Saiai grabbed his things and took the elevator to the first floor . As it descended he glanced at his watch  . His meeting had ran a little longer than he  expected  , so he called Hanna to inform her of it . She had assured Saiai that it was fine , she would bathe Sora and she would let him take a nap . Saiai thanked Hanna and hung up  . Ever since Nori’s unexpected surprise  and unwanted  visit  he felt anxious  . He knew he would have to be vigilant around Nori  , he didn't want to let his guard down with him . The elevator signaled  his floor and the door slid open.  Saiai stepped out and walked towards the lobby/reception area . “Saiai “!

Saiai stopped as he heard yet another familiar voice call out his name .

He turned and faced Daichi as he grabbed the crutches held out to him and Nori  assisted him as he stood up .

“Why am I not surprised to see you too “?

Daichi smiled sadly.  “It's good to see you “.

Saiai sighed . “I can't say the same . Why are are you here “?

“Saiai ,please, let's just talk “. Saiai looked at Nori with hate-filled eyes not saying anything  . Daichi leaned against Nori as he held on to his crutches  . “Please . I...I just want the same thing Nori does , to see my nephew  ! To be part of your lives . Please “. Saiai ‘s eyes flicked to  Daichi to give him a cold stare  .

“ And I don't  . I'm not going to suffer anymore because of you two . Stay away from me “. Saiai walked past Daichi and Nori without a second glance  . “Saiai please “!

Turning to glare at Nori  ,Saiai scoffed.  “You know  , it's nice to hear you beg for a change  . I think I like it “.  He smiled cruelly at the look on their faces.  Daichi struggled to move closer time Saiai  as Nori made sure he didn't  fall or hurt himself  .

“Nori regrets what he did , we both do . I'm sorry for not helping you ! Don't  shut us out please “!

Saiai rolled his eyes as he gave Daichi a cold smirk  . “Too little, too late , Daichi  ! I begged you , begged you to help  me ! And did nothing  ! You watched  as your brother used and abused me  “,Daichi  hung his head as shame and guilt washed  over him  . “Now go and do what you did back then  ,and don't  bother me  . Leave me alone ! Both of you “ . Saiai walked away before they could say  anything .  Daichi slumped against Nori as he steered him to the couch he was sitting on  . Saiai had so much hatred toward he and his brother,  all of it well deserved  . He let out a  shaky  sob as he covered his face  . There had to be something they could do to make up for the hurt they caused Saiai  .

Saiai sat in the car as he clutched the steering wheel angrily  . This had to stop before it went any further  . He took several deep breaths before he drove off . When he arrived  , he went looking for his son  . He found Sora and Hanna in his room . Saiai watched for a minute while the toddler walked as he held onto Hanna  . Saiai  smiled at the sight as it calmed  his nerves  . Sora looked up and saw his father and smiled  at him . Hanna looked back and grinned  . “Hello  . How was your meeting  “? “It went well , thanks Hanna  . How was Sora “?

“As always  , well behaved . He's just getting ready for his nap “ .

Saiai walked forward and held out his hands and wiggled  his fingers  . Sora  cooed and reached out his arms  . Saiai  took him and hugged his son . “Go  ahead and call it a day . I'll put Sora  to sleep “.

“If you're sure “?

“Yeah ,go on “.

“Okay  . Thank you , I have some errands  I need to take care of “.

“I'll see you tomorrow then “.

With a smile to Sora  Hanna  left . Saiai  let his smile falter as he saw her leave  . He dropped  to his knees as he held his son  . “You're  my world , my everything  , baby . No one will hurt you,  I promise  “. He looked at Sora as the toddler smiled  and reached out to touch his face  , Saiai smiled  as his son cooed  .

Nori looked at the picture in his hand  . The glossy piece of paper showing Saiai and Sora  . He saw the love Saiai had for his son and it hurt him on a level he didn't  know existed  . Nori placed a hand over his mouth to cover a sob that threaten to escape  . When he and Daichi  showed up at the council  building  , Nori  thought having his brother  with him would help  ,but instead he was just as cruel to Daichi  as he was to him  . Gone was the sweet and kind person it seemed , and in his place was this ice cold person  . Nori  knew he deserved the hate and anger , burn Daichi  didn't  . Nori was shocked by the way Saiai  treated his brother  . Nori was deep in thought  and didn't  notice as Daichi  shuffled toward the couch with the aid of his crutches and sit beside him . Daichi placed a hand on Nori then drew back as the other flinched  .”Sorry .I didn't  mean to startle you “. Nori  cleared his throat and gave his brother a watery smile. ‘I -I was just thinking “.

Daichi  nodded to the picture in Nori’s  hand . “He's -changed “ . Nori placed the picture on the table with a sigh .

“ Yes . He has , and it's my fault . I never should've let my pride get in my way . I should've listened to you  . If I had I would have my son and Saiai  with me “.

It made Daichi  want to cry hearing the defeated tone in his brother's voice  .

“Let's get them  . We'll  do what we have to , but we'll  get them back “.

“How Daichi  ? He doesn't  even want to see us . I want to  , I really do , but I don't know how  “. Daichi could hear the desperation in his brother's  voice  , he felt worse not knowing what to do to help him.  “ You can do it  , I know it “ . Nori  looked at Daichi with a bleak smile .

“ I wish I had your optimism  , but the truth  is I hurt Saiai badly , and even if I don't deserve it ,I'm selfish  . I want him back . I need them both “ . Daichi  nodded . He not only wanted to see his nephew  , but to be able to have a chance to make amends to Saiai  . He was deep in thought when he frowned  .”Nori what about if you were to seduce him ? Start over “? Nori glanced at Daichi confused  . “What are you talking about “?

“ You know,  talk to him like you're just meeting him for the first time . Convince him you've changed  and willing to do whatever it takes to get him back . Catch him off guard brother  ! Seduce  him “ !   

“And how am I supposed to do this ,Dai ? Saiai doesn't want to see me . I made his life a living hell.  How does one make amends for that “? Daichi leaned forward as he ran his hands over his face . “Just  try it  , Nori  . Something has to be done or we may lose them . That I cannot bare to happen “. Nori nodded . He had to do  something or he would lose Saiai  , he couldn't even think of that happening .

“You're  right . I'm not losing him or my son  . I promise  you “. Nori turned to look at the picture  in his hand as he tried to come up with a way to seduce Saiai to his side once more  .

Saiai was on the floor with Sora playing with some blocks . While he stacked them  , Sora would knock them down  and burst into fits of giggles when Saiai would pretend to get mad . It was times like these that he enjoyed . Saiai loved to play with Sora and just spend quality time with his son . It helped ease the pain of loneliness in his heart . His son was the one thing in his life worth living for .  Pushing aside his thoughts  , Saiai looked on as Sora would pick the foam blocks and try to stack them  . He grew frustrated when the blocks wouldn't stay in place and tossed them all over the floor  . The smile on Saiai’s face faded when the door burst open and Nori  came in followed by a worried looking servant  . “Sir ,   I have to insist that you leave “.

Saiai glared up at the intruder in dismay .

“That's okay,  Ichiro.  I'll take care of it . Please take Sora to Hanna “ .

“Yes sir “. The servant took Sora and left quietly  . The outward calm was replaced by anger as Saiai glared at Nori.  “Why ? Why do you keep tormenting me “! Nori prepared himself for the other's anger as he ĺooked back at him .

“I know you're angry . You have every right to be . But can't we start over ? Please !  I want a chance “.

“A change  ? For what ,Nori ?! To hurt me again ? Never !  Heh . I'm not  surprised  . That's all you ever think about  . You ! You !  You ! Leave Me alone or I swear you will regret it “! Nori  looked at Saiai sadly . “I do . Saiai you  have no idea how

much I regret hurting you . How I lay awake at night with guilt because of what I did to you “.

Saiai glared at Nori.  “Don't you dare say that ! You have no right to say that !  Not after what you did to me . So take  your guilt and shove it up your ass”!

“Saiai  , I made a horrible mistake.  But I want you back , it will be good,  I swear “! Saiai gave Nori an  incredulous look  .

“Did you not hear me ? How do you expect me to forget what you put me through?! You must think I'm stupid “!

“No you're not ! When you left ,it was what you should've done “. Saiai raised his arms to his chest as his eyebrows shot up  . “Think about our son  . He needs both his parents . His family . Do the smart thing and what's best for him “. Saiai narrowed his eyes as he felt pain wash through him .

“The  only family Sora has is me . I'm the only one he needs . Thanks to you he  missed out on meeting his grandfather,  my father died missing his son because of you.”. Nori felt at a loss.  No matter what get said or did ,Saiai would fight him . And the guilt felt claustrophobic with every word Saiai said killed him inside.  

“So , you're not gonna let  me forget what I did to you “? Saiai sneered cruelly as he answered.  

“I will always remind you of what you did , I will always throw it in your face . Best of all , I will enjoy doing it . So go before I expose you to your people for the monster that you are “. Nori was shocked by the sudden shift in Saiai’s demeanor.  

“What have I done to you ? I..I never “.

“What Nori? You never got tired of torturing me ? Well it's over . Now run along and get the hell out of my sight “! Nori shook his head as he fixed Saiai with a determined look . “No. Fight me all you want , I can take it . I won't stop until you're in my arms “.

“Don't waste your time “. Just then Hanna walked in a tablet in her hands as she was looking down at it .

“You wanted to know when the test results for the muscle/tendon operation came through “? The assistant looked up from the tablet and saw Nori  . “Oh . I'm sorry.  I'll come back “.

“That's okay, Hanna,  Mr. Kitamura was just leaving “. Nori didn't say anything and left . Saiai turned husband attention to Hanna. “You were saying “? Hanna looked on with a blank expression before she shook her head . “Oh Um, yes “. Hanna went on to tell Saiai that Dr. Yamato was ready to test his experimental procedure on a human . He had tested on a horse that was going to be put down.  The operation was a success  , the Dr Yamato needed a volunteer  . As they talked Hanna noticed how Saiai seemed distracted  . “Are you okay  “?

“Yeah , why “?

“Um if you don't mind saying you seem distracted  . Does it anything to do with that man who just left “? Saiai sighed  . “Who is he “?

“He's nobody, Hanna . Just my husband “.
