Eternal Homecoming

Rayne had a viciously secret smile on his lips the entire evening. The icy prince of vampires with a grin on his face, it was making his subjects down right edgy. Which only made him smile wider. With a pep in his step Rayne practically skipped down the long dark stairwell into the basement storage area of the mansion. He couldn't wait to see them! To see HIM his beautiful chocolate boy. His Addais.

Now they could spend eternity together with no one to bother them especially not the twins mother. Boy was she a pain. All that pleading for her children's souls. Silly religious woman he wasn't the devil. It all worked out poetically in the end. He got to destroy her annoying pious cries and watch as her children fed from her. Once again feeding them something only she could provide like she did when they were newborns. Which they were. Addais and Tarelle were the newly blooded his children reborn with his rich blood flowing through their now immortal veins.

And now he was going to usher them into their new world of darkness and blood. Oh! This was going to be so much fun! Never in all his years had he let his icy exterior down, No one in as many centuries as he's been alive have ever seen his more....bubbly side. Except now for his little bloodlings. His blood buzzed with not so pent up excitement as he opened the rusty door to his childrens impromptu resting place. After they had fed they had promptly passed out in the middle of the floor where he'd layed their mothers body. Rayne had gushed at the site. It was a positively Kodak moment. His little newlings curled around their mother in repose as she finished bleeding out all over their dingy once tan carpet. So he'd scooped them up and brought them back to the mansion. He placed them in storage so no one would disturb their sleep or bugger him about the new arrivals.

Which as prince he was so not obligated to answer any of his subjects. But the elders tended to get testy when he left them out the loop. Which was all in their heads. They were never in the 'loop' to begin with,

The old wood door opened with a whine and the twins scuttled back like little crabs at the light from the torch. Rayne had to stop himself from giggling. He couldn't supress his smile though and he knew he must look the picture of a grinning demon. His blue eyes flashing in the torchlight and red hair swirling ominously around his black clad body.

Tarrelle the female and oldest hissed at him and he couldn't help it...he chuckled.
"Feral cat. Do not hiss at your master or he will be forced to tame you in a most pleasurable way."
She hissed again her eyes flashing red, obviously not heading his warning.
"What did you do to us you demon!" She screeched. What was with everyone thinking he was some kind of demon? Did he have that evil glow about him?
"I turned you Terry girl. You and your brother are my children now. My blood flows through your veins." He informed them.
"Monster!" She spat.
"I believe the proper term is 'father.'" He smiled again this was turning to be more fun than he thought. And he hadn't even started interacting with Addais yet.
"Your fiery head would have to turn piss yellow before I ever call you father!" His little Terry girl was positively shaking with rage in her little dark corner away from him and the light. Which was okay for now. It would take a couple of nights for their sensitive eyes to get used to lights.

He stepped further into the storage room.
"You do not have to call me father if you do not wish to. Master will suffice." He purred kneeling down onto the floor becoming level with them.
Tarrelle hissed again clutching at her silent brother.
"Do not come any closer to us! We saw what you did to our mother!"
Raynes head fell forward as he laughed again.
"Oh Terry girl. It wasn't me who turned your dear mother into the dried out husk that is currently decomposing on your living room floor." He lifted up his head and dileberetly bore his glowing blue eyes into her angry red ones.
"It was you. You and your comatose brother over there. You two did it, I just watched."
Tarrelle's face was aghast with disbelief until memory dawned over her features and two blood red trails escaped from her eyes.
Rayne reached out his hand and wiped the blood tears away.
"Oh do not cry. Now she will be with you always."
Tarelle slapped his hand away, which he was kind of expecting her to do. And growled barring her little fangs at him.
"Do not touch me! Ever again!" She yelled almost in hysterics. Her still crimson eyes wide, nostrils flared as she tried to be menacing.
All Rayne wanted to do was kiss her little pert nose that was scrunched up so cutely in her angry face.
"Oh I will touch you again, Terry girl. And touch you, and touch you whenever and where ever I see fit, until the end of eternity." And that was a promise. He stood up to his full height looming down on the pair of them.
"Now get up and follow me into your new home."

Addais' heart swelled with heat and his head was filled with warm fuzzies. HE was back. Rayne! He was back and close. Closer than he had been in four months! Oh how Addais had missed him. His....well now that he thought about it he really didn't know what to call Rayne. His love? No, what the boy felt in his heart far surpassed love. Obsession maybe? Most devoted one? Whatever.

All Addais knew was that he was here near and his heart wasn't killing him anymore. Actually he felt great. Better than he'd felt in four months. Hell better than he'd felt the whole of his life! He had a sneaking suspicion it had something to do with that horrid memory of him and Tarelle lapping at there mothers bloodied open heart like starved kittens. Again didn't matter.

He felt giddy as he walked awkwardly with his sister's arms clutched firmly about his waist. Rayne walked ahead of them in a slow graceful and sensuous gait. The vampires wine red hair swirling around his body. Looking shiny and soft in the torchlight. Addais found he wanted to touch that hair. Run his hands through it as he tipped his head up for a kiss....or more. Shaking his head to snap out the thought. He had to focus on climbing up the winding narrow stairwell with Tarelle attached to him, like his own personal twin leech.

Rayne laughed and turned to face them.
"Don't worry Addais. There will be plenty of time for what your thinking about later." Addais couldn't help it a rush of heat flared in his cheeks and he was greatful for his dark complexion and the dim light.

"Ugh you pervert." Tarrelle sneered in disgust at him.
Addais had the decency to look sheepish.
"You won't be left out either Terry girl." Rayne shot back. Laughing again and not stopping until they exited the stairwell and into the blinding light of an electrically lit hallway. Eventhough the lights were dimmed quite a bit they still burned the twins retinas. Addais covered his eyes and squinted at the same time his sister hissed.
"Oww fuck!"
Rayne just shrugged and threw the torch in a big ceramic vase filled with water.
"You'll get used to it. But if you'd like you can close your eyes and hold onto daddies hand until we get to our rooms."
Tarrelle's eyes narrowed.
"Not on your life demon. Remember we had this conversation."
"Oh right, right I'm never touching you again." Rayne said like he'd forgot the little spat he and Tarelle had only minutes ago, "Well you remember my answer to that, and if you don't you will soon enough."
Now it was Tarrelle's turn to blush.
"Where are we?: Addais managed to croak out talking for the first time.
Rayne turned to him a soft look passed over his features before being replaced by his usual playfulness.
"Why we are home." Rayne said with reverence in his voice,"You are home."
