MElee sat outside of her parents door listening to there argument.....she had been sold. MElee sat there unbelievingly how could he.... she had come up here to ask her mother about dinner and then had overheard them. she was only 14 years old how could she be married. and to whom! who was this Lander her father had spoken of. was he old. was he one of fathers horrid drinking buddies. hairy and drinking to much this was much more then Melee could bare all at one time.
