Chapter Three
In a small remote region of Jupiter's settlement bases, Merillios sat in the small servant's quarters provided by the LaShae family. Her traveling servant, Cerilio De Fron, sat in the far corner of the room. He ran a hand through his dusty blonde hair and sighed inwardly.
" De Fron! Tell me, is my quest not just?" His blue eyes averted hers as he silently shook his head "yes".
Merillios wanted a true answer! She had killed a man out of anger, killed one of her sisters and sent her mother to the underworld. She just wanted to truly hear an answer that was unjudged by the fact that the said person would die if the person said any thing that she didn't like.
" De Fron!"
His eyes glinted with hatred.
" Fine! You're rude, selfish, devious, evil and a sicken criminal! To kill your own blood is sick but to kill a man out of pure anger at your own worthless existence is down right despicable. I pray that Vera has mercy on your pathetic soul."
Merillios began to laugh.
" You haven't even begun to scratch the surface Cerilio!"

Jase and Victoria said nothing as night begun to fall outside the Hotel they had taken shelter in. Jase wanted to comfort Victoria, but in her present state nothing could do so.
" My own father was going to rape me." Her first words in 3 hours. They had escaped the manor fairly easily. Guards hounded them at the gates and Victoria ordered them to move, beyond that, she was a wreck.
She shuddered, her knees pulled up under her neck, and her eyes closed in disbelief. Never in all her years had she thought her own father would do something like this. Greycious to her now was nothing but a curse. To go insane and hurt the ones you love.

Deriious broke free of his chains. He wanted the blood of the murderer who killed his beloved. He needed it, craved it. His mother ran frantically out of the room as he leapt out an open window. He turned wolf and let his massive paws take him towards his love's killer. He reached the top of a hill and stared out at the forested hills of Venus. Earth is where he needed to be.
Where ever you are I will find and kill you! Your blood will be the sweetest upon my fangs like aged wine! I will drain you slowly, dragging out every moment in the last of your life…death will be your atonement and pain is your drug.
He howled long and ominous until he could howl no more. The winds changed and the night sky broke into drenching rain. Bloody tears mixed with the rain and soon other beings were howling. The black wolf howled once more before his form turned into a lightning bolt that shot through the galaxy. It headed for earth.

They crashed together in a whirlpool of hatred and passion. Trapped beneath his form, Merillios panted heavily at the man above her. He was lost to the world when she was in his arms. So much evil and deviousness trapped inside this green haired diva. He put his lips over her pulse. Her heart beat frantically as his teeth grazed the ever-beating vein in her neck.
Cerilio…
She was already in his mind seeking him to mate her. He was disgusted. This vile creature had killed in the name of mating! She'd clearly gone mad with unbridled lust for a suitable male in bed. She'd gone so mad as to kill her own loved ones! He growled in anger as he bit down on the vessel. Blood poured into his mouth and he drank it fully and hungrily. Merillios grasped his hair, trying to pull his throat to her mouth. He retracted ruffly, pushing her down on the bed beneath him. His hand tangled in her hair, he brought her face towards his. She was breathing heavily and the fabric underneath her skin was slowly driving her mad.
" You don't deserve to be loved." He growled.
" I didn't ask for love." He crushed his mouth to hers and let his tongue dance with hers. A maid came in the room worried that Cerilio was killing Merillios. Cerilio turned his head towards the maid, his blue eyes glistening with lust and hate.
" Come to watch?" His voice came out in a sinister growling and a sort of laugh that he couldn't place.
His eyes burned a blood red and the maid ran away in terror. He turned back to the vixen trapped beneath him and pinned her ankles behind his back. He ruthlessly buried himself to the hilt within her womb. Her claws unsheathed and dug into his back. Adding more blood to the bed by their joining, Cerilio moved inside of Merillios. Her moans became hurt-filled screams.
" Oh it's this lovely!" He panted evilly in Merillios' face. She cried out in pain again as she received another brutal thrust.
" The evil bitch was nothing more than a overly stimulated, pissed off, horny little virgin." He punctuated each word with a venom like hiss. Merillios was crying now. The bloody droplets fell on the pillow under her head. She prayed he'd stop…she prayed to the gods he'd stop. She couldn't take anymore. He drug his claws across her breasts creating whelps and drawing blood. She moaned in pain and pleasure. He was nearing the edge of his completion and wanted the ultimate high of his name in her mouth as he came.
"Say it…"
His voice in her mind was an ominous growl that stirred her inner most soul.
" Cerilio." The smell of blood and lust had far too intoxicated her being for her to emit more than a whisper.
His fangs were heavy and aching for flesh. He needed to mark her, make her his but he wouldn't till he heard his name being yelled from her rosy kissed lips.
"Louder"
He was holding back as best as he could, his fangs a hairs-breath away from the hollow of her throat.
"Cerilio…"
He was growling loud now his chest rising when hers fell and falling when hers rose. He could only claim her when they were in sync.
" CERilio…"
Almost…Oh gods they were so close.
" CERILIO!" His fangs spiked into her throat and she dug hers into his neck. With one final earth shattering thrust he came. Thunder and lightning pounded outside as the two lovers lay spent on the blood-drenched bed. They were mates now.
" Unbelievable." Merillios spoke after the domineering silence had taken a toll on her. She felt so…complete. She lay on the slumbering vampire's chest, listening to him breath. She rose her hand and moved one of his blonde locks out of his angelic face. With traces of her blood still on his lips, she leaned up and gave him a passionate kiss. His hand cradled her head as he deepened the kiss. White-hot fire burned through them as the found themselves swept up in their passionate lovemaking once again. This time he was so tender, loving, soft. She melted and died so many deaths in his arms.
Rain poured down outside and thunder clapped loudly. They knew it was their joining that caused the storm, it stirred and rumbled like the tempest of their souls.
She lay in his arms as he smoothed the tuft of hair that was plastered to her forehead. She swore she could stay in his arms for all eternity.
The door slammed open and men flooded in the room, armed with stakes and silver cross-shaped daggers. Cerilio put a possessive hand across Merillios and began to growl menacingly. Merillios moved his hand, and shook her head.
" I'm so sorry you had to be apart of this Cerilio. These are the Serpent Knights, sent by the elders to retrieve me for killing Julienne. I'm sorry." He watched in horror as the guards carried his mate away.
He lunged at one of them and was put down by a stake to the arm. His blood poured on the floor and began to create a dark green puddle. The vampire that'd stabbed him began to step back in astonishment. Only those with the purest of vampire blood bled green.
Insane laughter erupted from Cerilio's throat.
" Don't back away now…the fun has only begun." With that Cerilio leapt up and launched himself onto the soldier's neck. The small platoon watched in horror as the pure blood drained their fellow comrade.
They began to step back as he arose with blood dripping down his chin and an evil grin on his face. He licked his lips and turned towards the guards who had Merillios in their grasp. He dissipated with only his laughter present in the room. Shadows moved under the scared groups' feet. One by one they were pulled into the darkness and their blood cascaded around the room. Merillios shook with fear.
Pure bloods were the most dangerous of all vampires. Their bloodlines were traced with one animal...the Anubis dog. It was said that the pure bloods were carnal and ruthless when it came to their mates and blood was their set-off. It was also said that ones that could mate with the pure breeds and not die were destined for greatness, but the last known pure breed vampire existed over 6000 years ago. Could it be that the elders were missing a vampire? Cerilio arose in front of her, trapping her in a corner. His mouth dripping with blood.
"How I have long awaited a mate suitable enough to rule along side me. With your sister at the elder's mercy you and I shall rule. It is only fair that an elder rule...I sense fear in my bitch. Why is that? You crave power so why is it when I show you a little of what you are to become you cringe in distaste?"
Merillios wanted power, but not this way. She had already killed two vampires and yet he killed a whole platoon of Serpent Knights. She turned her head away from the pure blood. She felt dirty, like a brothel house whore. She had not only mated this man twenty minutes ago and he was already killing in her honor.
"I know nothing of your past, and what you are. To me you have always been a slave bought by my father."
Cerilio snickered at his scared little kitten.
" Oh how you are so stupid. I see that I shall have to educate you some more on your new mate's abilities."
