Her soldiers first started coming only by themselves. After many of them died at my hands. They finally got the picture I wouldn't go down easily. Ever since I first discovered what I was, I had been secretly learning ways of war....
One of the first things i had to do tho was figure out a way to stop the sun from hurting me so much in the day. Thats not always easy.
Oops gotta do a jump back here. Sorry bout that folks. In many, many years of wanderings I explored countries that were once close together but are now many oceans apart. The year hmmm sheesh. I never really paid attention till someone named their child Jesus. At any rate this was long before that ever occurred. I tried to learn as much about defending myself as I could. From many different areas of the world.
In one temple (if you wanted to call it that) there was a guy kinda had funny eyes, they slanted upwards a little bit. the children of adam and eve had spread far and very wide. even changed the languages around so that no one would know what they were saying to each other. I had tried to stay out of ways of man only feeding when I needed, and making sure not to create another one of me anywhere.
But as we all know accidents happen. The Sense's daughter fell in love with me, and I with her. Her name is Kiyo Kobayashi.
One night I was on the prowl to find me something to drink. I spotted some of the local ruffians attacking the Sense's daughter. I zoomed in as fast as I could move, had all of the ruffians in the air flying backwards before they knew I was amongst them. Kiyo had been hurt badly by the ruffians. I couldn't let her die. So I broke some of my skin on wrist, and put it up to her mouth. At first she refused to drink my blood, but I told her she had to or else she would die. She hesitated some then let some slide down her throat. It seemed to make her gain more energy. She then grabbed my arm with her own hands and forced it to her own lips and started sucking my blood into her.
