Encounter Three
Three.
Two.
One.
"Mother!" Simultaneous from the two siblings. "He can't stay in my room!" This was Sebastian, palms flat on the dining room table as he stood, close to glaring at the woman across from him. "There's absolutely no way! There's no room, no extra bed -- and I'm totally not sharing mine with him -- Kaden is Nisha's husband, not mine!" The teenager bit the inside of his cheek to still a bristle, any show of real anger would be cross-examined by his mother. He didn't know if he could last a whole week with Kaden in his room. Not to mention his little street job. Gods -- how would he be able to get out of the house now, let alone his own room! He had customers tonight too! Argh...
"Sebastian ... Seb is completely right!" Nisha proclaimed from her seat, glancing up at her brother. "Kaden is my fiancee and as such a couple I believe we should be allowed the same room." Not to mention bed. "I mean, that's the way it is when we're together normally."
"Precisely." Their mother nodded a bit to herself, then shaking her head at her daughter. "I will not allow the risk of the two of you consummating this marriage before the ceremony has even taken place in my own house."
So in other words, no sex, Sebastian thought with disdain, rolling his eyes. How quaint to have such an old fashioned mother. Of course, she did say nothing about Sebastian himself taking Kaden .. Hmm ... The boy gave the blonde a once over, inwardly smacking his head as he came back. Bad. Very bad. Fiancée equals off limits.
That didn't stop him yesterday.
"There is a futon from the old guest room which Kaden here may use. Sebastian, please set it up in your room accordingly while your sister and I clean up. Ah ... Kaden.."
The man being referenced had just been sitting there quietly during the conversation, nibbling at his food. This was what seemed a family issue, to him. And he was quite shy around perspective family... He gave a small smile when Nisha's mother mentioned his name. "Yes, miss?"
"Please help Sebastian in carrying the futon, as well." The teen was already grumbling, walking around the corner and stomping up the stairs, pressing his glasses back onto his face when they threatened to slip. Bugger. Now he would have to find some way around his roommate at nights when he wanted to work.
An uncertain touch on his shoulder made Sebastian jump and drop the end of the futon he was starting to lift. Behind him Kaden shifted on his feet slowly, giving a quick smile as he pushed his hair back. Sebastian stared at him, making the man hesitant. He seemed so different from their brief contact last night ... of course he had molested the man, making the air tense around them already. But here, here he was just Nisha's little brother. Nothing to be wary about there.
Kaden shifted and nervously pushed his hair back again, extending his hand. "Sorry," he started. "We've never got properly introduced and I don't know if you remember me from before I left America."
"I don't." Sebastian stated blankly, shaking his hand.
"Kaden Corret." The blond replied after a pause, taking in the boy's tone. "I'm sorry you have to share your room with me. I'll try not to be a bother."
"Oh you will be." Sebastian mumbled, moving to the other side of the bedding quickly, almost in a dance. The farther away from Kaden the better, for the moment. "Just don't bug me about what I do. Now help me."
It could be worse, Sebastian thought as they moved the makeshift bed into his room, it could be much worse. How, he didn't know and didn't care to dwell on the options. The teenager kicked around the stuff on his floor to make space on the floor and just let the futon drop, giving Kaden a look before walking out.
Well, he certainly felt welcome. Kaden had to smile though as he sat down on his bed. That was just how teenagers acted, he supposed. He sighed and kicked his shoes off, his cheeks gaining color when his eyes fell upon a stack of magazines stowed under the bed, the nude woman on the front giving him an inviting look from the shadows. Well, teenagers were teenagers.
Kaden himself would never have thought of owning such pornography, let alone hiding it in such a known place.
"Don't think about touching my stuff, savvy? The blonde nearly had a heart attack when Sebastian slinked past him, silent save for the warning he had just given.
"Ah May I .... may I use the computer at least?" Kaden asked as he watched the young man lean over the bed with muffled curses as he searched for something underneath. The teen gave what he took to be a grunted yes as he came back up and slid off the bed and onto the futon, rolling over on his back and getting up easily. He snatched his phone from off the windowsill and hopped over it, tilting his head back until Kaden came into view and pressing a finger to his lips before disappearing down the roof and out of sight.
Kaden didn't see his future brother-in-law until after dark.
Sebastian was hiding something, Kaden decided when the boy magically appeared from his bedroom when it was time for dinner, giving a warm smile. Though it was probably something mundane like a secret way out of the house or a girlfriend, it irked Kaden.
And the way the teen treated him, honestly. He didn't deserve any special treatment, so why was Sebastian cold to him.
Behind him a snippet of conversation floated out through the kitchen, "And anyways Nisha it's only for your stay, please put up with your old mother's wishes."
"Aw are you still on about that, Nisha?" Sebastian interjected, giving a charming little grin as he leaned over the table to stretch out his hand for a sample of the meal. "I'm over it, it's not that big of a deal I suppose, having to put up with your old lover boy for a few nights," there he shot a hidden smirk at Kaden, making the older man bristle and look away, "so relax~" He bounced away when a strip of grilled chicken was plopped into his hand thanks to his mother and he flashed a smile before dancing out of the kitchen.
"So, lover-boy," Sebastian greeted, appearing next to Kaden with a soft bounce on the couch as he had jumped over the back of it to sit. He was conveniently immune to his mother's frown from this angle, and gave a grin. "Plan on turning in early tonight?" He hoped. The boy had a number of appointments to keep, and he couldn't afford to be held up by some wussy straight man. "Well," without waiting for an answer Sebastian continued, "just don't bug me in the room, 'kay?" And with that said he bounced off the couch and was off, leaving behind a baffled Kaden.
He had absolutely no idea how to act around Kaden! He couldn't be nice, oh no not at all. He had to be rough with the man of all things, though of course, how was he supposed to act? Sebastian couldn't go on with a little charade of being Nisha's nice little brother -- that would never get him anywhere, but Koli couldn't come out to play with the man again unless Kaden happened to go out back to club again. Which the teen highly doubted.
After giving a quick pop downstairs, making sure his mother was in her room asleep and the loving couple was curled up on each other on the couch, Sebastian grinned and got ready for his night.
He had to impress tonight, most of all. His friends had hooked him up with a main call out from around the city. The man wasn't a whore, not by far, but he knew just about every damn one of them and had more connections then Sebastian could count. Hopefully Alok could point him in the direction of some higher paying clientele.
With a soft click on his door that signaled it had locked, Sebastian got to work.
And was soon weaving his way through the mass of dancers in a nightclub, the music vibrating down throughout his body and making him shiver. He shoved his way to back and went quickly up the steps, jerking at the sudden silence once he passed through the glass doors that led to the private rooms of the higher customers. His boots clicked on the tiled floor, the only sound around him for the short trip to the last room in the hall.
The boy practically blended in with his surroundings, save for his once again neon hair. Wigs would be his life savior now, since he couldn't risk Kaden finding the dyes that he usually used. Sebastian paced around the hall in front of the room, using the motions to try and quell the nervousness that had sprung up. Alok certainly had a reputation around here for having the best - but it wasn't like he was going to the man to be fucked, so there was nothing to be nervous about, really. Except for somehow pissing the man off and having his cash supply cut short. Or worse.
Taking a deep breath and steeling himself, and making sure his appearance was perfect, Sebastian turned the knob and stepped inside.
