The Windmill Twin

I don\'t want to write it all out, so just know that this whole chapter is in the Ura language okay? Well, the whole flashback part is. When the flashback ends then no more Ura language. ; )
And every time you see, +++++, that is someone\'s name. And old Ura\'s name. I just don\'t want to think of more names. It\'s what I am worst at.



***FLASHBACK TIME***


The thirteen-year-old crossed his arms and frowned at his father. \"Who\'s that boy?\" he asked angrily. \"And why is he staying here?\"


The man looked back at the boy hiding behind his father\'s leg. \"A shy one you have there +++++.\" he looked back at his son. \"Andrey be polite to our young guest and show him around will you?\"

Andrey made a disgusted face but nodded. \"Hey, boy, follow me.\" the boy jumped slightly but nodded and followed Andrey out of the building. \"Well, what would you like to see?\"

\"Ah!\" he smiled brightly. \"I saw the windmill on the way in. Would you mind terribly if we went to see that?\"

\"Hmph.\" Andrey shoved his hands in his pockets. \"Fucking long walk.\"

The boy made a stubborn face. \"Well, I want to see it.\"

Andrey looked back at him. \"What\'s you\'re name?\"

\"Dnias!\" The boy answered. \"My name is Dnias. And you are Andrey, if I heard correctly. Sounds like a girls name to me.\"

\"Don\'t talk to someone who is older then you like that!\" Andrey yelled at him. \"You are such a brat!\" though he did have beautiful blue eyes. \"Ack!\"

Dnias clentched his fists. \"Take me to the windmill or I will tell your father that you were being a bully!\"

Andrey laughed. \"What are you seven?\"

The boy set his hands on his hips. \"Six and a half big shot.\"

\"Don\'t be a smart ass.\" Andrey tapped him on the head. \"I\'ll take you to see the friggin windmill yah baby.\"

\"I\'m not a baby!\" Dnias yelled at him as they began to walk. \"And watch your mouth!\"

They walked for at while and Dnias was whinning the whole way about being tired. Andrey had almost punched the kid right through the ground but they had, thankfully, reached the windmill. Dnias ran strait up to it and stood there in awe.

\"Just a windmill.\" Andrey muttered and sat down on a bench away from Dnias. \"Stupid kid.\"

\"Andrey!\" Dnias yelled and Andrey looked back to find him gone. \"Up here Andrey!\"

\"Shit!!!\" Andrey yelled seeing Dnias sitting on the balcony the windmill had. \"Fuck how did he get up there. I\'m dead if he falls.\" he stood and cupped his hands so he could yell. \"Get down here! I\'m not going to be responsible for your death!\"

Dnias smirked and stood on the railing. \"You catch me if I fall Andrey?\"

Andrey crossed his arms. \"Nah, you can fall if you want!\" he said not believing Dnias would do anything.

\"Okay then!\" Dnias called.

\"Are you insane!?!\" Andrey screamed as Dnias fell. \"You little shit!\"

He dove to catch the boy but nothing hit his arm. He opened his eyes and blinked in shock. \"Did that hurt? You hit the ground really hard.\"

Andrey turned over to see Dnias sitting cross-legged in the air above him. \"You little shit you could have told me you could fucking fly.\"

\"Watch your mouth.\" Dnias told him. \"So, you show me one of your tricks now.\" Turning his head away Andrey frowned. Stupid boy. \"Come now Andrey. Show me something.\"

Andrey stood and began to walk away. \"Stupid boy. You don\'t just show off your tricks to random people.\"

\"You can\'t do anything can you?\" Dnias asked as he landed on the ground softly. \"So much older then I and you can\'t do anything. Are you human?\"

\"What do you know?\" Andrey turned and yelled at him. \"You are just a stupid little boy you know that? Your little tricks are going to get you killed!\"

\"You are just a big jerk!\" Dnias yelled at him. \"No wonder you\'re just like a human!\"

Andrey turned on his heel and began to walk away. \"Find your own goddamn way back!\"

\"Father?\" a seventeen-year-old Andrey asked walking into the study. \"What is it you wanted?\"

\"Andrey,\" the man smiled. \"I have something very important to tell you. Something +++++ and I have been talking about for a long time.\" he stood and walked in front of his son. \"You remember that boy? Dnias?\"

Andrey frowned. \"How coud I forget that little spoiled brat?\" he asked. \"What about the little twirp?\"

He sighed and motioned for Andrey to sit, which he did. \"You and that boy are going to be bonded.\"

\"What?!?\" Andrey shot up again. \"What in the hell is that? Some kind of sick joke? It isn\'t funny!\"

\"It\'s no joke.\" his father answered. \"That boy and you will be together. You understand me Andrey? As your father I am telling you this.\"

Andrey looked away from him in anger. \"There is no way you could make me be with that child! He\'s such a spoiled fucking brat! He\'s so annoying!\"

The man set a hand on Andrey\'s shoulder. \"You are going to tell the boy this.\"

\"What?\" Andrey glared at him. \"I am being forced into this and now you are telling me I have to tell that little shit? He wont believe me and even if he does he wont take shit from me. I am not going to be stuck with that...thing...for the rest of my life.\"

The door opened behind them and Dnias peeked his head in. \"Uhh...is this the right room? My father told me I needed to find you. Am I interrupting something?\"

\"Come in Dnias.\" Andrey\'s father told him and Dnias stepped in. Andrey stared at the ten-year-old. Damn that kid. \"We were just talking about you.\"

Dnias looked confused. \"About me? What for?\"

He smiled. \"Well, I will leave you and Andrey alone for a while.\"

Dnias looked at Andrey after he left and glared. \"What?\"

\"Don\'t be all pissy with me.\" Andrey hissed at him. \"It\'s been three years since I last saw you and you are still just a little brat like usual.\" he crossed his arms. \"You still look just as pathetic.\"

\"Yeah? And are you still as weak as a human?\" Dnias shot back.

Andrey clenched his fists but didn\'t retort. \"My father...said we, you and I, we\'re gonna be bound.\"

Dnias blinked a few times before laughing. \"That\'s funny. Why would I ever be bound to someone like you? That\'s just outragious.\"

\"It\'s true.\" Andrey muttered and Dnias stopped laughing. \"You think I am happy about it?\"

\"They can\'t force us!\" Dnias yelled. \"There is not a force on this Earth that would ever make me be with you!\"

\"Oh yeah because you are a fucking walk in the park!\"

\"Language!\"

\"Fuck you and your language!\"

Dnias turned on his heel and left the room. \"Not ever...never!\"

Andrey groaned. \"Damn it what am I gonna do?\"

Dnias curled into a ball and began to sob. This couldn\'t be happening! It couldn\'t be. He was only fifteen! This couldn\'t be happening to him. It was bad enough without this.

\"Dnias?\" the boy looked up as Andrey entered the room. \"Dnias what\'s wrong?\"

\"Why do you care?\" Dnias asked and curled into a smaller ball. \"Just leave me alone Andrey.\"

Andrey closed the door behind himself and squated in front of Dnias. \"Dnias would you tell me what you are crying about?\"

Dnias kept his head lowered. \"I came back here...to tell you something Andrey.\"

\"What\'s that Ryu-Ka?\" Andrey asked him and kissed him softly.

\"Ka-Ru, please wait...\" Dnias lightly pushed Andrey away as he kissed him deeper. \"I have...have to tell you something Ka-Ru.\"

Andrey nodded. \"Go on then and tell me.\"

Dnias lowered his head. \"We...we wont be able to hide much longer Andrey...\"

\"Why not?\" Andrey asked. \"It\'s been nearly three years now. We only have a few more to go.\"

\"I...\" Dnias began to sob again. \"Andrey you got me pregnant!\"

Andrey froze. He\'d gotten a fifteen-year-old Ura pregnant? He was in for fucking hell. \"Dnias I...are you serious?\"

\"Why would I kid about something like this?\" Dnias yelled at him. \"Andrey I\'m only fifteen...if anyone found out...they\'d kill you...\"

\"That\'s why no one is going to find out Ryu-Ka.\" Andrey promised. \"I\'m gonna send you away okay? Somewhere that you can be safe.\" he kissed Dnias again. \"I\'ll protect you Ryu-Ka.\"

\"Get away from me!\" Dnias screamed and threw a vase at the man coming towards him. \"Get away!\"

The man was in all black. Dnias couldn\'t see his face at all. \"Tut, tut. What a bad man Ura of Death is. Bonding someone so young, let along getting him pregnant. You must be so burdand Ura of Air.\"

Dnias\'s back hit a wall and the man walked up to him. \"Please...don\'t hurt me.\"

\"I\'m going to take everything you love. Everything that you cherish I will take.\" He covered Dnias\'s eyes with his hand. \"Starting with your sight.\"

Dnias screamed in pain and fell the the floor. Everything began to blur before going completely black. \"Please...please stop this...don\'t hurt me.\"

\"And next...your child.\" the man grabbed Dnias and pushed him against the wall. \"This life,\" he set a hand on Dnias\'s stomach. \"Will never see this world now.\" Dnias screamed in pain again but couldn\'t move. \"And now,\" he dropped Dnias. \"I will burn the only thing you love to the ground. So that you will never have anything to comfort you. So you will have nowhere to go for the rest of time.\"

When Dnias finally came too someone was standing over him. \"Dnias!\" Evelake... \"Dnias answer me!\"

\"Evelake?\" Dnias muttered softly and Evelake helped him sit up. \"Where am I?\"

\"Safe.\" Evelake answered. \"Dnias what happened to you?\"

Dnias just sat there. \"Nothing...it\'s...nothing.\"

\"Leave us.\" that was Andrey\'s voice. He sounded very pissed off. \"Boy, leave us!\" Dnias sat there, not knowing what was going to happen since he could not see, in fear. Someone set a hand on his shoulder and he jerked away. \"Dnias I\'m not going to hurt you.\"

\"Andrey...\" Dnias tried to find him and Andrey took his hand. \"You came.\"

Andrey sat next to him. \"Dnias...your eyes. You\'re blind.\" Dnias nodded softly. \"I am so sorry. I should have been here sooner.\"

Dnias curled himself into Andrey. \"I\'m sorry Andrey...I\'m so sorry.\"

\"It\'s not your fault Dnias.\" Andrey told him softly. \"Don\'t worry about it.\"

\"But it\'s my fault!\" Dnias sat up. \"I couldn\'t protect your child Andrey and it\'s my fault it\'s dead.\"

Andrey stiffened. \"What?\"

Dnias began to sob. \"I couldn\'t stop him...I couldn\'t protect your child Andrey...I am so sorry.\"

Andrey was sielnt for a moment. \"I want you to stay with that boy Dnias. Live with him, he\'ll take care of you.\"

\"What about you? You can\'t just leave me Andrey!\"

\"I\'ll be back.\" Andrey promised. \"Whenever you least expect it.\"

***FLASHBACK END***


Dnias stood and walked to the door. He opened it and his breath hitched as he was hit with Heru\'s strong power. \"Heru...\"

\"Dnias.\" Heru said. \"You need to move Dnias.\"

Dnias backed away and closed the door after Heru. \"Heru what is going on? You sound distressed.\"

Arek gave Evelake a knowing look and Evelake nodded. \"Dnias can we take a walk?\" Evelake asked him.

\"No.\" Dnias answered. \"Not until I know what is going on. Besides, Andrey is coming back.\"

\"Andrey is hurt.\" Heru told him and Dnias about lost his footing from shock. \"He\'s right here Dnias, and hurt really bad. It would be best if you take a walk.\"

Dnias was trembling. \"Will Andrey be okay Heru?\"

\"I\'m surprised you didn\'t feel it Dnias.\" Heru muttered. \"Aren\'t you bonded with him? How come you couldn\'t feel it when he was hurt?\"

Shock and guilt washed over Dnias. No one was supposed to know about Dnias and Andrey yet because truth be told Dnias was still to young. \"I...I didn\'t want to believe...Andrey could be hurt.\"

\"Well get your head out of the clouds Dnias.\" Heru told him sternly. \"This is a war and there are going to be people hurt. Now take a walk so I can help him.\"

Dnias nodded. \"Evelake...let\'s go.\"
