Alex lazily ran his fingers through his hair as he attempted to prepare a quiz for Monday; the blonde could not seem to focus on the subject long enough to write a question down. His mind would begin to wander the minute he would make any progress leaving the man frustrated to no end.
With a deep sigh, Alex through the pad of paper and pencil down onto a small coffee table near his couch. He stretched out on the couch, letting his legs dangle off on end of the couch. He closed his pale eyes, and let his mind wander till it is content. His first thought was how the cute brunette he had gone on a date with didn't want anything to do with him, saying that he embarrassed her by yelling at the cook/waiter.
"God the idiot had poured hot freaking food into my lap. what was I supposed to do, Applaud him?" Alex mumbled under his breath, as an image of the man popped into his head. Upon their first meeting, the ebony haired man had looked at Alex with a look of utter shock. Which in turn had surprised Alex, but no amount of surprise or whatever the waiter was feeling was an excuse for what happened to the blonde's suite.
Saturday morning Alex had gone to Fiore, fully intent upon demanding the man pay for the four hundred dollar cleaning his suite had to endure. He had requested to speak to the man named Oliver, but was told to wait till the man had finished cleaning. One of the waiters had begun to talk to Alex about Oliver and he couldn't help but to listen. By the time the dark headed man had arrived on the scene, the blonde no longer cared about the suite, he just wanted to hear more about the odd man. Something about the man had seemed so familiar, like someone he had once known, but Alex couldn't place a name with a face.
He glanced up at the clock, remembering he was told to be at Fiore at nine 'oclock, he still had an hour to wait. He pulled himself from off the couch deciding to find clothes to wear for the dinner. The blonde opted to wear jeans and a tee just incase Oliver decided that he liked the food he cooked on Alex instead of inside.

"Hey I got to work late tonight. You going to be okay on your own?" Oliver asked his little brother.
"I'm sixteen, not six geez!" Shawn gave his brother a small smile, "I'll be fine, I'm a big boy now."
"God do I know it, you consume food like a vacuum." The older man let out a small chuckle, before playfully punching his younger sibling in the arm.
"oh hey Oll?"
"yea twerp?"
"Don't forget, Tuesday Mr. Hayden is coming over to help me with my essay."
"And?" Oliver was not getting the importance of the information.
"Nothing I was just figuring you'd want to be here, totally you're type." Now Olli raised his eyebrow at his little brother. "Blonde, nice bode, a little bossy, but not totally bad. Thought you'd like to meet him."
"Sure, I'll be there." Olli pushed the bit of information to the back of his mind, as he made his way towards his room to change for work.

Throught the whole day, Oliver couldn't stop himself form looking up at the clock. No matter how many time he looked, the time seemed to tick by so slowly.
"Are you looking for someone, you look anxious?" A small brunette with bright blue eyes leaned o ver the counter that Olli was currently cleaning.
"Hey kiddo, you know you're not supposed to be back here playing chef with me, the boss will tan my hide."
"I'm a big girl," The girl's smile widen "I am perfectly capable of being in a kitchen and not catching myself on fire."
"I've been hearing that alot lately." Oliver mumbled under his breath. He threw the rag he was useing to clean and threw it to the girl.
"As long as you have all this free time to bug the crap out of me, you should help clean." The brunette angrly grabbed the wet piece of cloth as she began to wipe down the counter.
"What are you doing to my little girl?" Olli didn't have to look to know who was speaking.
"Steph insisted that she help me and I could never say no to a face like that." The girl blushed and stuck he tongue out at the dark haired man.
"I totally understand." The middle aged man smiled up at Olli, "But if you keep making my daughter do your job, then I'll have to give her your pay. Got It?"
"Yes sir." The boss turned to leave taking his daughter with him. Half way out he said over his shoulder, "When you and your "date" finish tonight please clean up. okay?"
"Yea." Damn loud mouth waiter.

Nine came and went and still no Alex. By ten thirty a drizzle had started outside, and Oliver knew the man was not going to show up. The man packed away the food and utensils that he was going to use on Alexander's meal and put it away. Olli took one more look around the resturant before he turned the lights out made his way towards the exit.

Oliver's eye's squinted in the intense darkness, as he follwed the sidewalk that lead to his home. The street lights above did little to light the man's path. Oliver's body collided with another person, and the smaller of the two fell to the ground.
"You stupid Ape, can't you watch were you going." Oliver's body tensed, the same angry voice he had heard a few days ago was once again yelling.
"God Damn it, this is the second time in three days." Oliver extended his hand to the fumming blonde on the wet ground.
"Just get out of my way, you idiot." Alex hit the helping hand away. Oliver gritted his teeth tring despretly to hold in his anger. The blonde continued making comments from the ground and Olli finally snapped.
"You're right. I'm an idiot. I'm an idiot who waited two hours for a stupid bastard to show up so I could feed him." This was the Alexander Olli had known, not that "nice" version he had seen the day before.
"Huh what?
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The angry figure above Alex bent his head into the light of the street light. Alex mentally cursed himself, and tried to think of a way out of his current perdiciment.
"I'm sorry I didn't know it was you. I was actually on my way to Fiore, but my ca.."
"I don't wanna hear it, and for the record even if you didn't know me you should never talk to someone like that." Olli began to walk away then stopped a minute adding, " And don't worry I'll send you the money for the bill, so don't come back." With that Oliver faded from the blonde's view.
Alex tightened his fist and pounded into the ground beside him. He had screwed up once again. Oliver's strong voice reminded the blonde of someone from high school; a shrimp he took pride in torturing, but Oliver and the shrimp were wrapped in to different packages. The chef was a giant, while the shrimp probably never made it over 5'10" if that. Maybe that's why Alex was drawn to the man; something so fimilar but different at the same time.
The blonde pushed up against the wall to pull himself from the puddle that had stared to form around him. Alexander shivered slightly as the rain poured down harder against his body. The man made his way out of the alley and started the long trek home.
