Kerosene written oct 2005
Kerosene
rainy day, should have known,
nothing good could be earned.
blizzards couldn't cure the burn,
heartaches wound was endured.
i'm giving up on love,
cause loves givin up on me.
I'll douse it in kerosene
watch it all burn to the ground.
Lyin hearts lead me astray,
watching my back
didn't make the grade.
i'll soak it all in kerosene.
Light my heart and
watch it burn
try to teach what
it should learn.
constantly told not to give up
told that it did not fuck up.
lied to & cheated out of
the trust that was earned.
i'll douse my heart
soakin it in kerosene
light it up and
watch it burn.
Can't teach it what
it won't learn
loves burns but so do I
kerosene shows what i learned.
