(27) Revelations
“Hey, it’s ok. Lets go inside and find a quiet place to talk.”
Jason nodded his head, still crying uncontrollably. He’s not entirely sure why he’s even crying. Sure the fight bothers him, but it isn’t of a reason to cry. Nick leads him inside the castle, and to his room. Nick is still not comfortable with any room in the castle, save for his own.
Jason doesn’t pay any attention to where they’re going, he’s still pressed against Nick. He’s all most scared to move away, to see the degust that must surely be on Nick’s face at seeing him cry. Why is it he is always so weak?
Nick closes the door behind them as they come to stand inside his room. Carefully he pries Jason away and looks at the other boy.
“What’s wrong?”
Jason tries to look away but Nick’s hand on the side of his face stops him. Nick’s actions aren’t in any way aggressive, they are gentle but have a command about them that makes Jason comply.
“Norris and I had an argument. He’s always so quick to judge… It doesn’t seem like anything I do is important to him.”
“I’m sure that’s not true, Jason. Have you tried talking to him about it?”
Jason shakes his head, “No, I’m too scared to. The moment I start to talk to him I can see us breaking away. As much as he frustrates me, I love him.”
“Then you need to talk to him, because he’ll leave quicker if you two don’t communicate.”
“N-not right now… After the fight we just had I can’t talk to him right now.”
“All right. But you do need to talk to him. You can’t keep secrets from him and still keep a relationship together.”
“But, I--”
“No. Jason, you have to be completely honest with Norris. You can’t keep trying to protect him. He loves you as much as you love him, I can see that.”
Jason closes his eyes, which by now are dry. He’s kept so much from Norris. He’s never truly outright lied to Norris, but he’s not said important things. He’s always held back a little for fear of what Norris would think of him. And yet, because of that it’s caused Jason to seek those things from other’s.
Jason opens his eyes and looks down at Nick.
“Thank you for allowing us to see each other. I know it was you who did it, Tsion doesn’t care either way.”
“It’s the least I could do, I was the one that convinced you to come without a fight.”
“Thanks none the less.”
Jason leans in close to Nick, his hand coming to rest on Nick’s chest.
“I missed this. The girls are great, really very sweet, but it’s not what I want all the time. It’s not something I can handle having all the time.
At first, the marks you left helped me to make it through each day. But, then they started to fade and it was only the memory of it that kept me going. I want it again, I want it so bad. I know Norris won’t give it to me and I don’t trust Tsion that much.”
Jason slips his shirt off as he speaks, letting Nick see that the marks are all but gone. Jason takes a step forward, invading Nick’s personal space. Nick’s arm unconsciously goes to Jason’s back, his thumb making circular motions as he moves his head up to look into Jason’s eyes.
“Remember what I told you before?”
Nick nods his head, how could he forget? Jason had sounded so confident to his uncertainty.
“I meant it, every part of it. You are different, you like the pain as much as I do.”
“But that’s not everything.”
Jason smiled softly, “No, that’s not all I said. I meant that part, too.”
Nick leans forward, covering the last inch of space between them, his lips connected with Jason’s. The kiss doesn’t stay soft, though it starts out that way, before long their lips are pressing brusingly close as Nick’s tongue moves aggressively inside Jason’s mouth.
Jason closes his eyes, leaning towards Nick as he ends the kiss and kisses down his neck. The feel of teeth pressed against the soft, delicate, flesh of his neck seeds a shiver of desire and heat down his body to pool within the very core of his being.
Nick can feel his own desire rise as he leaves marks along Jason’s neck, light ones that disappear in seconds. At the spot between Jason’s shoulder and neck Nick bites down hard, hard enough to draw a little blood. Jason’s hands come up to rest on Nick’s shoulders for balance and Nick draws back.
“I think it would be better if we do this while your laying down. I don’t want you to fall and hurt yourself.”
“Can’t have that,” Jason’s voice is sarcastic and Nick just shakes his head. They walk over to the bed, Jason lays down on his back, resting his arms above his head. Nick gives him a quizzical look but moves so that he’s straddling Jason’s body.
“Your not going to back out of it, are you?”
“No, when I say something I mean it.”
Nick leans down, hands resting on either side of Jason, supporting his weight. Nick runs his tongue along Jason’s nipple, then around in a circular motion before taking the raised nib between his teeth. He tugs at it less than gently then, using his hand to raise the flesh around the nipple, bites down onto the flesh surrounding the nipple.
Nick gives the same attention to his other nipple, and then to most of his chest. By the time Nick is satisfied at the appearance of Jason’s chest both of them are hot and ready for something to release the tension.
Nick finishes undressing Jason, taking off his clothes as well. He leans down to kiss Jason, pressing his body against the length of the other’s. When he pulls back from the kiss he motions for Jason to roll over. Nick reaches over to pick up the jar that had, until recently, stayed hidden and unnoticed in the drawer of the small table next to his bed. Tsion had come prepared.
It isn’t his usual ‘flavor’, unscented lube, but it still works just as well. A few modern things in a world that is a mix of the past and present. Nick applies some to Jason’s hole, as well as making certain it’s stretched enough, then applies some to himself before setting the jar aside.
He positions himself above Jason then suddenly thrusts inside him. Jason cries out beneath him, though it’s muffled as his face is buried in the pillows. Nick builds up an almost painful rhythm, his mouth giving attention to Jason’s back as well.
Jason moves with Nick, his hands clutching at the bedding beneath him. It felt good to Jason, having Nick take control, giving him control. As much as he loves Norris he knows that he can never give this much control to him. Mostly because he will never take it. Maybe if he knew that Norris would meet him somewhere in the middle, he would give this must control, this much trust. But he knows that it’ll never happen.
The pressure builds up inside both until it’s allowed to be released. Jason comes a moment after Nick, heat pooling in his center and rushing out in the form of warm liquid. That same warm liquid fills him up from behind and leaks out.
Nick pulls out with effort and lays down beside Jason. A little out of breath himself, Jason turns over and curles up against Nick, his arms wrapping around the other’s waist.
“I’m yours, Nick, for as long as I exist and you will it.”
Nick sighs softly, which goes unnoticed by Jason, “I will try my best to not disappoint you, though I make no promises.”
He can at least admit, now, what Jason had told him before. Maybe even accept that Jason has given himself to him, his will. It’s odd to Nick, though, knowing that another has give him control. But it’s exhilarating at the same time.

Norris had followed after Jason, after taking a moment or two to calm down. He knew he had been mean to Jason, saying the things he had. Jason had been the one who had openly protested them leaving. What right had he to be so mean to Jason?
But, when he had found Jason he had been in the arms of Nick. Why does it always have to be some one else? That’s what Norris wants to know. First it had been the boys at the club, then Michael, and now Nick…
Norris turns and hit’s the first thing he comes across, unfortunately it’s the wall that surrounds the castle and the small village. He curses aloud as he holds his hand close. It’s throbbing now and bleeding a little.
He can’t help but wonder why Jason always eventually turns from him and seeks out another. Seeks out another bed to warm. He makes his way back towards the building he’s spent the last month in and searches the kitchen for something to stop the bleeding. He had hit the wall hard than he’d thought.
Norris would like it if one time, just once, Jason would stay and talk to him. He wants to be the one that Jason goes to for comfort, the one Jason trusts with everything. He hates being the one that sits back and watches Jason seek out comfort in the arms of others. It just doesn’t seem quite right.
“What’s wrong?”
Norris turns to see Klara walk into the room. He groans inwardly while trying to keep a straight face.
“Nothing, just a stupid accident.”
She frowns and looks down at his head, which is steadily bleeding and dripping onto the floor.
“That’s not good.”
Within moments she has a cloth for cleaning up the mess and necessary bandages. Norris jerks them away from her and starts to bandage his own hand when her words stop him short.
“Why do you hate us so much?”
“I don’t hate you,” He turns to look at her with surprise on his face.
“Yes, you do, otherwise you wouldn’t be so mean. We can’t do anything right, your always giving us dark looks and refusing to talk to us.”
Norris sighs and sits down at the kitchen table, he has the cloth pressed against his hand. Klara sits down across from him and tries to help him again, this time he doesn’t argue and she starts to work on fixing the wound.
“I’m sorry if it’s seemed that way, Klara. Everything here is so new and foreign that it scares me a little. I didn’t want to come, Tsion forced Jason and I to come.”
She looks up at him, her expression serious save for the wet glimmer in her eyes.
“I know. No one he brings here ever wants to be with us. There is always something they find to not like about us, always something to hate.”
With his good hand he wipes at the tear that had escaped and smiles gently.
“Believe me when I say that I don’t hate you. I might dislike a lot of things about Tsion, but I find it hard to hate any one.”
Except maybe his mother and stepfather. He has hated them for a long time.
“Tsion has said that you may go about as you wish, as long as you stay within the walls. It’s too dangerous to venture beyond without other’s with you.”
“That would explain why Jason was over here.”
Klara smiled, just the tiniest hint, “Nea and I thought that you would like to see him. It was meant to be a surprise. Was it enjoyable?”
“Yes.” He shouldn’t lie to her, it wasn’t fair, but he also didn’t want to have to explain about the fight. He doesn’t want to have to explain the things he had said to Jason, and against her people. He hadn’t meant any of it, but he had been angry.
Klara smiles full out now, her eyes shinning. “I’m glad.”
Now that Norris has Klara’s full attention, with out anyone else around, he has a question that’s been burning in his mind since he had met Michael.
“Klara, can I ask you a question?”
“Sure.”
Norris stands and walks over to the corner of the kitchen, not far from where the table is and in clear view of Klara.
“How is it that I’m able to do this?”
He sticks his hand into the shadows, sticks it in clean up to his elbow. But, instead of the shadows resting on his arm, his arm slips inside the shadows, is swallowed up. Klara stands suddenly, gasping aloud as her eyes widen.
Norris had made his body become one with the shadow.

Norris and Jason need to get on the same page, so to speak.
I started out writing the part about Norris, but then my muse threw a fit and got a little violent. So, then I figured I\'d cut it out completely and use it in the next chapter. When I finished up with Jason and Nick, for that part, and still had room I went a head and added the part of Norris. Gave it about five pages.
Oo, so now it\'s really starting to get interesting. What can be going on with Norris? What will Jason think about it? Will Jason really sit down with Norris and tell him everything? Will Norris be able to handle everything and give Jason what he really wants?
Hmm, good questions. :D We\'ll have to wait and see what happens.
I have some of the more major plot thought up, but things like this still elude me.
