Jason lay on his back on the cool grey sheets of his bed, his heart racing. he didn't know why he let Felix get so close, but it clearly wasn't a good thing, he had to make sure it never happened again; too many memories. Jason squeezed his eyes shut at the thoughts of his past, a small sweat forming on his brow as he tried to ignore the memories.

Felix made his way up the stairs, slowly as he tried to come up with something to say. He felt horrible for scaring Jason away, but he just thought he thought the boy was coming on to him. He rung his hands as he neared the top of the steps, his heart pounding painfully against his chest. Why was this so hard?

Jason sighed heavily, the palm of his right hand resting heavily on his forehead. He heard light steps from the staircase, the top of the stairs being located right next to his door. I don't know if I can handle this right now, he thought to himself. His body always became tired when he thought of the past, and that always directly resulted in a crappy mood. He rolled over on his side, facing the wall opposite the door in hopes that if Felix did come in, the boy might leave him alone to sleep.

Felix made it to the top and just stood there in front of Jason's door, not sure what he should do. He raised his hand in a small fist and stopped his hand before knocking. He took in a few breaths and squeezed his eyes tight. Now or never, he thought and his hand made contact with the door. He knocked softly only twice and hoped there would be a response.

Jason debated momentarily if maybe he should open the door. He didn't want to be mean, and after all, the kid really had no idea why Jason would be upset by any of this, most guys, straight or not, would probably kill to have a proposition like that from that petite little boy. Jason mentally kicked himself in the nuts as he sat up swinging his feet over the side of the bed to hit the floor "come in" he said in his usual monotonous voice

Felix lowered his hand and placed it on the door knob. He slowly turned it and opened the door. Why I am doing this all in slow motion? Geez, he thought and opened it enough to pop his head in. "H-hey... I'm sorry about what happened down-down stairs. I shouldn't have done that," he said softly, making sure he made eye contact.

Jason’s hands where on either sides of his thighs, his shoulders slouched as he looked up at Felix through his dark brown bangs "you don't know what happened down there," Jason tried hard not to sound accusatory, he was simply stating a fact, "do you?"

Felix chewed on his bottom lip to think about it again, slowly. He had to think this through and something about Jason made him want to take things just like that. Slow. He opened his mouth to speak about three times and then finally said something. "I do... but I don't."

Jason nodded thoughtfully, more caught up in Felix's teeth taking in that perfect bottom lip. He would have slapped himself if he didn't think Felix would ask why "don't worry about it, kay? It's not a big deal" he said sincerely.

Felix bit his lip once more. "It must be a big deal if you rushed off like that. Did I offend you somehow? Because that's not what I want to do. I want to be friends. That's what this house is for. Make special bonds with each other." he said softly, clenching onto the door knob.

Jason nodded again and then patted the spot next to him on the bed for Felix to come sit "I don't do well with physical contact" he explained "I actually pretty much hate it" he said, leaving out two thirds of his discomfort with the situation.

Felix nodded and walked in yet again, slowly. He took a seat next to Jason, keeping his distance but close enough so they weren't touching. "I'm sorry. I'm just the type of person to hug people. I should have asked," he paused lacing his fingers together in his lap. "I should have asked."

Jason shrugged "Felix, most people would never have had a problem with it, and I bet a million guys would trade places with me in a heart beat to have you wrapped around them, whispering in their ear" he said, looking down at his hands in an ashamed manner.

Felix began to chew his lip again. "I'm sorry… I didn't mean to like… I don't know. Make you uncomfortable." he said wringing his fingers again. "I just... It's me."

Jason nodded again. "Really Felix, it's okay. I mean. I guess it kinda just upset me that like..." he shrugged. That was the most he'd ever talked about his emotions "Look, it doesn't matter, I explained, you apologized, we're good now, right?"

Felix closed his eyes momentarily and nodded slowly. "Yeah, I guess you're right," he said softly and opened his eyes. "If there is anything else that you want to clear up... Just tell me. I'll have to just learn." he smiled a bit and looked at Jason finally.

Jason was caught off guard when he turned to look at Felix and he was suddenly looking into his perfect amber eyes "…I---uh" he looked to his knees quickly "yeah... no... everything's cool. Just... in the future... um... please don't make any sexual propositions to me. I don't know if you were serious or not... just... please don't" he spoke to his knees.

Felix blushed as he looked into the others eyes. He tore his gaze as he looked down at his sweating hands. "I was... I was joking. I'm sorry." he said, though he really did wish that he could be underneath Jason’s perfect body and oh, how he would writhe. But Jason didn’t have to know that. Felix stood up, letting out a sigh signaling he was changing. "Alright. Now. We should go do something tonight. Nothing sexual, just fun. We were all gonna go out anyways and you should come along."

Jason nodded, and decided he had to find a new way of agreeing with things because at this rate he was going to wear out his neck. In all honesty he hadn't talked to anyone this much since... ever. "It's okay" he said. It was what he thought he wanted to hear from Felix, that the suggestion was a joke, that Felix didn't want him really, but Jason couldn't deny that it stung even just the slightest bit to hear it. "But yeah, we could all go to a movie or whatever" he said monotonously.

Felix nodded his head quickly and motioned him to hurry, bouncing a bit with excitement already. "Come on. Get dressed, we're all going out!" he laughed and exited the room, informing everyone else of the plans with a scream down the hall. He went to his room and ripped his clothes off quickly, only to replace them with darker clothing. He loved his black shirt and girl pant combination. He rarely wore this combo, but tonight was what someone would call a special occasion. He slipped into his black converses and then stood up, checking to see if he needed anything else.

Jason followed Felix as he got up, but only to close the door behind the boy so he could get dressed. He threw on his worn out jeans that were so faded down the legs they were practically see-through, and some random t-shirt supporting some cafe that Jason had never even heard of, but it was free, and he was cheap. He pulled on his sneakers and was all set. He didn't even bother to look at himself in the mirror before he stepped out of his room, spotting Felix directly in front of him down the hall a few doors.
