Happy Tails

Lulu hopped and hopped like she had never hopped before.

Reaching the edge of the meadow, she looked back to her happy home. She had never seen Bunny Village from such a distance.  It was so small and peaceful. How could anyone ever be mean in such a wonderful place? Bunnies were always happy and nice. But those naughty wolves... They were still making messes, pushing daddy bunnies, and being really mean to Mother. It made her so mad!

She was going to teach them a lesson!

But the woods were so much bigger than she thought. She wasn't sure how she would find the bullies' parents. The whole place was overgrown with bushes and vines. Who knew what wild things were waiting beneath the trees?

Lulu wasn't afraid though. She could hop faster than any big bad wolf boy. And even though the boys were mean, their parents would do the right thing. Parents always did the right thing. That's just how parents worked.

She set off boldly into the woods, but her only trail soon became narrow and crowded with brush. Lulu ducked and squeezed through the branches, taking care not to tear her pretty dress. Mother was having a bad enough day already, Lulu didn't want to tell her that her dress needed stitching too. But despite her effort, the delicate fabric soon became snagged in the undergrowth. Lulu tried to get free without damaging her clothing, but she couldn't do it.

Mother was going to be so mad... What was she going to do?

It upset her to no end. The whole point of coming here was to help her parents. Now she was only adding to their troubles. She felt like such a failure. She twisted and turned, but only became more entangled.

Lulu was going to cry.

"Caught in a tight spot?" A voice came from behind her.

She tried to look, but couldn't move without tearing her dress. She really hoped it was someone nice and not another one of those horrible wolf boys.

"I'm stuck", she said sadly. "Can you help me?"

"Let me take a look", he said, coming closer.

She waited while he moved a bunch of brush out of the way. She wasn't sure what all he was doing back there, but there must not have been much room to work, because his face kept pressing against her tail. And it must have been suffocating to work like that, as he kept breathing really hard and deep.

It took him quite a while, but finally, he spoke again.

"Ah, yes. I see the problem."

Brown paws worked in a flurry around her, pulling branches and twigs, deftly maneuvering them in ways she had never seen. They were so nimble, she wished her paws could do that. Before she could understand how he did it, she was free. Lulu climbed out of the brush and looked upon the face of her savior.

She was very surprised. The helpful fellow was not a bunny or any other creature she knew. Her hero had a long, fluffy, banded, tail and wore a black mask over his eyes like a sneaky bandit. But bandit or not, he had saved her.

"Thank you so much, sir!" She leaned in, wrapping her arms around him in a warm hug. "I was so worried."

"Think nothing of it, my dear." He held up his paws, wiggling his dexterous digits before returning the embrace. "It's no trouble with mits like these. They can work all sorts of wonders."

He was such a gentleman. Why had her father ever put down these kind creatures of the woods? Sure, maybe his hug was a bit different. He held his paws very low and squeezed rather strangely, but there was no wrong way to hug.

"Oh, no. I must return the kindness", she said pulling back, wanting to repay the favor as any good bunny would. "You saved my dress."

He looked down at the garment, seeming very intrigued.

"It is a lovely dress", he slowly mused. "And on such a lovely bunny." His tone suddenly shifted, bright and enthusiastic. "I'll tell you what. As you see", he gestured to his bare body, "clothing is quite rare in the forest. So even a small article can be of significant value. Perhaps you have something small?"

Lulu thought hard. Her mother sewed her dress in one piece and giving it to him would get her in more trouble than bringing it home torn. The only other clothing she had was her underwear. But surely he wouldn't want that. You weren't supposed to share underwear.

"I'm sorry mister,", she said, ears drooping. "All I'm wearing is a dress and underwear, and I can't go home without my dress."

His masked eyes gleamed.

"Sweet bunny, I wouldn't dare take your dress", he said, looking away and holding up his paw in refusal. He turned back, looking cautiously hopeful. "Though I wouldn't turn up my nose at your panties."

Lulu's ears perked. She was so glad to repay him that she was out of her panties in a hop. Who needed the stuff anyway?  Animals in the woods didn't even have to wear clothes, so why should she?

"Here you go", she sang, beaming as she handed him her white underwear.

Her masked rescuer looked ecstatic. He eagerly wrapped her in another warm hug. Lulu was happy to hug him again and pulled him close. His paws felt even better without her underwear. And the way his boy part poked between her legs was a very strange, but very pleasant sensation. After a few moments, he started pushing it back and forth. For some reason, her lower lips started to get slick. It felt amazing, like a thousand butterflies kissing between her legs and fluttering in her tummy. She squeezed her thighs tight around his warm, throbbing, part.

Suddenly he pulled away and took a big step back, looking very frustrated and uncertain. He seemed to be deep in troubled thought.

His shoulders sank.

"You're from Bunny Meadow, right?", he sighed

"Yes", she answered, confused at his sudden distance. She still wanted more of his hugs.

"And they didn't teach you anything about the woods", he took a quick look around, "or like... you know?" He gestured between his legs.

Lulu thought about it. Her cousin said she went to the woods once, but that probably wasn't true. Father never talked about anything beyond the meadow. Neither did mother. And whatever kind of hug that was, it was new to her. Boy bunnies and girl bunnies never hugged like that, though it seemed like they should. It felt really good and made her happy.

"No", she answered innocently. "But you could teach me, couldn't you?"

The nice rescuer looked as if he was frozen stiff. But then he grabbed his ears, groaned long and loud, and gave her a very serious look.

"You need to go home. Like, now." He motioned back toward the meadow. "You shouldn't be here."

Lulu's feelings were hurt. He had been so nice. She just wanted to hug. She wanted to hug and hug until they couldn't possibly hug any more. But now he was acting like her father.

"But I have to keep going", she explained. "Bunny Village needs me."

He looked at her questioningly.

"Why? What happened to Bunny Village?"

Lulu drooped with sadness, her bright eyes growing misty.

"Wolf boys", her little voice trembled. "They're... They're bullying everyone."

He looked confused.

"What do you mean, 'bullying'?"

"Well..." Lulu fought back tears. "They knocked over all the vegetables, stomped through the gardens, pushed my father in the mud, and took turns bullying my mother."

The shocked raccoon stared silently for a moment.

"And you saw them, uh... 'bully'... your mother?"

"Well, no, I didn't see. But there sure were a lot of them and they sure were mean. Mother didn't want them to bully her all at once, so she asked real nice if she could 'suck their cocks' instead, whatever that means. I think they let her."

Her gallant hero nearly choked.

"I...," he stammered. "Wow... Uh... Look, just go home, okay? I'm sorry, but you need to the the fuck out of here, right now."

"But I can't", she protested. "I have to go tell their parents."

His eyes went wide as saucers.

"What!? Are you fucking kidding me, you're going to Wolf Hill?", he shouted, pointing up the trail. "Are you out of your Gaiadamn mind!? Do you know what they'll do to you?! They'll...."

As he went on, Lulu didn't know what to say. Maybe it was just the way of the woods, but she could barely understand him. She wished she knew more about the forest. Whatever he meant by things like "Knot her ass" and "wreck her pussy", it must have been wild. No bunnies ever did that. And she was ready to learn about the woods. Besides, she didn't even know any donkeys or cats that the mean wolves could hurt.

"...And that's if they don't eat you!" He finally finished the strange rant. "Look, if you aren't going to go home, just stay here with me for a while", he pleaded. "I won't try anything else, I promise. Just don't go up there. For your own good." He looked very concerned for her.

She wasn't sure what he meant by "try anything else" either, but maybe he was right about the woods. Maybe it was a bad idea. She sure didn't know much about life out here. But he didn't know how fast she could hop either. She could take care of herself. Mean wolves didn't frighten her.

"Well I'm going", she stated flatly, stubbornly setting her posture. "You can come along or stay here."

He had been so nice, it hurt her to say it. She would love to stay with him and get more hugs, but she was in the forest now and she had to stand up for herself. Bunny Village was counting on her.

He gawked like she was on fire.

"Nuh-uh. No way. You're on your own, bunny."

"Fine", she said, firmly resolute.

Lulu turned away and hopped down the trail.
