Yeah I know I said I wasnt going to psot without replys but whatever I got bored tonight and figured I would, now I am beging for feedback I want to know if what I am writing is total shit or not >.< Mouse


Chapter 6

"Jesus Luke you look like shit" TJ commented as he took in his partners appearence as he walked over to his car, it was clear that whatever he'd set out to do at the Ward hadn't gone well "So?"

"I dont want to talk about it, wheres the body"

"If you insist"

"I do"

"Right this way, but I warning you its pretty bad"

That didn't even begin to describe what was waiting for him, there she was laying in a pool of her own blood.Her hair was fanned out above her head and a few strands were stuck to her face where the blood had dried, her eyes were shut but there were slash marks across both of them, squating down Luke snapped on a glove and touched her lips w had had been sewn shut with a thick strand of black yarn.That was his fault and he knew it and had he any doubts the word smartass made it clear.What had he been thinking.He knew he should tell Adama or at least TJ about the phone call but what good would it do.It couldnt be traced and Adama would have his head, no he'd have to keep it to himself.Looking back down at Suzys body he knew he would have to get Lexa to talk to him soon and the way he was going about it that wasnt likly to happeb, but he'd been upset and taken it on her.He shouldn't have grabbed her and he felt like and ass for yelling at her. "Damn it" he needed to pay attention but he couldnt get the thought of her out of his head.When he stood back up the ME was there and got down to work, there wasnt much else they could do except head back to the office and fill out reports.As he walked back with TJ to his car he looked over at his partner

"Want to get something to eat before we get stuck in piles of paper"

"Yeah sure..hey where are you going" Luke had suddenly turned around and was walking back over to the body

"I forgot to tell them something"A few moments later Luke was back and unlocking his car "Sorry about that"

"What did you do"

"Asked for copys of the pictures"

"Dont we have those in the file"

"I need them for something else"Luke was already getting into his car when suddenly his cell was ringing again "Who the hell is that"

"Who all has the number"

"You,Adama, and thats about it"

"Then pick up the damn thing"

Luke rolled his eyes before flipping the phone open "Talk to me" The voice on the other end made his blood boil

"Did you find poor little Suzy, I warned you didnt I but you wouldnt listen"Luke looked over at TJ who was waiting to see who it was, he mouthed the word mom and then sent him a look saying he wouldnt be stopping for food afterall, TJ nodded with a smile and got in his own car before driving off "I personaly liked the note to you"

"Im sure you did"

"Wondering how I got your number, it was easy but mabey some other time.Really I wanted to know how the search for Alexandra was going"

"Wonderfull"

"So you found her"

"Almost"

"I see your trying not to smart off this time, well since your being such a good boy I'll let you go, untill next time"

The line went dead and Luke tossed the phone into the car before getting in himself and driving off.He skd fod food and went staright into his office.When he got in there he found the folder of pictures he wanted and started to look threw it.He hated himself for what he was going to do with them but he had to get threw to her somehow and he was running out of ideas, and its not like she could hate him anymore then she already did.Luke had lost track of time when he heard the ring of his cell glanching up from the paperwork he picked it up

"Speak to me"

"Detective Pearson this is Dr.Jensen at Jenkins"Luke sat up staright in his chair and waited for her to go on "I needed to ask you a few questions" AbouAbout Jenna"

"Yer sir, you see after you left we went in a little later to check on her and she was hudled in the corner crying and we were hoping you could tell us why"

"Is she still there, in the corner I mean"

"Well yes thats why.."

"I'll be right there"With that Luke hung up the phone grabbed his stuff and withhouthout to TJ was out of the buliding and in his car off to Jenkins


Lsat sat in the corner her knees to her chest crying, once again he'd made her cry.She was wrong to think he was any diffrent.Just like the other one when he didnt get his way he yelled at her.She looked down at her wrists were his fingers had left marks, just like the other one.She had only elf elf to blame and she should have saw it coming nothing ever went her way, and why the hell did it matter if she talked to him or not he couldnt understand what it had been like for her.Lukas Pearson could kiss her ass and if she did talk she would have told him to go fuck himself.She didnt deserve this she'd been threw enough, and what the hell had he meant by he'd called and wrote.Who called and wrote coulnt have been anyone she knew she didnt know anyone, not to mention she didnt need him to help her she had been quite happy all by herself when he decided to show up and badger her.First with the rose and then with her name and his yelling.If she never saw him again it wouldbt be a bad thing.No matter how angry she got she couldnt stop herself from crying what the hell was wrong with her.She grabbed her hair with her hands and started to cry all the harder when suddenly she heard yelling from outside her room and her door was flung open and there was the asshole himself standing in the doorframe yelling and being yelled at by and to a nurse.

"I dont give a shit what you think is or isnt a good idea Im going to see her

"Listen here Im in charge and.."

"Get out of the room"

"If anyone is going to leave it will be you young man"

"Try it and watch what happens"

"What is that supposed to mean'

"Whatever you want it to"

With that he slammed the door shut and turned to face Lexa the moment he did a vase came flying at his head, where the hell had she gotten a vase from, by the time he'd looked back up she was standing on her feet and looking right at him almost daring him to say something, instead he dropped his head and set his things down.Whatever happened next wouldnt be fun

"Lexa, please go sit on the bed" When she didnt move he begged her "Please Lexa jsut do this and I'll be out of here faster I need you, your help with this you'll understand if you please just sit down"

Slowly she moved over to the bed and sat down on it crosslegged and looked over at him, he looked tired really, really tired but she ignored the urge to touch him again.When he walked over to her he was holding a file in his hand and she waited for him to talk

"Lexa the only way for you to understand why I need you to talk is to show you whats going on outside of this damn building but I need you to know right now that what Im about to show you and it wont be plet int infact its more then likly going to have a similar reaction from you like the rose, but I beg you to sit and listen only this time follow along"

She could see the pain in his eyes and knew he didnt want to do or show her whatever it was in his hands but it was clear he was out of options and she nodded her head yes, as soon as she did he pulled a picture out and placed it on the bed infront of her.Lexa had to bite her lip to stop from screaming, it was a pitcure of what would have been a very pretty redhead, except her face was cut up and she could see the rose stem at the side, she slowly rasied her eyes to Lukes "She was the first a little over two moths ago, this one" He placed a second one down she to had red hair, the cuts, and the rose Lexas body had started to tremble "She was about two weeks after the first, this" He placed a third photo the same as the others"a few days after, then" He placed a fourth photo down and tears started to stream down her face "That one was about a week ago and finaly " the last photo was horrible her mouth and been sewed shut and there was a word written next to her face the rose was across her chest "The words smartass and that was my fault like I said he called me and I upset him.I'd jsut read his letter about what he did to you"Lexas head shot up "and I..well I was upset, I was also stupid I caI can only hope he did that after she died, do you see now why I need your help Lexa.I need to know whatever I can about him"

She stared up at him and he started to talk again

"They all had green eyes like you. he he told me they're replacments for you untill he can get to you, and damn it I cant let that happen you have to help me"

He looked so scared, he worried about her how could she ever think him anything like the otherone.Now she felt terrible she had gotten so mad at him for wanting her to talk and now she saw why.When she looked up at him again taring her gaze once again away from the pics she saw that he moving to stand infront of her before sitting on his knees

"Please LeHelpHelp me"

She couldnt stand to see him like this.She could see that the case was tearing away at him little by little and she couldnt see this man destroyed becasue of her, slowly she reched out and placed his face inbtween her hands and pulled his face up to hers.When her lips first touched his he tensed and tried to pull away but she quickly wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him to her again.Soon he gave up and his hands went to her waist.When his tounge probed at her lips she parted her mouth and soon he was laying her back onto the bed resting on top of her, his hands now travling up and down her body.Everywhere he touched felt like fire and she arched her back and warped one leg around his waist drawing him closer to her body.When she let out a moan Luke suddenly went still and pulled back from her

"Shit Lexa, I'm sorry.No no Im not sorry but I cant your a witness and I couldnt take advantage of you like that it wouldnt be right" He was already getting to his feet and heading for the door grabbing the pictures up with shaky hands.Lexa had raised herself up on her elbows and was staring at him "You have to trust me its better like this for both of us "

She glanced down at his crotch and when she looked back up his cheeks had flushed red, and he quickly put the folder infront of it, before rambling on again

"I want you ok are you happy.I've wanted you since I first walked in that door and this is hell forto lto leave but I will not do this i cant do this"

With that he turned to leave the room and while Lexa wasnt sure what she wanted exactly she knew she didnt want him to leave just yet so she did the only thing that she could think of that would keep him there

"L..Lu..Lukas"

Lukes hand std stopped in mid-air and he wheeled around to face her, she smiled a very small, very shy smile and waited to see what he would do or say

"Chirst" With that he was back across the room in two strides and had her crushed to his chest and his mouth across her's claming her as his own when he broke away from her for the second time and set her down on the bed she wimpered "I want you and I will have you Lexa but it will not be in this crappy room do you understand me.If you want to finsh what we started I suggest you get out of this place quickly"

"Bu..I..I..I have no where to go"

"Yes you do with me, my Moms horrible Christmas party is in three weeks you have that long" With that he kissed her one last time and fled the room

She couldnt believe what she'd just done, but if only for the light that had showed up in her eyes when she'd said his name she would have done it again.With a smirk she got under her covers and got ready to sleep ignoring the Doctor who came in after him, but he had said she only had three weeks so she needed to get started if they were ever going to let her out, so when the Doctor turned to leave she decided to give her a shock

"Thank you Dr.Jensen"


Luke slammed the door closed behind him, what the hell had happened back there.One second he was pleading with her then next straddling her, not to mention that she'd spoken just to keep him there.He looked down at the buldge in his pants and groaned.Walking staright to his bathroom he turned the water onicklickly stripped and stepped into the water, bracing one hand on the wall he let the water run over his head "Fuck Me!" Had he just invited Lexa to his Mothers


Chapter 7

The next few days pasted in a flurry for Lexa, after she'd said good night to Dr.Jensen she'd had to keep talking to them just so they would believe it, and she didnt want to talk to them, she only wanted to talk to Luke but he hadnt come back since that night and she didnt expect him to come back.Luke had told her what she needed to do and so that was why she put up with the Doctors.Finally after almost a full week the staff of Jenkins could no longer see a reason to keep her there.She was happy and they could find no sign that she was a danger to herself or aynone else.So there she was standing at the desk signing herself out for good.She was wearing grey sweatpants and a grey sweatshirt, it had been on the only thing that fit her.Once she was finshed she walked out of the double doors and her eyes went large.She hadnt been outside in so many years she forgot what it was like, but that wasnt going to be the hard part she had no where to go, no home and she had no way of getting anywhere she should have had the offpagepage Luke but what would she say to him, with a shake of her head she took a step onto the sidewalk and was getting ready to walk away from Jenkins when she heard her name

"Lexa?"

Turing she saw Luke getting out of his car, and quickly make his way across the street and over to her when he was a few steps away she launched herself into his arms and warpped her own around his neck before kissing him quickly on the lips when Luke finally managed to get her untangled from himself he set her down and was almost laughing when he spoke

"What was that for"

"For helping me"

She went to kiss him again but he held her at arms reach and just shook his head

"Relax, lady. First things first we need to get you some things to wear other then that"

"How did you know I was getting out"

Luke nodded his his head towards the building behind them "They called me, I prayed that I made it intime to get you, where were you going"

"I dont know, anywhere"

"Promise me you wont ever go off anywhere on your own"

Lexa was almost ready to argue but when she looked into his eyes and saw how worried he was she smiled slowly and nodded yes

"Good, then lets get you in the car and go shopping"

Not giving her a chace to reply Luke grabbed her by the hand and started to drag her to his car, opening the door he sat her inside and then closed the door behind her.Walking around the car he climbed in behind the wheel and started to drive off at first they just sat in silence and Luke drummed his fingers across the wheel, seeing that Lexa started to laugh

"What?"

"You do that before you wake up"

"I do what"

"Move your fingers,I saw it the other day when..."

Luke had cocked and eyebrow and was smirking at her "So you didnt stare at the corner the whole three hours did you"

Lexas face had flushed and Luke started to laugh, she swated him in the arm and it only served to make him laugh harder, Lexa narrowed her eyes at him before turing to stare out her window

"Come on Lexa I was only joking.......you have no sense of humor"

Luke shook his head and went back to driving it was clear that he was still laughing on the inside, Lexa slanted her gaze at him and a smile was tugging at the corners of her lips she'd him him back mabey not right away but it would happen, she was going to say something when he spoke up first

"We're here"

"Where?"

"Stepehns"

"But they cost so much!" Luke raised and eyebrow at her again "We did have a TV you know"

"And here I thought you were a recluse"

Lexa xhose to ignore him and got out of the car and hd tod towrads the door only to find Luke by her side by the time she'd taken her second step, she shook her head at him when he opened the door for him and he only smiled in return.It was strange all she had done was said his name and now he was a diffrent person, before she could think about it anymore a sales rep was infront of her and she was wised away with a startled look on her face, as she peeked over her shoulder she could tell Luke was trying to keep a staright face.As the rep lead her around the store she found the perfect way to get him back and it would be so much fun


She'd shown him a couple of outfits and he'd liked them all, as she walked back to the changing room he smile grew larger, wait till he got a look at her next outfit.He had said she needed things to wear so she took that to mean for all reasons.Its not like she had anything to wear to bed and she wanted to see the look on his face.She had picked out a teddy the same blue as eys eyes and it ended just past her rear the look on his face would be pricless asshe started to change in to it she heard him talking to her

"Hurry up, you take forever to change"

"Shut up Lukas"

"Its Luke"

"Whatever"

She heard him mumble somthing and as she looked herself over in the mirror she smiled he wouldn't know what had hit him her hair was pulled back into a ponytail and she pulled it out before running her hands threw it.She wasnt sure what had come over hut iut it would be fun, peeking her head around the wall she saw him seated in the chair still

"You ready"He looked over at her and rolled his eyes "You asked for it"

With that she stepped out form behind the wall and smiled as his eyes just about popped out of his head,his mouth had dropped open and she watched as he uncrossed and then recrossed his legs as he tugged at his pants.He was starting to look uncomfortable.

"So what do you think"

"I, well its" He was pulling at his pants again "Its nice"

"Nice thats it, well mabey its cuz you havent seen the whole thing " She then prded ded to twirl slowly around and she could hear him shifting around in his seat and she tried to look as serious as possible when she turned to face him again "Do you think I should get it"

He looked like he was having trouble breathing let alone putting words together, finally he managed to nod his head yes.She smiled before walking over and kissing him on theek wek with that she walked back behind the wall and started to put her things back on.Wshe she re-exited she held everything in her arms and was holding the teddy in her hand

"Do you thing you could hold this for me" With that she held the teddy out to him and he took it with a slighly shaky hand, she bit her bottom lip to keep from laughing at him and instead said thank you before walking over the casher "Well take these"

Luke dropped the blue slik on top of the rest and pulled his walet out from his back pocket before fishing out a credit card and handing it to the woman.Soon they were on there way out with Luke carring thes ass as he put them in the trunk of his car Lexa spoke up

"Oh I got a few things you didnt see, I hope thats not a problem"

His voice was gruff when he replied and she'd wondered if she'd gone to far "No thats fine"

As they sat in the car in silence on the way back to Lukes place, Lexa began to fidget

"Whats wronga, ia, if you dont want to stay at my place..."

"NO, I mean no its not that, I didnt make you mad did I"

Luke turned to look at her as he pulled into his parking space "Why would I be mad at you"

"You seemed kinda upset afte lee left the store" She could see him trying not to laugh at her "What"

"Trust me Lexa, I wasnt mad, but remind me not to tease you again your not very nice when you get people back"

"What I didnt do..."

"Im sure, come on we're here"

With that he got out of the car and grabbed her things before leading the way to his flat, after he unlocked and opened the door he stepped back and let her walk in ahead of her, he knew it wasnt much but he wanted to see her reaction.When she didnt say anything he started to ramble

"Well umm, if you dont like it you could always get pictures or flowers or something I never really had a reason to decorate but ou wou want to you can "

"Never its perfect I wouldnt dream of changing it"

With that she turned around and flung her arms around his neck before dragging his mouth to hers, he let out a groan aarpearped his arms around her hips and when they both needed air he pulled back smiling at her

"What"

"Do you think you could wear that little blue thing for me"

"I think I could"

With that his mouth was on hers again and he was backing her into the kitchen wall, moving his hands to her hips he lifted hnd ind instantly she had wrapped her legs around his hips and pulled him close, Luke's hand had began to crawl up her stomache when suddenly his phone rang,he gave a look to Lexa that said how sorry he was before he pulled her off of him and set her back down on the floor.


Chapter 8

"Lukas its Mother, we need to talk about din dinner its only two weeks away and I will not have you come alone again, so I asked Savanah Myers to come"

"Then your going to have to call her and tell her plans have changed"

"I will not, I have already invited her are you out of your mind"

"Well shes going to feel pretty dumb sitting on her own" Luke was starting to lose his patience, and was close to yelling, he was also having the hardest time paying attention, for the second time he swated at Lexas fingers which had started to wander down his chest "So call her"

"Why would she be alone Lukas" she sounded irritated, good

"I have a" Luke had been about to say date when suddenly Lexas hand grasped his crotch and she let out a low giggle at his intake of breath and it took him a few moments to get his breathing under rol rol "Date already"

"What do you mean you have a date"

But Luke was already not paying attention, Lexa had given a squeeze and Luke put the phone againis cis chest before wispering to her

"Knock it off"

She only smiled back at him and started to rub her hand around, Luke reached down and dragged her hand away, a small pout formed on her lips and he had to fight back the need to hang up on his mother and change it to a smile

"Just waitw cow control yourself I know I'm sexy but chill"He flashed her a grin as she rolled her eyes as he lifted the phone back to his ear

"Sorry Mom what did you say"

"How could you get a date and not tell me now what am I supposed to do about Savanah, Lukas do you try to drive me crazy"

"Like I said tell her plans changed I dont want to see her there expecting to sit by me mother"

"Why dont you change your plans"

Finally Lukes voice took on an edge and he tried his best not to yell "I will not do that and you'll do well to undersatnd , now I have to go"

"Is that date of yours there"

"Christ mom, you say that like shes a whore I picked up off the street and I really dont think its any of your damned business"

"Lukas Jonathan Pearson"

But Luke was already hanging up the phone and as he looked back into Lexas face he saw that she was frowning at him and trying to get out from under his arms

"Whats wrong with you"

"Whore you picked up off the street?"

"I didnt mean it like that and you know it" He tried to draw her to him again but she placed her hands on his chest and pushed him back "Damn it Lexa"

"And you dont want to see who"

"For fucks sake"

"Dont yell at me"

"Im not fucking yelling"

Lexas cheeks had turned red and she looked ready to spit fire "Wheres my room at" Lukes eyes narrowed and after a second he shoved off the wall and away from her before stalking over to her stuff, picking it up, and marching down the hall with it.Lexa quickly followed after him and when he arrived at the first door he all but kicked it open and tossed her things in before spinning on his heel to face her

"Your room princess" With that he shouldered past her and back towards the kitchen, Lexa was hot on his trail as he began to grab his coat an keys, before heading to the door

"Where are you going"

"To work is that ok with you" With that he slammed to door closed after him and soon enough Lexa could hear him peeling out as he left.Slumping into a nerby chair she stared at the wall and tried to understand what had just happened, but it only served to upset her more.She deserved to know what he was talking about didnt she, and she'd be damned if he was going to treat her like a child.Standing to her feet she went back to her bedroom and pulled out what he had bought her, after selecting a skirt and a black top she headed for the door.Once outside she lookedt ant and right and then with a shrug started down the stairs.He was going to be pissed when he got back and found her missing but she didn't rightly care, so with a flip of her hair she was off


Damn it what the hell was wrong with him, he shouldnt have stormed out like that but she really had upset him.He didnt need her to start playing twenty questions like his mother did with him.Mabey it was because there hadnt been any sign of Romeo not even a phone call or letter since Lexa had talked to him.It was starting to make him worry, no doubt he was already stalking his next victim and there was shit that he could do to stop it.Slamming his hand on to wheel he pulled into his parking spot and got out of the car, as he walked threw the pit he didnt bother to talk to anyone and only stop once he got to TJ desk, if he had been in a better mood he might have laughed.Tj's desk was a mess with old food bags and boxes everywhere,reports, and only the Lord new what else.With a shake of his head he adressed TJ

"Anything new"

TJ didnt even bother to look up from the report he was reading "Nope, how about you"

"No" Mabey it was the tone of his voice or how quickly he responed but TJ finally looked up and his brows nitted to gether, he looked ready to say something but Luke cut him off "And no I dont want to talk about it, I'll be in my office"

With that he walked off to leave TJ staring at his back with an eyebrow lifted, with a shrug TJ went back to reading, if he felt like talking he'd do it soon enough.Tj had learned over the years to let Luke do his own thing at times.Luke on the other hand was stomping around his office infact he was making so much noise that soon enough Adama barged in

"What the hell is wonrg with you son"

"Nothing Im fine, fucking perfect"

Adama suddenly smiled at him and Luke narrowed his eyes, Adama didnt often smile "Woman problems" Lukes head snapped over to look at him and this time Adama laughed "Thought so, why dont you take TJ and head over to Jack's for a drink or two its not like theres anything for you to do around here, not to mention your scaring the young ones"

Luke looked over Adama shoulder to see that almost everyone was staring at his office and he let out a sigh before nodding yes and grabbing his coat, by the time he walked out of the office TJ was already waiting for him with a smile of his own, will a rol of his eyes Luke started for the exit slanting TJ a look when the man spoke

"So my car, your car, or both"

"We might as well take both, you more then likly will be leaving before I do" Luke planned on getting shit faced before he had to face Lexa again

With a laugh TJ nodded his head yes before hopping into his own car and driving away.A few minuets later Luke pulled into a parking spot next to TJ and the two of them walked in to Jack's, selecting a table at the back away from anyone Luke slid into the booth and waited for Tj to take his seat across from him, not long after a young blonde showed up to take thier orders

"What can I get you two sexy men"

Luke glanced up at her before turing his head to look over her shoulder to the sport were about four men had circled around someone and where laughing andcaring on.Oh to relax like that would be wonderfull "Bud"

Seeing that she woget get nowhere with him, the waitress turned her full charm onto TJ. Soon enough she left,came wit with there drinks and left again.Luke was still watching the group on the otehrside of the bar wondering what could keep four drunk men in one spot when sudenly he caugh a flash of a long, slender leg and knew it was a woman.

"Figures"

"What figures"

"Huh, oh nothing"

"Well boss, you feel like playing some pool at least I know I can kick your ass in one thing"

Luke to a drink and lifted both eyebrows in mock horror "We'll see sparky, but one rule.I win you stop calling me boss"

"Your on old man"

"Im three years older then you dip" Luke reached out and shoved TJ as they came up to the table

"Yes but your older" With a grin he quickly racked up the balls and waited for Luke to break.


The game was going fine and Luke was winniand and then on the last shot he heard the woman giggle and with a start he hit the cue ball, his shot going wide he missed the eight ball and scratched."Fuck me" TJ was starting to celebrate but Luke had already forgotten about him, shoving the stick into TJ's chest he stalked over to the group and threw their shoulders he could see the red hair, clenching his fists at his side he moved around so that he was behind her and leaning into her ear wispered so only she could hear him

"What in the hell do you think your doing Lexa"


Lexa almost jumped from her seat when she heard his voice and wipped around to face him.What she saw was a diffrent Lukas then she was used to, his face was hard and his eyes looked cold, he was angry that Lexa could tell, and for the briefest second she felt bad, but she took another look at his face and her own features hardened.What the hell was she doing who did he think he was.He wasn't about to spoil her fun, with a flick of her hair she turned her back to him and went back to talking with the others she could almost feel his anger rising. If only for the reason that she wanted to lash out and hurt him she rehed her hand out and ran it down the faces of one of the men in front of her.She heard him suck in a breath and smiled at it.Rather then do anything to aleart the other four he leaned down and spoke in her ear again

"Games o you your going home with me, now"

She didnt repsond and only shifted in her seat to face the other four, even thought she couldnt see him she could almost picture him counting to ten trying to calm himself he really did have a bad temper. A thought filtered threw her head that she shouldnt push him like this but she quickly shoved it aside, the third time he spoke to her his voice was hard and left little or no room for argument, that and the fact that he had grabbed her by the elbow

"I said now Lexa"

He hauled her to her feet after that and was getting ready to drag her out of the buliding when she yankied her arm free and twilred on him before getting ready to say something when the biggest of the four spoke up, the one she'd touched on the face.

"Where do you think your going buddy, shes with us"

"I doubt that"

Luke didnt even bother to look at them and instead started to steer her towards ther agr again and this time she did as he wanted, but the man wasnt about to give up.Reaching out he grabbed Luke by the back of the shirt and tugged him backwards, he released his grip on Lexas arm and swung around to face the men

"Luke dont, please"

He glanced over at her and she saw him start to relax and thats when the man struck, lowering his body he plowed into Luke and smashed him into a nerby table, Lexa let out a sound and soon TJ was there trying to pull the two of them apart.It was clthatthat the other three wernt going to help

"Get him Chad"

Lexa tore her glaze away from them and looked back over at Luke who was being helped up by TJ, she started to walk tow him him when he held up a hand and said something to TJ, who inreturn shook his head yes and hurried over to Lexa before moving her towards the door

"What are you doing?"

"Boss, wants me to get you out of here and to his car"

"Im not leaving him" Lexa hulated and grabbed a nerby table to TJ couldnt move her anyfarther, and then turned back to look for Lukas who was now being circled by all four men "Oh no" This was all her fault if she'd jsut gone with him and first and not put up a fight and try to make him angry.Alomst as if in slow motion she watched Chad grab a bottle and slam it on the edge of a table and then hold it out towrads Luke "LUKAS!"

HIs head snapped over to where they were standing for a second before looking back at the men "Get her out of here, now TJ"

"You got it boss" And with that TJ grabbed her by the arm and dragged her out of the bar, the last thing she saw before th cold hit her was Chad lunge at Luke with the bottle

She had tried to get away from him and head back inside, but TJ told her no and sat her inside of Lukes car before shutting the door and waiting for him to come inside it was sometime before Luke came outside and when he did he was stumbling and was holding his side.He stopped outside the car to say something to TJ and then climbed in behind the wheel closing his door with a bang.Without turing to look at her he started ue cae car put it gear drove out of the parking lot, as they drove he kept going faster and faster and Lexa grabbed onto the door his knuckles going white

"Luke"

"Dont, just dont Lexa"

Shifting he sped up and took a corner causing the car to lean and Lexa to slam into the door

"Luke please slow down, your scaring me"

"Good"

"Lukas please" She felt the tears start to flow down her cheeks and she tried to wipe them away before he saw them as well, it wouldnt do any gooywayyways.

"Damn it"

She felt the car slow down and then watched as he pulled off parkparked on the side of the road, she jumped when his hand brushed her cheek wiping away the tears that had spilled. When she tried to pull away he used his hand to cup her face and turn it to him.Once facing him she bit the inside of her lip to keep from crying out at the site of his face, his lip was cut and the blood had dried to it, there was already the first signs of a bruise on his cheek, and it was easy to tell he'd have a black eye in the moring

When Luke got out of the car it took a moment for him to catch his breath so that he could walk up the stairs and to his door, Lexa was right behind him and he caught her once or e ree reaching out to help him and then snatching her hand back before she touched him.When he finally reached the door, he reached into his coat pocket and let out a low groan and no sooner had it left him did Lexa snatch the key away from him and unlock to the door, pushing it open she waited for him to come in before shutting the door and locking it.Turing to face him she took another look at his face and he tried to turn away, grabbing his hand she led him to the bathroom and sat him down on the toliet, before turnning around and starting to water in the tub.Moving past him to a cuboard she pulled out a washcloth and after holding under the water turned to face him, before hse could move he was holing out his hand

"Give it here, I can do it myself"

"No, this is my fault"

"Lexa dont fight with me, not now"

"Then shut up"

He glared at her for a moment before relaxing and letting her step inbtween his legs and using an edge of the cloth to clean his lip.He watched her face and almost laughed at the concentration in her eyes as she cleaned it.After a while she dropped the cloth and walked over to shut of the bath water.When she turned back to face him he had his eyebrow up

"Is that for me" sarcasm dripped on everyword

"Yes you ass"She looked upset and that made him feel better "Now get in it"

"Mind leaving then"

With that she stormed past him, and he let himself laugh as the door closed behind her, deserved her right.This was after all her fault.Still laughing he shrugged his coat off and then lifted his arms above his head to talk his shirt off and stopped min-motion.Not able to stop himself he cursed loudly and dropped back down to his seat on the toilet.Seconds later the door flew open and Lexa was in front of him

"Whats wrong are you ok" Then she looked down and her eyes widened, glancing down to see was was wrong he pulled a face "Oh Lukas"

Looking back down, Luke took in the the dired red blotch on his once white t-shirt. He'd thought the guy had missed but turned out he was wrong he really didnt want to look at what was underneith it but he knew he had to.Slowly he lifted the hem of his shirt and Lexa let out a gasp,there were two four inch gashes on the side of his stomache and they hurt like hell.Not to mention that the rest of it was truing purple form where one of them had hit him with a chair

"Its really not that bad"

"Well yes, but lets not think about that.What I need you to do is get this shirt off of me, because I cant lift my arms above my head"

"Go find the scissors in the kitchen and cut it off"

She nodded her head and all but ran out of the bathroom when she got back, she kneeled infront of him and started to cut from the bottom up.When she was finshed she peeled it away from his body and tossed it to the floor.Looking over him her lips began to tremble.He had huge purple welts on him and she knew his back would look just the same, truth be told she would have cried but he put his hands in her hair and lifted her face to look at him

"Why dont you go get in bed I'll be here for a while and theres no point of you staying up with me"

He ran a hand threw his hair and nodded yes "Do you think you could get out a for a moment first so I can finsh undressing"

She nodded and walked out of the room shutting the door behind her, it took a while but finally Luke was able to get his slacks off and toss them into the corner.Once that was done he slowly walked over to the tub and stepped into it. After sitting down he grabbed the curtain, which was a dark navey blue, and pulled it the direction of his feet so that his lower half was covered when that was done he called Lexa back into the room and she sat down on the toliet before shitfing around several times and finally settling on the bathroom floor with her legs drawn close to her body and her knees tucked under her chin.When she looked back at Luke he started to talk

"Alright, what do you want to talk about first, and no more apologizing, Im jsut as much to blame"

"I shouldn't have tired to make you angry in the bar, but you were such an ass this morning and I was upset"

"So you wanted to hurt me and decided hanging at a bar all night would do that"

"Not really, you wernt suppsed to see me, I was going to come back later after you worried the night away, and then I would just walk to my room and if you asked what I was doing I was only going to say 'going to my room is that ok with you'...Dont laugh its not supposed to be funny"

He was able to stop laughing but not hide the smile, and when she glared at him he splased water at her, he could see her fighting the smile and damn if he didnt want to see it. Sinking lower into the water he let out a sigh and closed his eyes

"Do you want me to leave"

"No, Im jsut resting keep going, I believe we left off on revenge number two of the day" When she didnt say anything he cracked an eye open to look at her "Whats wrong"

"When you were driving and I said you were scaring me, you said good, why was that good"

"Beucase you had scared the shit out of me, when I heard you laugh and walked over there and saw you all that went threw my head was what if one of them was the killer, then I got my ass kicked because of you, not that I can really blame them I would have put up a fight for you to in there spot, but that doesnt excuse the driving Im sorry about that"

When she nodded her head yes, he grabbed the hem of his shirt and pulled it up high enough so she could wrap the goze around his chest and back.Everything was going ok untill she put the hydrogen-proxide on the first gash and then went to put it on the second

"Just tape it I dont need that"

She only raised and eyebrow and before he could even consider what was happing she had her mouth slanted across his, and just as he reached out to grab her and his tounge started to probe agaisnt her lips he felt a flash of pain and jumped back

"Boys"She wasnt laughing out loud but he could see it in her eyes and he could help but smile at her, he wasnt sure what made him act that way around her and he didnt really care to look into it "There just big babies"

With that her legs slowly went around his waste andw hiw him closer to her and she pressed into him, placing his lips on to of hers he pressed his tounge agasint her lips once again and this time they parted for him, just as his hand lowered to the hem of her shirt and started to push it up she dug her heel dug into his back and he let out a yelp just before the phone rang, pulling back slighly he used his free hand to rub the sore spot and looked over at the phone on the kitchen wall

Looking down at her and seeing the need in her eyes he was ready to do just that when the machine picked up

"Hello Lukas, this is Savanah Myers Im sure you remeber me, I sure do remember you, anyways your mother asked me to call you and ask about when you were picking me up for dinner.I know its not till seven but I was wondering if you could be here mabey around five so we can catch up.Well I guess your at work so I'll wait to hear back from you.Im sure you still have my number"

When the machine kicked off Luke clenched his eyes closed and felt Lexa go ridged under him "Get off" Pulling back he rested his face in his hands and groaned

"Fuck, talk about a mood killer"

With that he waited for the sound of her door to open and close, and then waited another five minuets before he shut the water off and towel dried his hair, slipping back into his shirt and boxers.He stalked back out into the living room and after a hellish ten minutes finally had his side taped up and his shirt over it, leaning back agasint the couch he closed his eyes for a second and was asleep before he knew it.Sometime after that Lexa slowly opened her door and peaked out she hadnt heard him enter the room next to hers, so quitely she made her way out into the living room and found him asleep on the couch, his hiar still damp and a scowel on his face. With a frown she grabbed the blanket they had kicked off earlyer and covered him with it before returning to her own room.Oshe she had closed the door and laid down under the cover awake for sometime crying till sleep finally overtook her
