My Best Friend
My Best Friend
I feel alone
And know I\'m not.
I have you with me,
But I cannot let you see
All that troubles me.
I keep my troubles deep within,
Hidden from the world.
I feel as if I am decieving you,
But know you have troubles of your own.
I will not trouble you,
I will listen to your sorrows,
And give you any solutions.
But I refuse to trouble you
With things that matter not.
Know that I love you,
Know that you are dear to me.
Know that you are my best friend,
But know also,
My troubles shall never be heard by you.
I love you too much to share them
And add to your sorrows.
I feel alone
And know I\'m not.
I have you with me,
But I cannot let you see
All that troubles me.
I keep my troubles deep within,
Hidden from the world.
I feel as if I am decieving you,
But know you have troubles of your own.
I will not trouble you,
I will listen to your sorrows,
And give you any solutions.
But I refuse to trouble you
With things that matter not.
Know that I love you,
Know that you are dear to me.
Know that you are my best friend,
But know also,
My troubles shall never be heard by you.
I love you too much to share them
And add to your sorrows.
