\"Kaikou! NO!\" Mangetsu yelled out, her eyes widened with fear for her brother.
Karashimi watched as Kaikou sent the blade towards her gut, knowing she couldn\'t block or avoid any part of this attack she waited for the blade to enter, her emotionless eyes showing no fear of this what so ever.
Kaikou blinked and were soft once more, he then realized what was going on and what he was doing. But, before he could stop the blade of his sword, it had already entered Karashimi\'s stomach and came out the other side.
Kaikou dropped the hilt of his sword as Karashimi grabbed the blade of it. She growled softly as she pulled the sword out of her gut and then dropped it.
Mangetsu stood up and caught her brother as he stumbled back, and then finally fell unconscious
Kaikou\'s sword dropped to the ground as Karashimi placed her hand over the entrance of the wound, growling softly as the pain she felt.
Mangetsu sat on the ground, holding her brother close to her body with her arms, looking up at Karashimi.
\"You brought that on yourself, half breed.\" Mangetsu growled at her, feeling that she needed to be protective of her brother.
Karashimi sent a look that could kill Mangetsu more then a dozen times over, if looks could have killed that is.
\"Like hell it is. If you hadn\'t opened you loud ass mouth in the first place about my past, none of this would\'ve happened. I wouldn\'t be injured and your brother wouldn\'t be unconscious like he is,\" Kurushimi snarled back at the young demon.
\"I don\'t even see why Kaikou saved you,\" Karashimi continued, \"he called you a bitch earlier and yet he was willing to give his life to save you, I don\'t see why.
\"He made a promise to hi- our mother that he would protect me from any danger. And his promises, he never breaks them.\"
\"Feh. Family is a bunch of people who can get in your way; a bunch of useless people, if you ask me. And emotions, ugh, they are worthless,\" Karashimi told Mangetsu as she pulled her hand from her wound and licked the blood off her hand, allowing the blood to flow from the opening of the wound and down the front of her clothing now.
Mangetsu got a grossed out look on her face as she watched Karashimi lick the blood, her own blood from her own wound that she was just given, showing no pain.
Kaikou opened his eyes a bit, watching Karashimi.
\"Y-you should really get that bandaged up,\" he spoke in a soft tone.
Karashimi looked down at him and placed her hand at her side.
\"No need to bandage it up. I\'m a lot stronger then a full-blooded demon, mind you. I can survive with a wound like this, unlike a normal demon could.\"
\"If you say so. Anyways,\" he started, shaking some of his dizziness away. \"Why do you think loving, caring, and emotions altogether a useless thing? And why do you believe family is just a bunch of useless people?\"
Karashimi looked down at him, wondering what information he was trying to suck out of her.
\"Because, they make you weak when it comes to fighting. Your opponent uses those people and feelings against you, thus handing them the upper hand, and making you weak. But if you discard those things then you only have to depend on your ability to fight,\" that\'s all she would say to answer his question.
\"Why would you think that?\" Kaikou decided to question even further.
\"And why do you care to know?\" she asked him back, hoping that would stop all his questions. but it didn\'t.
\"Because I want to know more about what you think, is there something wrong with that?\"
Mangetsu pulled her arms from around her brother and stood up, then grabbed her brother\'s wrist and helped him to his feet.
Karashimi looked at Kaikou, giving him an odd look, her purple eyes looked as though her mind was in some sort of confusion.
Why does he care about what I think? Why would he care about my thoughts? UGH! Why do I care?!
She muttered to herself as she sent her claw through the wound Kaikou had given her.
She growled as she pulled her claw from her wound, more blood coming from the wound as she licked her hand clean of the blood.
Mangetsu just stood there, a disgusted look appearing on her face as watched Karuahimi do this, and she felt like she was going to throw up.
\"Y-you\'re crazy princess, seriously crazy.\"
Ka Karashimi looked over at Mangetsu, growling. \"What did you just call me child?!\"
\"I called you p-princess,\" Mangetsu replied, moving behind her brother some.
\"Don\'t call me that! I never asked to be the damn princess of all the damn vampires!\"
Kaikou stood there, a confused look appearing on his face and in his crimson red eyes.
Karashimi pushed off the ground with both her feet, muttering as she spread her wings out and landed on the rooftop of a building.
She then looked back down and growled. \"AND SHUT-UP! I don\'t need you people to scare away my damn prey!\" Karashimi yelled back at them before she turned her back to them and ran off, using the rooftops to get from place to place.
Kaikou blinked, a sweatdrop appearing on the side of his head. \"What\'s up with her?\" he asked, turning his gaze towards his younger sister.
\"She doesn\'t like her past,\" Mangetsu replied flatly to the question.
\"How come?\"
\"I don\'t know.\"
\"Then tell me everything you about her past. You know more then I do from being Master Kaze\'s favorite minion..\"
\"I-I dunno if I should tell you.\" Mangetsu replied to that, looking down upon the ground as she told him.
