Destiny Bound

Authors note:: I'm going to start making the chapters shorter so I can make updates more often. Sorry for the little wait for this chapter, but a couple more are coming with it. This weekend I'm not going to be in town so I can't get on the computer, but I tried to write as much as I could before I leave.

The next few weeks were the bast. I felt like I was floating on air when i was with vile. Vont having to worry about Jordan was wonderful, and he was pretty happy with Renea. They are together as, if not more, often than Vile and I are together.

Through all this happiness, I was still wondering about when I was going to meet the man that betrayed my kingdom in our past lives.

I still had the dreams. More variation now, but still, they haunted my sleep. In addition to the first one I had, there were scenes of passionate love making. Strange thing, thought, it wasn't Vile I was making love with, it was the man that betrayed me, the bad guy, the man I'm supposed to hate.

"Vile, I thought you said that i was going to meet him soon." I said.

"Well, yes. We thought so, but i suppose he's going to wait a while longer." he replied, "Hey, I want to show you something. Hold out your hand."

I held out my hand as he reached into his pocket and pulled out a small pouch.

"What is it?" I said as he poured what looked to be sand into my hand.

"It's called Need Powder." He smiled, "I suppose it's what you would think fairy dust would be." he paused. "I'll tell you about fairies later though."

"Umm, OK. So then, what do i do with it?"

"You throw it into the air, then you ask for something. Whatever you ask for, you get. It's pretty awesome. I've asked it to do lots of different spells and it really can do anyting you ask it to." He paused and smiled at me, "You should try it."

"OK!" I thought about it for a while but I knew what I wanted. I threw the powder into the air and said, "I want a kitten, and make my mom let me keep it!" Right after I said that, a little black kitten appeared through the dust and fell into my hands. "Aw, she's perfect!"

Vile laughed and said, "Well, that isn't xactly what I thought you were going to ask for."

"Well, what did you think I was going to ask for?"

"I don't know," he leaned toward me, "Maybe, a kiss."

"A kiss? From you? You have to be kidding." I laughed and leaned into his kiss. When we broke the kiss I said, "That had to have been the worst kiss I have ever had, can you not do any better?"

"Oh, you want better, huh? Well how about this?" He pulled me into his arms and kissed me hard on the lips, nice tongue action, I think that was the best kiss he had ever given me.

He pulled my hair away from my neck and kissed lightly a few times there. I looked at him wildly, then grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and pulled him onto my bed.

We kissed each other passionatly. I slid my had slowly around his body, I wanted to feel every peice of him.

He moved his had from my thigh to my hips. He slipped carefully into my shirt and then...

Click.

"Oh, my!" my mom had walked into my room, right in the middle of makeout central.

"Mom! Don't you knock?!" I screamed out and pushed Vile off me.

"I just wanted to tell you that Renea and Jordan are here, they said that you were supposed to study." She stared at us for a moment then spotted the kitten, "What is that?"

"Oh! Mom," I jumped off my bed and picked her up then thought for a moment, "Can't I keep her? Vi--Brian's cat just had kittens and he wants me to have this one."

She glanced at Vile and then back at me, I smiled innocently, "Fine," she walked out, "Your friends are waiting!" She yelled back.

I giggled. "You little liar," smiled Vile.

"I know! But it worked!" I smiled back at him, took his hand, and dragged him out of my room.

When we got to the living room I saw Renea and Jordan sitting on the couch, holding hands.

"Oh! You are together now!" II did a silly little dance, then plopped down into the armchair.

"Before we start stydying, I want to show you something!" I ran to my room, grabbed the kitten, and ran back into the living room.

I held up the kitten, "Look! Isn't she so cute? Vile gave me this fairy dust kinda powder, called Need Powder, and I wished for a kitten and I got her!" I smiled, "I think she's hungry, I'll be right back."

I carried the kitten into the kitchen. As I opened the cabinet to get some tuna I spotted someone standing in my back yard. I opened the tuna and set it on the floor for the kitten.

I walked out my door and looked at the man who seemed to have been waiting for me.

My dreams came flooding back to me. Suddenly, the man with no face, finally had one.

"Darren," I whispered.
