Miley Cyrus - The Climb inspired this whole thing, as well as my best friend and what he's going through, and does know that this is posted up.





I look at the blank message conversation on the screen, your pictures smiling back at me, I want to hide it, but at the same time I want to keep looking. The voices in my head taunting me, teasing me with what could have beens and should have happened. The music flooding through me not helping the drowsy feeling I have. Drawing me closer to sleep, yet I still look on. 





Days wear on, I’m losing faith that you’ll talk to me. My steps are uneven, unchallenged, almost lost. 





The tone of my phone alerts me from the drowsy state I fell into. I smile for the first time in days, you have sent me the smallest of messages, but it’s enough to make me feel like I’m on the top of the world. I reply, keep trying to get through to you, hope to finally moved something in you.





I lost this battle, you left me again, but I’m going to continue. Believe me, I don’t care how long it takes, I’m going to help you get over this. One way or another we will beat this. And we’ll beat this together
