him. At least you know his attitude towards his cousins. Or at least I hope you do... Later on, or maybe in the next chapter, I'll put some information on him. But for some hints about him, just like his cousins, he's been named after a God. Look up "Eros" in Wikipedia or Google. You'll might go "ah, oh, um, ew" or something once you read it. xD But I won't say it in here. So... thanks for reading this far!
