Touch me,
let me feel other than pain,
let me feel your wonderous lips against mine,
your body warming mine,
melting my heart,
from the blackened cold of life in which it resides,
turn into the boiling,passionate organ which only you can make,
heat enhancing its power.
Save me from a life empty of compassion and feeling,
help me,
show me the way through thought and emotions.
let me hide in your love,
protect me from the numbness,
wrap it round me as arms round my body,
and sleep,
contently and warmly,
your love protecting me,
letting me live,
letting me love.
