Chapter 4
"She is never this late." Nicole said looking at her watch and seeing it was 6:40.
"She might just need a little more time that she thought at first." Mickey said.
"She would have called here and told us. I am starting to get very worried. She is never like this." Armond said. "Did she tell you Jason's address?"
"She gave it to me just before she left." Laura said taking a piece of paper out of her purse.
"Great lets go over there." Armond said. They all got up and walked to the car. They got to Jason's house and Armond got out and walked to the door and rang the doorbell.
Jason still in his studio heard the doorbell went and answered it. To his surprise Armond was standing there. "Hey Armond, how are you?"
"Fine. Is Angel still here?" Armond asked.
"No she left an hour ago. She said she had to go home and help her mother." Jason said.
"Thanks see you in class tomorrow." Armond said and turned around to walk to his car.
"Bye Armond." Jason said and closed the door. He walked in to the kitchen. His mother was making dinner. "Hey mom."
"Well, how did everything go?" She asked.
"Fine in fact she is in that room." Jason said sitting down.
"How did you get her to stay?" She asked.
"Well I came in here to get some pop. I went back in to the living room and she was not there so I took some of that stuff that dad had given me and I put it in to her pop. I went up stairs. She was in the room I let no one in to. I know she found the snapshots and the paintings. Because she was very scared and wanted to get out of here." He said. His father, brother, and sister walked in.
"Well, how was school?" His father asked sitting down at the table as did Damian and Raven.
"Fine. Angel is here. We were supposed to do a project. I gave her the locket and the pen then I came in here while she opened it to get some pop. I went back in to the living room and she was not there so I put two of those pills you gave me in to her pop and I went to look for her. She was in that room where I keep all of the pictures of her. I know she found the pictures of her with out clothes and the painting of her and I mating because she was scarred and wanted to go home. I gave her the pop and the pills took effect quickly." Jason said. "Here this was around her neck." He gave his father Angels cross.
"Thank you. So she is in that room you fixed up for her?" His father asked.
"Yes." Jason said.
"Dinner is done." His mother said putting two bowls on the table. One had noodles and the other had sauce in them.
"When dinner is finished you take her something to eat." His father said. They ate in silence.
"She might just need a little more time that she thought at first." Mickey said.
