SUSPECT IS TO BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS
REPORT: A member of the Valkyrie field operations team. Like all members of the field operations team, she seems to have been chosen not only for her various skills but also for the size of her newhalf features. This jibes with what we know about The Valkyrie, in that status is somehow tied to “size”. This suspect is relatively new to the organization, (see attached report) and represents our best hope of infiltrating or bring to justice the remaining members. Because she removes her mask frequently in the footage left at every crime scene, and her body possesses so many unique characteristics (see Appendix 1) she is the most likely to be spotted. This flamboyance, combined with the recent reward offering and push of information out to the populace, is our best hope of obtaining productive information from an out-of-agency source. Civilians may yet be the key to the success of this task force.
LEADS: There are no concrete leads at the moment. Though a tattoo on the shoulder of the suspect closely resembles the logo of the United States Marine Corps, there is no record of a female fitting the description ever being enlisted. The chances or this being an oversight are very low, as female marines tend to attract a lot of press and attention. Digital enhancement of all weaponry visible in videos in which Valkyrie Red participates have either been inconclusive or revealed that distinguishing marks on the firearms have been filed off or otherwise eliminated. A check of tattoo artists country-wide has turned up nothing- which again leads us back to the conclusion that The Valkryie is a large organization that includes members beyond the standard operations team, including members who provide strictly aesthetic services such as hairstyling and body art. Our consultants have identified her smoking devices as cigarillos of an indeterminate brand. Agents have questioned bodega and cigar-shop owners, turning up nothing. They may be Cuban, but are sometimes irregularly shaped. Sales of surplus military goods are hard to track- limited interrogation efforts have turned up nothing. Tracking sales of red dye has turned up nothing out of the ordinary. Sales of combat-grade plastics and polymerization equipment and chemicals have turned up nothing. This jibes with out understanding of The Valkyrie as a self-contained cell that cannot be disrupted by surveillance of contacts.
