Start of a Fallen Love

Okay...so here\'s the second chapter...I do hope you\'ll enjoy it...and once again...this is the first time I have written a f/f story...so please...be patient with me. I worked hard...and the thoughts just keep coming...so please...review so I know what you think of it. Thank you!

Chapter 2



Waking up like I did every morning to go for a run, looking at Loki to make sure she was sleeping like she did every morning, I left. It was the routine I had gotten myself into doing to rid myself of those extra pounds I was working so hard to shed. I ran 2 miles every morning at daybreak, which was slowly but surely working, as you could finally see the muscles I worked so hard for show through my clothes. I was very toned and muscular now, every muscle rippling with each movement I made. Who wouldn’t want me now? Everything had been great so far with Loki for the two months that I had lived with her, and she still didn’t know, not that it would matter to her. However, it was about time that she knew about me, I decided, as I planned everything out on my morning run. Arriving back at the dorm, Loki was awake like normal, getting dressed…every minute muscle rippling like water moving on a calm day. “How was your run??” She asked me as her hair grazed ever so lightly across her golden skin, sending chills down my spine. “It was a good run, do you have any plans this weekend??” I asked as I undressed and prepared to take my everyday shower after my run. “No…why?? Have something planned for us?” she said smiling, watching my every move…making me blush. “Yeah…I do…so don’t go anywhere, were going on a trip this weekend, just you and me…” I said as I headed off to take my shower and relieve the stress that was contained in my body.



As I made my way under the hot water, only one thing came to my mind…relieving my “Stress”…which is something I had to do every day to keep control of my raging hormones. Every day…it was the same, running my hands gently over my lips and down to my legs, then to my heated core, eyes closed…dreaming that Loki was there doing this instead of me. Hand traveling quickly and lightly up and down my sides, making me gasp from the sensation…tracing little circles on my thighs. All making me moan, just at the thought of her even coming close to touching my legs and finally my hot core. Feeling ghost kisses on my neck as my hand ran up my leg to finally rest in between my legs…slowly and gently rubbing my clit. Grinding my hips against my hand…I set a rhythm…moving my other hand to my breast, pinching my nipple as my speed increased on my core. Making me moan, and my body to shiver from the excitement…only seeing her face in my mind as the pace became unbearable and I came into my hand…moaning her name quietly to myself…lest anyone else hear. Finishing up my shower, feeling much relief…I headed back to the room to get dressed…only to see Loki on my computer and reading my story again. Smiling…I got dressed…knowing it had to be good if Loki was reading it without my permission. However, I wouldn’t have let her anyways if she had asked…after all…the story was inspired by her.



As I prepared for the one class I had all day, I began to make phone calls and set up the plans for tonight. Loki going unawares of what exactly I was doing…which was the way I wanted it. I called to make a reservation, and once confirmed…my day went about like normal. When time drew closer to leaving, I started to pack enough clothes for the weekend and all the camping gear I had brought had I ever wanted to get away from the college for the weekend, which was opportune for this moment. I came back to see her stuff already packed, since she figured out we were going camping…she had packed the needed materials for me, but I had to add some more things if we ended up having an extended trip. I did however…take my camera…cause the place we were going was too beautiful not to…even though Loki wasn’t much of a hiker…she would go through it for me. In the end…it would all be worth it. As she came into the room, dressed in shorts that came to her middle thigh and a sleeveless tank top that showed much cleavage, wearing her hiking boots…She smiled and sat down in front of me. “So…we’re going camping huh?? Where to?? And when are we leaving??” I just looked at her amazed at how much she could figure out and wondered if this would work after all. “Well..I’m not telling you exactly where we’re going…but we are leaving now…” I said smiling as I grabbed the packs with one arm and the rest with the other, so she wouldn’t have to carry any of them…she did pack them after all.



As we got into my van, I tossed the stuff in the back seat, making sure that all the food was in the cooler that we would need, and jumping into the driver’s seat. As we drove along the highway towards our destination, I casted glances in her direction…wondering what it was she was thinking about, sitting ever so quietly in her seat.



“So Kira…what’s up with the sudden road trip?” She asked as she smiled…because she knew I had to answer and I had no way to escape her.



“I just thought it would be nice to take a trip and get away from the college, since we can’t go home…we live too far away to do that every weekend…” I said…the reason was feasible as I waited to see if it had worked, and to see if she would leave me alone about it.



She just looked at me, and I guess she had decided to let it go, because all she said was, “Okay…How long are we staying?” as I continued to drive forward on the highway. “Well…about 2 nights and a day, and then back to the college we go…sound good?” I asked as I glanced at her to see her reaction.



She smiled, “Yeah…that’s fine…” She said as she reached over to my dash and cranked the music up as loud as it would go, rolled the windows down. She sang obnoxiously loud and off tune, making me laugh and cringe at the same time because I was a musical person, and I liked things to be in tune.



As I started to ignore it, I joined in to sing with her…still finding myself in tune…she smiled and turned it up louder, knowing that soon enough…I would be singing obnoxiously loud and off tune with her. I got a natural high off it, and it always made me laugh and smile…it was fun and only she would ever be able to make me relax and loosen up enough to do that. Continuing this until we reached our exit, I turned the music off…looking to gauge her reaction to her surroundings since she had not been paying any attention on the way here. Normally we would be surrounded by corn and rice fields, but now we were surrounded by trees…lots and lots of trees. In fact, you could actually say that I had driven us to a mountain…which in fact it was in my opinion just as beautiful and challenging and had many of the same geographic features. Hiking was the best part, seeing the waterfalls that nobody knew about, and a clearing at the top where you could see as many stars as your heart desired…and this was the first time I’d ever taken anybody with me. It was kind of my secret place, my place to go away and get away from everybody, concentrating only on nature and its beauty…at least it was my best friend, and not some guy that would not appreciate it for its true beauty for what it was. As we made our way to the campground parking lot, I stopped off to the side parking and parked my car…getting out and grabbing everything we had brought. “Come on…let’s get moving…we have a long ways to go, and we need to get there before sunset…” I said picking up the rest of the gear and heading towards my location. I had been up here many times, and still…nobody knew where my secret spot was…and they would have a fun time trying to find the trail that led to it.

“What?? Aren’t we staying in the campground over there??” She asked confused…noticing that I was headed the opposite direction. “Nope…now come on…I’ll tell you about it later…we have to get moving or we’ll never make it in time…” I said smiling and quickly heading so no one would see, Loki on my tail…well…she would be if I had one. We came up on the trail that I had hidden very well…I had made it myself…it took a really long time…but all in all…it was worth it.





Switch POV





Even though she was loaded down, I still had trouble keeping up with her pace, knowing she must’ve meant it when she said we had a long way to go. I only carried my pack of clothes and my drinks…which mainly consisted of sodas…and I wished I would have brought water and snacks instead. Never having made this trip before, I didn’t have any idea how long it was…and I began to admire Kira for her strength. She was stronger than I had expected as she carried the tent, the cooler, and her stuff on top of that, which included climbing gear and stuff to illuminate our campsite at night. Not only that…but she was going at a fast pace without stopping, climbing the cliff like it was nothing, as I tossed it up to her and she had to help me climb up it. Sitting me down on the ground, she handed me water and a granola bar. “We’re taking a break…” She said as she drank from her water canteen, but handing me bottled water instead of a canteen…cold none the less. I smiled as thoughts came back to me of her taking care of me, and giving me something I didn’t know I needed until I had gotten it from her. She had always taken care of me, and was always caring…no matter whether we were fighting or what the situation was…she was and always had been there for me.



“So how much further do we have to go?” I asked her finishing up my water and my granola bar, as she picked everything back up, including my pack, grabbing it before I could.



“Still a ways, we have to keep this pace up…” She said as she started on her way. “Wait…Kira…give me my pack…that’s too much to carry…you’ve got to be tired…carrying all of that your-self…” I said a little bit worried about her.





Switch POV





“No…I’m fine…I need you to have your strength and your balance when we reach the next cliff…” I said even as the weight bore down on me as we trekked onward…my legs burning now wishing I wasn’t so hard headed and stubborn. It was heavy…but my appearance to her would not be anything less than strong…I wouldn’t let it be. As we continued our hike…the trail getting steeper and steeper, me having to watch my every step more carefully…lest I fall, I had never brought this much stuff with me before, so It was tiring and stressful. As we reached the next cliff…there was nowhere to go but up…as I looked up to inspect the cliff, putting my climbing gloves and shoes on, ready to tackle the cliff. Of course, I left all the stuff at the bottom with Loki as I grabbed the climbing equipment and got holstered up.



“Okay…I have to climb this cliff ahead of you, so all you have to do is pull yourself up the rope I throw down, it shouldn’t be that hard…So please, sit down…and don’t worry about me…” I said as I began my climb, watching worry creep up into her face already.



Concentrating only on the climb, I made my way up slowly, knowing that if I missed or let go…I was done for…but also knowing that once I was at the top…everything would be finished. Holding onto the ledge, I pulled myself up, only scaring Loki badly when I lost my grip on one hand, hanging on tightly, eventually getting my hold back. As I surfaced over the ledge, I grabbed the rope and tied it to a very large tree…knowing it would support the weight of everything we had brought. My arms and legs burned, I knew I was about to collapse…but we still had a ways to go. Finally throwing the rope over the ledge and down to Loki, I asked her to tie the stuff onto the rope so I could pull it up…and doing so, I pulled it all up in one go, arms burning like fire and sweat pouring down my back and neck. Finally, I threw the rope back down with a small bag attached to it…it was a harness for her, so even if she did let go…the rope would stop her and it made it easier for her to pull herself up the rope…using the cliff and walking up it while she pulled…making the trek that much easier for her. As she reached the top, I helped her over the edge and pulled the rope back up, putting everything back in the satchel…this time only to find that she had already gathered my pack, her pack, and the food…leaving me with the tent, the drinks, and the climbing gear. I didn’t dare start a fight with her as we made our way…finally reaching the spot I wanted to reach today.



“Okay…we’re stopping here today, we’ll go further in tomorrow without our stuff, but this is where we’ll camp for the weekend…” I said…looking at the clearing, knowing that she would love it come nighttime.

As we began to set up camp, I watched her as she worked…I had never pegged Loki for an outdoors girl…but she had very quickly put up the tent and tied the food up in a tree, knowing that there were bears around.

“Hey Kira, I’ll be right back…I’ve got to pee…you have any toilet paper in that bag of yours??” She asked as she sat down facing me. “Yeah, I’ve got three rolls…it’s in the bottom left corner of my satchel…have at it…” I said as I looked at her go through my satchel…noticing that there was something wrapped beside it. She had a confused look on her face, but ignored her curiosity, quickly heading into the forest to do her duty.

I sighed a sigh of relief as I knew she had spotted it but left well enough alone, as she came back…It was time to show her why we had to get here before sunset. I grabbed my camera and put it in my small pack, as well as a blanket and a couple of snacks and drinks.



“Okay…if you’re finished, I want you to come with me, I have something I want you to see…” I said as I looked at her and waited for her to respond.



“Okay…let’s go…” she said standing up and walking behind me as I began to lead the way. As we walked for about 10 minutes, we came to a clearing where the trees disappeared and there was a drop off cliff about 40 feet away from the small clearing. I laid the blanket down on the ground and we both sat down on it, taking my camera out of the bag. Sitting by each other, we took a photo…one friends would normally take with the view of the expanding forest over the cliff. The sun would be setting soon, and the sky had begun to change colors, and the night air getting cooler within the second.



“This…is what I wanted to show you…” I said as I leaned back on my hands and pointed at the sky…the sun setting just on top of the horizon.



“Wow…it’s beautiful…” she said getting up and staring…now blocking my view with her butt. I didn’t complain though…she had a nice butt, round and I think I’ll just stop there before my mind leaves me again. I grabbed the camera and stood behind her, wrapping my arms around her when I noticed her shiver from the cold air. Turning her towards the blanket, I snapped a picture with the sunset in the background, her turning her face to look at me and smile and me doing the same. I quickly let go of her as soon as the picture was taken, lying down on the blanket, arms under my head. She walked over next to me, and lay down on her side facing me.



“Kira, this is beautiful…thank you…” She said as she wrapped her arms around me and laid her head on my shoulder.

“You’re welcome, I thought you’d enjoy it…but this isn’t even the best part…” I stated looking at her, just enjoying her touch…after all, it was just harmless cuddling between friends…for her at least, but it meant a lot to me, sex not even crossing my mind at this point…only pure beauty.



As the sun finished making its way into hiding…the sky became black and the sky began to glow with millions of visible stars…stars you couldn’t see at the college…though you could see many. The moon illuminating our environment so much that a lantern was never needed to see our path. “This is absolutely beautiful…you really love it up here huh??” She asked as she looked at the stars and my moonlit face.



“Yeah…I do…I love it up here…it’s my secret place, a place I come to get away from everything…a place to come think…nobody knows about it, and even if they did, they wouldn’t dare make the trek…” I said smiling, proud of myself for finding this place. “Ha-ha…yeah…that’s probably true…” She said smiling as she stood up and walked to the ledge. “This place makes you feel like you could raise your arms and scream at the top of your lungs, and make all your troubles go away…” She said with a hint of sadness in her voice…and it was then that I wondered what had happened to her. “You can, go ahead…nobody will hear…only god in the heavens…” I said as I sat up, pulling my knees to my chest and wrapping my arms around them…watching her. She started to smile, and then she just screamed at the top of her lungs, continuing to do so until she grabbed me and pulled me up with her. “Come on…You scream too…it feels really good…just let all your troubles disappear…” She said as she held my hand and we counted down together, screaming at the top of my lungs till I couldn’t scream any more. My head was in a rush; my heart beating at a million beats per second…all my troubles and worries, and stress disappearing in the darkness of the night.

“Wow…that was invigorating…I said as I laughed and laid down again, my arms automatically resting under my head….supporting it. “Yeah…it is…Kira…can I talk to you??” She asked as she sat down beside me, knees pulled up to her chest. “Sure…you can always talk to me…” I said looking at her.



“Well…I’ve been having some troubles back at home with some of my family and friends, but I don’t want to think about it…I have so many secrets from them…it hurts to hide them…I have to tell somebody…” she said as tears began to slide down her face. I slowly got up and pulled her back into my chest, wrapping my arms around her, slowly rocking back and forth to calm her. “You can tell me anything…and it will never leave me…” I said pulling her closer and looking up at the stars. “Well…the guy I loved has dumped me for another girl…and she’s not even out of high school yet…but I still want to be his friend, but I’m worried things are going to be weird, and I don’t want them to be…” She said as she rubbed her cheek against mine. “Well…try telling him how you feel…he’ll understand if he ever truly loved you…and I think he still does…” I said rubbing my hand up and down her arm, soothing her and calming her down. “If he doesn’t…then he’s an idiot and he’s not worth it…but I’m pretty sure he would be okay with that…” I said backing up to look at her from a distance. “I have secrets of my own…some that would ruin my life if I ever told them to the wrong person…” I said standing up to sit on the edge of the cliff…feet hanging over.



“I have a secret that you should probably know since you are living with me…” I said as she came and sat down beside me.



“Loki…I’m bi…I’ve had thoughts that I shouldn’t have, especially about certain people, and even had a girlfriend…I don’t know why I feel like this…but it’s a part of me…I know…it’s not just a phase I’m going through…and I’m tired of hearing people tell me that…” I said as a tear began to slide down my cheek.



“Kira, it’s okay…it’s not bad…and it doesn’t change the friendship I have with you because it doesn’t matter to me, you are who you are…no matter what your sexual orientation is…I love you for who you are…and don’t ever change or I just might kill ya…” She said smiling and rubbing my back, making me smile. “Thanks…the words of a true friend…” I said getting up and helping her up…gathering the blanket up and putting it in the pack. “Are you ready to go back to the camp?? I’m tired as I can get out…” I said, my eyes starting to droop a little bit with exhaustion. “I bet you are…being too stubborn to let me carry some of the gear…all the way up here too…” She said, a little bit frustrated with me…”you know…sometimes you’re stronger if you allow someone to help…” She said smiling as she grabbed the pack I was carrying…I just smiled and let her carry it, knowing I’d get griped out if I didn’t. I was too tired to care anyways…as we both headed back to camp…shedding my shoes and climbing in on the blow up mattress in the tent.



“Oh…before we go to sleep…if you need to bathe in the morning…there is a small lake about a mile north of here. It’s dangerous…so be careful…” I said as she laid down beside me. “Okay…goodnight Kira…” She said as I said goodnight back and turned the opposite direction that she was facing…knowing that I’d never go to sleep if I was looking at her. As I began to drift off to sleep…she had mumbled that it was cold, and spooned me saying that was better, her arms wrapped around my waist. Looking back to see her sound asleep, I quickly fell asleep…having no qualms about her arms being around me. I was extremely happy that my liking of girls didn’t bother her at all…possibly even if I had liked her…she wouldn’t have cared…she was just that carefree…and that’s what I loved about her the most. The last thought that ran through my mind, was how happy I was now that she at least knew that I liked girls…and that she greatly loved today’s trip…but it wasn’t over, only for tonight as I quickly drifted off to sleep.
