Jacob and Alicia

Jacob met Alicia while the two of them were in school together. Alicia was immediatly attracted to the dark brooding eyes, the deep chocolate brown hair, and of course the glare that would burn deep into her soul. Jacob first saw Alicia while she was first entering the school, on her very first day. Her fire red hair and her glowing amber eyes seemed to peer into his very heart, taking it without hesitation and storing it deep within her own, keeping it safe from all harm. Of course the three elders knew that the two of them were soulmates, destined to find one another, and even more importantly give birth to the four elementals. It just wasn't supposed to happen YET. For thier love burned brighter and faster than any of the elders had wanted, but alas, Alicia had developed her powers earlier than anticipated. Which did not bode well for thier future. But after six years of schooling the elders had forgotten that long ago miscalculation and everyone seemed to gravitate towards the two, hoping to feel what they felt. For not very often two people will find thier soulmates, even in the magical community it was rare. But when they did, it was a sight to be seen and a feeling that every beating heart wishes to feel.

As graduation day approached Jacob was more than lost as to how to prolong being with Alicia. She was promised to another man, one with money and power. One to whom Alicia would never fear having powers and would be protected at all times. Jacob withdrew from her, and Alicia from Jacob. For in only days they were to be parted. Fortunalty for the both of them, there was a freak accident and Alicia's fiance was killed in a raging inferno. And untill his death, Jacob could almost swear that the night before it happend, Jasmine had come to him in a vision telling him that he needn't worry about losing his love. Jacob only revealed this to his only daughter. He swore long ago that he would never tell Alicia, for it would have broken her heart and torn the two of them apart. What could it hurt not to tell her after all? It would spare them both pain and misery in the furture, wouldn't it?

On the day of graduation, Jacob proposed to Alicia, and of course, she accepted. They were married on the school grounds with everyone they knew in attendance. There wer parties that lasted for days. They were given spells and enchantments, armor, weapons, and of course all the things to run a house, as everyone thought that Jacob was poor.

Soon after the parties were over and the last of the drink was gone, Jacob whisked Alicia away from everyone and into a very small classroom where he told her then that they would never have to worry about anything again. For she would never want. "My darling Alicia, I have kept something from you these six long years. My family is not poor, and one day I hope to share our story with you. But I cannot do it within these walls. Would you like to see our new home my lovely bride?'

And in a gust of flames the two were gone from the Empyrean School of Divinity and in an instant transported to his families estate. Each generation had added onto it and by now there were ten bedrooms and bathrooms and not to mention working plumbing, huge gardens that would and have fed even the largest army. There were great stone walls that surrounded the entire compound but to any mortal it simply looked like a nice, well kept, if small, farm.

In due time, Alicia gave birth to four children. Jon, the oldest, was found to have control over the earth. Jason, the second oldest was found to have control over the wind. Thier third child, Edward, found that he had control over any type of water. Finally the last child, which they fully expected to be another boy, which prophecy had foretold was to be a boy, was actually a little girl. She was a perfect mix of her parents, her fathers dark chocolate brown hair and her mothers regal like features, along with her mothers amber eyes. If they would have had pictures, she would have looked strangly enough like Jasmine.
