Christian and the group left the town and made a nice camp along the hillside west of it. Once camp was set Christian went to seek the small lake that they had seen.
The camp was no sooner set when she looked around and the men where gone to the town. She smiled and even laughed to herself. She could hear the music and voices in the distance. She began to wonder if Christian had taken any soap with him. Grabbing her pack she went in search of him.
She moved silent through the trees and soon found herself at the edge of the small lake staring at a very naked Christian floating on the water. She swallowed at the sight. She reached into her pack and pulled out a bar of soap. She generally didn’t use it often but he looked like he could use it and plus the smell really needed to go
. "Here, I thought you may need this." She stood by the water edge holding out the soap. "It isn’t great but it should help with the smell."
He quickly stood on the bottom and walked over to her. It wasn’t long until he stood before her, water droplets covering his now naked body and his extended hand open to accept the soap.
Her eyes followed the water drops until they disappeared into the water at his waist, then back up to his eyes. "The men are going to be very hung over come morning."
“They deserve it” was all he said. “The soap?” he asked as he still waited for her, he took the initiative and walked up out of the water and walked right up o her.
"Oh yeah." She held it out to him as she watched him walk from the water. She\'d seen him naked often but every time she did her mind lost its thoughts. She smiled.
He wrapped his fingers around the soap and saw her smile. “Why the smile? ” he asked as he walked back down into the water until it reached just over his buttocks, he started to soap his body, taking a quick dip now and then to moisturize his skin a little.
"Just being friendly. Smiling is nice you know. Don’t have to walk around with a gloom all the time." She bent down splashed some water on her face and arms. Pulled some clothes from her pack, dropped the cloak and redressed herself. "I really don’t mind being a werewolf but its hell on clothes."
“Well, why don’t you ask your goddess for the ability to save your clothing? Have them flashed away when you turn or something” he walked up towards her and sat in the more shallow water and started to wash his legs and groin.
Again her eyes followed his movements. "Uhhh..yeah.I might do that."
When he was done he stood up and started to clean his buttocks, then he turned towards her and offered the soap. “Could you clean my back?”
"Of course." She took the soap and sat down next to the water. Leaning in a bit she washed him back, her finger trailed over his muscles, shoulders and a few time a bit too low and she smiled to herself.
“You are smiling again” he said as he looked over his shoulder.
"Am I? There all scrubbed. Well the smell is not entirely gone but its better."
“Thank you” he stood up and gave himself a stretch. He smelled himself then pulled away. “I still stink” he complained and started to walk through the forest. He came to a stop. “Thank you”
"You’re welcome. At least you\'ll be able to live with as long as I stand up wind." She grinned, gathered her things and started back to the village herself.
“I mean thank you for saving my life. I owe you one”
"Oh." She stopped and looked at him. "It was nothing. You would have done the same."
“I would, but I still owe you one. If there is anything I can do for you, let me know”
"You really don’t owe me. I\'m sure you\'ll save my neck one day. That was only one of many creatures here I\'m afraid."
“Yes I do owe you one” he started to walk through the forest again.
"Okay. I won’t argue." She shrugged and followed behind him.
As they reached the edge of the forest, he stopped and faced her. “You should talk to Freya about that clothing thing” he grinned as he walked a few steps. “I will make sure you are not disturbed by anyone while you talk to her”
She nodded. "Alright, Thanks." She turned from him and walked a little ways finding a nice clearing. She sat down, closed her eyes, clearing her mind.
