Untitled Poem written 11/29/08
I looked into your eyes and
saw my heart in your hands.
you know me better then
anyone had tried.
you won my trust with
kind gestures and words.
A love beyond any,
a hope beyond words.
the love you showed healed me
your warmth revived me.
as scarred as i once was
no longer scarred am i,
your caring and love
healed the scars away.
you were my guide out
of a darkness that beackoned,
before i could step foot
back into my old ways.
