"I thought something was different last night. He's normally more violent." Li said thoughtfully. "But come on, I already drew you a bath."

"You what?" Chi asked, letting him guide her down the hallway to a bathroom where the smooth scent of cherry blossoms emitted from the steaming waters of a large tub.

"Call me if you need anything, breakfas in half an hour." Li said, kissing her adoringly on the temple before leaving.

Li was in the midst of making breakfast when Lie sauntered into the kitchen, hair still dripping from his brief shower and clad only in boxers.
