Elliot lunged forward, diving over the table and wrapping his slender alabaster hands around Nathaniel’s throat. Unfortunately, Nathaniel didn’t just let himself be strangled and plucked the petite raven haired male off his person. He looked down into furious eyes that had turned stormy, a snarl forming on the rather pretty face.

“Didn’t your mother ever tell you, your face would get stuck like that if the wind changes?” All Elliot did was snarl and try to lunge at Nathaniel’s throat again. “Now, that’s not very nice. You’ll look lovely.”

“I NEVER SAID I’D BE PREPARED TO BE HUMILIATED!” Elliot struggled in Nathaniel’s grip, who wasn’t about to let the little wild cat go after all he didn’t have a death wish. He sat Elliot down on a chair and squatted down in front of him.

“Calm down.”

“No. I don’t want to calm down. I don’t want to go out in a dress in public! Especially not in a bunny dress! That is so humiliating. I wanted to be a cook! I wanted to have my own restaurant and not to be prancing around for you as a girl!” Elliot took a deep breath, wanting to continue on his rant; however he was foiled by Nathaniel placing a finger on his lips.

“Now, slow down. What was that about wanting to be a cook?” The dark haired male bit down on Nathaniel’s finger for good measure. “Ouch!”

“Yes, I wanted to be a cook and own my own restaurant. Well I nearly finished culinary school.” Elliot couldn’t help the petulant look that crept across his face.

“Is that why you borrowed money off Gregori?” A short nod told Nathaniel all he needed to know. “I have a proposition for you.”

“What?” Elliot frowned, feeling suspicious; he did not like the sound of where this was going.

“Well, all of my other lovely employees can more or less cook, however none of them are particularly amazing at it. I would propose that I’ll put you on kitchen duty more often than the others, especially in the evenings. However I do not want anymore death threats to my person, you will do the chores that you have on your chore plan. You will be polite to our guests. I will make the same fund for you that I have for all my other employees so that when you leave here, you will have some money on the side.”

“That’s all?” Elliot gave Nathaniel a suspicious look. “Nothing else?”

“No, that’s all Elliot.” The violet eyes scanned the handsome face before him. Hang on; he did not just think that Nathaniel was handsome. He could feel his cheeks heating up under that dark blue gaze. It sounded tempting but then Gregori’s offer had sounded tempting too; and boom it had hit him right in the neck. Elliot scratched the tip of his nose and stared at Nathaniel’s face. It seemed a lot more honest then Gregori’s, so the offer was really attractive.

“Yes alright.” Nathaniel smiled.

“Good. Now go find Hayden and inform him of your advertising chore tomorrow.”

“Yes Master Nathaniel.” And with that Elliot dashed off towards the dining room.

The next day found Elliot and Hayden in their Bunny costumes, walking down the path to the next town. Elliot’s curls bounced with every step, causing him to flick them away from his face every two seconds.

“Elliot, did you really try to strangle him?”

“Strangle who?”

“Nathaniel.” The alabaster cheeks flushed a deep red. Elliot wasn’t exactly proud of his short temper.

“Yes. This is just…well it’s alright now but yesterday I thought it was the most humiliating thing I’d ever have to do in my life. I mean walking around as a bunny advertising a hotel that caters to people’s weird fetishes, not exactly high on my list of things I wanted to do in my life. But at least nobody is going to know it’s me.”

“Yup. I think this is one of my favourite costumes.” Elliot threw Hayden a skeptical look. He wasn’t entirely sure if Hayden’s marbles were complete.

The town was busy, being one of the oldest in the area and hosting a midsummer festival. Elliot and Hayden drew many stares but with charming smiles, little gift boxes filled with a flyer and little homemade chocolates, they soon had many eager people wanting to visit the Doll House and its exceptional concept.

Elliot couldn’t help the bounce in his step when he thought about being able to cook that evening. All day recipes had been flitting around in his mind. Riesling Risotto with beef fillet and steamed beans. White mousse au chocolat with raspberry sauce; accompanied by a Barollo to the main course and a nice desert wine for to round it all off.

“What are you smiling about Elliot?”

“Oh I was just thinking of cooking tonight. Nathaniel asked me to make a special menu for him and some business partners of his that are coming to visit. He’s been so nice. You know I really hated the thought of having to work here but now I have the chance to cook in a five star hotel, alright I’m wearing girl’s clothes. I get more kitchen shifts, because when I got angry I told Nathaniel about my dream and he didn’t laugh at me. He’s…you know.”

“No I don’t know. You sound smitten though.” Elliot flushed and then glared at Hayden.

“I am not smitten. He’s just a lot nicer then I thought and perhaps a little bit handsome.” Elliot hmpfed and strode ahead of Hayden wanting to get into the kitchen so that he could prepare everything for tonight’s formal dinner.

………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

Nathaniel was sitting at the large mahogany table in the formal dining room chatting away easily to two salt and pepper haired men.

“You see my business concept is simple but affective gentlemen. I am not wasting company money, simply investing it in a productive business. As you have seen the hotel is fully booked, perhaps less so in winter but we have regular guests and many day visitors as well that appreciate our kitchen and bakery. I invited you to dinner just to give a taste of our excellent culinary. I have a new chef, Elliot, very talented boy and absolutely adorable. He was brought to me by a stroke of luck. Now do you have any other inquiries you would like to make to my business or could we move on to the pleasantries of the evening?” Both men nodded eagerly, wanting to see for themselves for exactly their partner’s son had to offer.

Nathaniel nodded at Sammy who was sitting at the piano and started playing gentle classical tunes. He then rang the bell to alert the kitchen that it was time to prepare the dinner. Elliot had send the menu up and Nathaniel was more than intrigued to see what the little black haired male would whisk up.

Soon Elliot came in wearing a white dress, a white bonnet and apron. The smell wafting out from under the serving lids was delicious.

“The first course is a carrot soup, its rich texture and slightly spicy taste is a contrast to the crispy freshly made croutons. There is some freshly baked bread, please be careful it is still hot.” Nathaniel threw Elliot a suspicious look, but he wasn’t quite sure if the description of the food was meant innocently or not. Rich texture and spicy taste indeed. However as he let the carrot soup slide down his throat he nearly moaned in pleasure. Nathaniel had never tasted anything this good. He saw the satisfied smile on Elliot’s face when he returned with the next course. “I shall be serving a Barollo with this course. 1998, excellent year.” He filled their glasses expertly not spilling a single drop.

“What is our next course Elliot?”

“Next we will be having Saffron Risotto,” Elliot had changed his mind during the cooking that evening, “with Beef fillet, red wine sauce and steamed green beans.” He served them all, watching for the reaction on everyone’s faces. “I hope the risotto is creamy enough, it does not have its usual ivory colour because of the saffron. It should be able to glide down easily.” Nathaniel nearly choked on his food. He had a sudden vision of those lovely lips wrapped around a certain body part and letting another creamy substance glide down easily. As if on cue his cock hardened in his trousers and he shifted uncomfortably. He flicked his eyes to Elliot but that cute pink mouth was set completely innocently in the angelic face.

“For dessert we are serving white mousse au chocolat with raspberry sauce.” Once again Elliot continued to describe the food in a rather pornographic way, which did not do the least to help Nathaniel’s trouser problems. Hell it made him want to grab the small black haired male and take him right then and there on the table, to hell with business partners.

Tomorrow he was going to was going to visit the kitchen and ask Elliot why he was talking about food like it was some pornographic advert. He was worse than Marks and Spencers food adverts and Nathaniel already considered them pornographic. It really shouldn’t be allowed he mused as he had to put on a friendly relaxed smile to his guest as they complimented the food. It seemed that neither of them had any problems lurking in their trousers.
