Slow Hell July 18,2011
Slow Hell written July 18, 2011
Ive been living my life in a slow hell
a different emotion i face come the sun sail
I havent had the feelings to move on
Stuck in the path of destruction.
I wish you were here to hold me
i wish i could break from from it all.
My mind is crying out in pain
my body is breaking from the tears.
I saw you the other day from afar
i smiled a fake smile to block the emotions.
I try to be strong but am failing it fast.
i cant keep the feelings at bay any longer.
Ive been living my life in a slow hell
a year of hell is just getting worse
my heartache and suffering are my own to bear
Ive become a pro at hiding the pain.
I smile a small smile and keep walking by
hoping that my emotions are hidden
not daring to look you in the eye
for you have seen through my masks before.
Ive swallowed my Pride in the moonlight
making the call to save my mind and life
Praying to the heaven above to protect my soul
because im living my life in a slow hell.
