twin’s grinned at the nickname. “Do you think he’ll switch with me?” Devlen
asked and pointed to the cot next to Zero’s.

Zero
glanced at the cot that Devlen pointed to and shrugged. “I don’t see why
not. He’s a good guy.”

The twins grinned. “Cool.” They said in unison.

CHAPTER THREE

Develn,
Loki, and Zero had just gotten back from the tour of the camp and Develn was
helping his brother unpack his stuff when they heard voices coming towards the
tent. All three looked up as six boys
walked in. The twins were spotted immediately.

“I
guess you two were the ones on the bus then.
I’m Caveman.” A boy with curly hair said.

Devlen’s
eye’s lit up, “Oh! You!style="mso-spacerun: yes"> Can we switch cots?”style="mso-spacerun: yes"> He smiled sweetly.

Caveman’s
left eyebrow rose. He glanced over at
the cot near Zero’s and then back to the twins and he shrugged.style="mso-spacerun: yes"> “Yeah sure.”

The
twins smiled big. “Great thanks. My
name’s Devlen and this is my brother Loki.”

“Hey
yo, I’m Magnet, that’s Armpit, X-Ray, Squid, and Zigzag.”style="mso-spacerun: yes"> He pointed to each in turn.style="mso-spacerun: yes"> “Anyway, we just came to tell Zero that we
were going to lunch.” Magnet said as
the others started walking out the door.
“Are you two coming?” They
nodded and followed them out.

The twins sat down at the table in between Squid and
Zigzag. X-Ray, who was sitting across
the table from them reached out with both hands to snatch their bread.style="mso-spacerun: yes"> “Since you two didn’t dig today, you won’t
mind giving up your bread to someone who did now would you?”style="mso-spacerun: yes"> It wasn’t really a question.

Devlen and Loki looked at each other and then stared
quietly at X-Ray. They both got up and
started walking back towards the serving line.

X-Ray called out, “Hey they won’t give you anymore
bread so you’re just wasting your breath.”
He laughed.

The twins walked up to the server who had given them
the bread and talked quietly to him. The
three of them glanced over at X-Ray and then back at each other.style="mso-spacerun: yes"> The server nodded and smirked.style="mso-spacerun: yes"> He handed them some more bread.style="mso-spacerun: yes"> Devlen and Loki smiled at him and said
thanks. They both walked back to the
table and sat down again. They looked
at X-Ray and cocked their heads to the left at the same time.style="mso-spacerun: yes"> They waved their bread at him and smiled.

The rest of the D-tent boys laughed at the scene while
X-Ray just gaped.

After everyone calmed down Magnet asked them why they
were at Camp Green Lake.

“We did something we weren’t suppose to do.style="mso-spacerun: yes"> Let’s leave it there for now.” Devlen said
quietly.

“Yeah alright.” Magnet agreed.

END CHAPTER THREE

I’m gonna end it today. It’s all I
