Chapter 4: Evening Love
He caught up to her as she stood at the edge of the moonlit river, the same he had found her asleep under. He silently slid behind her as she made an attempt to will her wings forth. His arms snaked around her waist and she jumped under his chilled fingers. His lips gently nibbled at her neck, and he nuzzled his face into her, inhaling her scent, her hair smelled like citrus. He smiled into her throat as she made an attempt to pull away from him. “My darling angel, do not try to escape again, I want to show you the beauty of life and death, be with me my sweet beauty.” He felt her relax into his arms for a moment and then sensed her about to tense again, but the moment was there, perfect.
They vanished into the darkness of his room, his arms still wrapped tightly around her. He slid her around in his arms facing her and smiling into her bright blue eyes.
She blinked, his eyes were… green? Hadn’t they been red, her mind pouted and her body betrayed her a little as her lips pursed, the crimson had been a favorite trait. She berated herself mentally, ‘idiot, he’s trying to molest you here, quit being an idiot!’ She slid her arms around his waist and leaned into his chest, her head resting on his shoulder. ‘What the hell are you doing!?’ Her mind flailed to control her betraying body. ‘You’re mean. I just thought you should know.’
He smiled as she lowered her head down onto his shoulder. His arms quickly slid to pick her up, lifting her up and carrying her to his chilled bed, awaited to be warmed again. He placed her gently down on the pillows, her eyelids coming down half mast to give him a look of mild interest. He smiled, so she wasn’t just going to give in. He stood above her, his wings spreading behind him, he kneeled before her, looking down at her body, the red dress flowing about her in ripples like the river and her hair laying spread over his pillows. One hand lay open on the pillow next to her, the other was lying on her stomach, her legs were slightly bent and she was looking at him with an eerie look of displeasure. He smiled. “Might as well remedy that.”
She blinked, “What do you mean remedy that?”
“Your expression.”
His body leaned down over her and she made an attempt to sit up under him. His arms wrapped around her waist and he pulled her in, her hips pressing against his pelvis and her body pressing up against his, her scarlet blush moving over her face like fire. He smiled as her hand came up to cover her face, her other making an attempt to support herself, wrapping around his back, successfully pulling herself closer to him. He smiled and lying her back down onto the pillows removed one of his hands from behind her, still pressing her against him with the other and used it to pull her hand away from her face.
Her timid expression went into one of shock as he placed her finger in his mouth, his warm mouth moving over it, nibbling and flicking it with his tongue. She blushed a more furious shade of red as he slid his mouth over her lips momentarily releasing her finger. His tongue slid over her lips and his teeth nibbled at her for entrance. She relinquished and his tongue slid in, moving over her teeth, and allowing her own tongue to explore, she felt his fangs brushing her tongue.
He felt her balk in his arms, her heartbeat quickening in fear. He pulled back and looked into her eyes. “Little angel what troubles you? Are you not wanting to be on the bottom little one?” His eyes looked into her with an attempt at deep understanding. She glared at him.
“I don’t want to be in a position like that with you. Stop doing this, now.” Her voice was tough and furious, allowing no room for error in her proclamations.
“Come now, that’s not it, I can see it, is it because of that thing you said right before you fell off a balcony trying to escape me.” His eyes widened at the flicker of frustration in her eyes. “It is, is it?” He smiled and lifted her up so that she was in his lap, each leg on one side of his waist. “Don’t be afraid of me little angel, I’m completely harmless when I want to be. I wouldn’t do anything to harm you, and I would never suck you dry, at least not your blood.”
She blushed a darker red. She heard him laughing quietly at her and then she let her anger take over for her from then on. She wasn’t going to be used. Her skin glowed a bright white and her dress began to flow gently over the ground, her hair lifting off of her shoulders in a dark haze. He smiled at her and watched her anger growing. Her wings came forth from her back, ready to attempt to fly away at any moment. To where she thought she was going, he wasn’t sure, but it amused him to see her try.
She glared up at him. His lips curled into a quirked smile. He sat up as she watched his movements intently. His hands lifted to his shirt and he pulled it off, letting the white silk flutter to the floor. Her heart skipped a beat. He was… perfectly built… she gulped. Her anger turned into molten seduction.
He leaned down and his wings spread over them blocking the ceiling from view. He gently touched her skin with his finger tips; she sighed, and closed her eyes, drifting into his warmth. His lips trailed a line of kisses over her body, her shoulders to her collarbone to the space between her breasts where her necklace lay gently. She slid her arms over his back, and her wings stretched up, white feathers brushing his overly sensitive body. His was the first moan to sound, the caress being long forgotten.
She lifted herself to him, and with a shriek her clothes vanished from her skin, his doing the same. She jumped as she felt him pressed against her. He smiled down at her, “please trust me my darling angel, Damascre…” His voice trailed off as the red crimson pools reformed in his eyes, losing control over his appearance, his skin whitening to the beautiful ivory it had been on the night she’d first seen him. His braid dangled over his shoulder the red ribbon touching her lightly on the shoulder and giving her slight gasps as the chilled seams touched her heated skin.
He leaned down closer to her, his mouth encasing hers and his body tensed as her hands slid over his abdomen coming up to his chest. Her hands were reeking havoc over his self control and his own hands slid over her sides and up to her chest brushing them gently. Letting her pull in a gasp from his mouth.
He opened his eyes, looking into her slightly clouded ones. “Damascre, remember to trust me.” He entered her, thrusting his warm length into her, her outcry resounding through the chamber.
“I…” she gasped. “I don’t even know your name!” He laughed as he moved again within her.
“It’s Acario.”
She sighed his name allowed. “Acario…”
