For Her...Anything

One of the other waiters stepped forward with a box of matches, happily lighting the two candles that made out the number '18'.
On Alpha's cue the men broke out into a song that she has never heard for years.

Jessica was in tears by the end of the song. She was lost in her confused thoughts. She only sat there with a stomach full of loving food and surrounded by loving men, one of them came and placed a gentle hand on her shoulder.


It was Alpha.


"My Lady...make a wish~ and blow out the candles" he whispered. It was almost romantic and Jessica closed her eyes briefly in a wish, blowing out the two candles in a panic. The entire action was more of a jump.
When she finally snapped out of her daze the men were clapping and Beta was already setting out on cutting a healthy slice for Jessica.
"Have some, My Lady" Beta smiled as he offered the small plate to her. The cake was actually an ice cream cake that had chocolate cookie dough chunks inside.
"Y-yes" Jessica took the fork and ate a small chunk of the cake. She almost immediately started crying, as the ice cream cake was slippery sweet.


Satisfaction.


"D-does it not please you?" Alpha seemed startled. Jessica didn't say a word, she feared that any answer would be misinterpreted. She continued eating her cake slowly, with tears streaming down her cheeks. "My lady???" Alpha wasn't sure if the tears were of happiness or of sadness as she coughed harshly sometimes.
That is, until she finally said "It's delicious" when the cake was finished. The men gave a sigh of relief and were glad that their lady was pleased.

"P-presents?" stammered Jessica as she was led into a different hallway by Alpha.
"Yes, a birthday is not a proper birthday party without presents" Alpha and the group stopped at a large doorway.
"This is a very colorful door" Jessica commented.
"Yes" for the first time it was Gamma who seemed glad. More like proud.
"Right this way, My Lady" Alpha opened the door and ushered her in.
Inside was a vast playroom, where the walls were a bright yellow painted with colorful flowers and cushions lay everywhere as places of rest. But to the far corner there was a tall mountain filled with present boxes of every color and size.
"Go ahead My Lady..." Alpha grinned.
"All of this is yours My Lady" echoed the Twins who were now properly dressed in suits like the other men.
"Which one will you open first?" asked Gamma.

Jessica was left speechless.

The presents turned out to be mostly toys. Many stuffed animals in particular. She received even more dresses and and lovely jewerly. Jessica opened the last of the boxes and looked to the men.
"That one is from me" said Alpha, he turned pink when saying this.
"Hmm..." Jessica unwrapped the object and gasped at it. "It's a jewel egg..." Jessica couldn't think of anything else to describe it. As it was a large porcelein egg that had an opening in the middle. In the opening was a large rose heart that was of crystal. Underneath the egg was a golden notch that if twisted, made the egg into a musical egg. "B-beautiful...."
"And its all yours..." Alpha bowed again. "Please accept all these as tokens of our affection for you"
Jessica turned pink and fell to her knees, looking at all the beautiful gifts that surrounded her. She now felt embarrased and stupid for ever doubting them. Even if they were tricking her in the end. She didn't mind, for no one has ever been this kind to her.
"Th-thank you all...so much..." Jessica almost went into sobs. Alpha knelt down with her and placed his hand on hers.
"No My Lady, Thank you for allowing us to share this special day with you" Alpha pulled her up slowly. "Now come come, there is still a day of play for you"
"Huh?" Jessica looked to the others who looked very excited with glee. "There's more?"
"But of course, much more" Sigma said adjusting his glasses. "Where would you like to go? We have an arcade or a garden or..."
Jessica went red and insisted that they choose whats best.

First was a trip to the garden, as suggested by Gamma. She was lead deeper thru the playroom to the outside. Which was no longer the white emptiness from before. There were fields and fields of emerald green. Neatly organized in circles were rainbow flower beds and throughout the garden were more fountains and small streams. The group would laze about by the streams, relaxing in the sunlight. Sometimes one of the men would have a ball with him to which the men would play in the field. It was unclear if it was volleyball or soccer, but that didn't matter. Jessica frolicked and played to her hearts content.
The Twins and some others suggested she try the arcade. After some rest, along with some tea from Beta she was led back into the mansion. They had to weave through the playroom again to reach the arcade. There was a carnival of the latest arcade games and Jessica has never played in one before. Whenever she was on duty she was sometimes forced to wait outside one, so she could gaze longingly at the other children who still had a life. She usually favored the physical games, ones that were more than just pressing buttons. Mini-basketball, table hockey and even some of the music simulations. There was no need to worry about credits or tokens, for everything was hers.
It was after they left the arcade, they went back to the colorful play room. (Jessica wasn't sure of what else to call it) While they were deciding on what to do next, one of the Twins started playfully throwing around the leftover cushions at each other. During their play, one of the cushions landed at Sigma's head instead of Mu's.
"Pff!" Sigma fell over on his rump. His fall looked so much like a cartoon's that everyone burst out laughing. Sigma was less amused however, picking up the cushion to retaliate. "So... you think you two brats are clever eh?" He drew his arm back like a catapult. "See if you think THIS is funny!"
The pillow landed not at Nu's face, but at ALPHA's face.
"............" Alpha remained silent, with a stone like expression and Jessica shrunk back wondering if he was really offended.
"Uh...Sir?" asked Gamma sheepishly before another cushion flew into his face. "OOF!" Alpha growled, he missed his target. So he picked up another pillow glaring daggers in Sigma's direction.
"Oh...." Sigma wasn't sure of whether to pick up another cushion or not. Needless to say, this 'stay safe and low' strategy did not work with Alpha who had huge consequences planned for him.

Once the pillow started sailing, the storm started.


Jessica was admittedly stunned at first as the men hurled the cushions at each other in friendly battle. It was an eruption of boyish mischief that Jessica has never seen in years. The cushions themselves made a colorful cascade above them as bodies dived and dodged. Even among the sudden cries and yells, there was a pause of panic, as one bounced against Jessica's head. The men froze and the sailing stopped. Alpha and many of the others turned red with embarrasment as Jessica bit her lip in silence.
"M-my lady!" squeaked Gamma, as he was apparently the culprit. He was about to fall on his knees, until he was met with another cushion to his face. One hurled by Jessica herself. "Mmmf!" Gamma fell over on his rump much like how Sigma did.
Jessica tittered while picking up another. "Can I play?"
"B-but of course my lady" Alpha sighed with relief, picking up another pillow. He smiled kindly before the storm started again.

It was a simple ruckus. Fun that Jessica hadn't had for as long as she could remember. Pillows catapulted across the room and some of the men hurled them with such force, feathers started cascading from the air.
Jessica would sometimes trip over herself but she was always helped before she fell to the ground.
"Quickly My Lady-Mmmf!" cried Beta before he crashed to the ground.
Jessica tumbled and dove till her heart was aflutter. She was no longer concerned with how she came here, who the men were and why they seemed to care for her so much.

For the first time she was careless, and it felt great. So great, that she was perhaps the only one who didn't notice a chiming of what should have been a large grandfather clock. But the other men froze and the pillows dropped like rocks.


Jessica stopped giggling as she realized that the men were no longer playing around. They stood like statues staring towards the door silently. The chiming continued as it rang out 12 times.
"Wh-what's the matter?" Jessica asked as she was the only left buried among the cushions.
"..............." Everyone looked to Alpha. He bit his lip as he gazed down at her body, as if thinking what to say next.
"D-did I do something wrong?" Jessica questioned meekly. Their expressions certainly seemed that way, as they were staring at her as if someone has just been given the death sentence.
"No-no" Alpha answered almost in a panic. "It's......not...your fault..My Lady..." He looked to the others and nodded, they nodded back. Gamma seemed to sniffle a little bit. Sigma looked away slightly, as if he couldn't bare to look at Jessica in the eyes. The Twins sank to the floor in each others arms, their eyes were watery. Beta bowed his head, as he seemed too sad to say anything more. Alpha heavily sighed as he knelt down to Jessica on the floor, almost exactly like he did for her in the void.
"Wh-what's wrong Alpha?" Jessica's eyes were sparkling but they were of worry.
"It's....time...I'm....so sorry My Lady..." Alpha's voice sounded choked and it was the first time Jessica heard him sound so weak.
"What do you mean??" Jessica looked to the others but no one wanted to say anymore. She gasped, as Alpha's eyes swelled with silent tears.
"I'm so.....sorry....My Lady...." he immediately grabbed her in a tight hug, one that told her that he was afraid. What he said next almost killed her.




"It's time to wake up....My Lady..."
