Dominic
Chapter One: Dominic
"Dominic, would you be a dear? The new girl is here. I'd like for you to show her around."
Dominic Nairne blinked, then stopped her filing of the class papers.
"Yes, ma'am."
Sighing, the 2nd year walked out of her classroom. She was always the one to show the new students around. Always the one to behave. She scowled, but then her look softened. It wasn't really anyone elses fault but her own. She was the one who'd thrown herself into her school work. She was the one who'd skipped a grade. It was no wonder the teachers liked her and depended on her.
"Dominic? This is her."
The secretary in the office motioned towards a girl her own age. The girl was tall, though not nearly as tall as her, with long raven-black hair that was tied in two pigtails on her head, the hair still reaching down to her waist even though it was tied up. Her skin was a soft tan in color, and it was obvious that she'd come from mixed parantage. Her eyes however were what attracted Dominic the most. Startling emerald that pulled you in and tried to drown you in their depths.
Taking a breath, Dominic forced herself to stop staring, walking over to the girl, her hand already lifted in offering.
"Hello. Welcome to Gabriel High. My name's Dominic Nairne. Pleased to meet you."
The girl looked down at her hand, frowning lightly before she turned her head away, tilting it up just a bit to stick her nose into the air.
"Don't touch me. What are you supposed to be, anyway? A tour-guide?"
Shock was clear on Dominic's face. The girl had such a beautiful voice, but her poisonous words ruined it. Frowning slightly, she lowered her hand.
"Actually, I'm your senior. You should show some respect. Like for instance, when someone tells you their name, it's only polite to tell them yours."
The spoiled girl eyed Dominic then finally offered up her name, the haughtness not leaving her tone.
"Ashlin Benedict."
Benedict? Something clicked in Dominic's mind as she placed her hands on her hips, an eyebrow raised.
"Benedict? As in Richard Benedict, the Duke's, daughter?"
"At least you're not stupid."
Ignoring this comment, Dominic only showed confusion.
"What's a rich girl like you doing in a state-funded, public school?"
Ashlin's cheeks took on a bright shade of pink. She turned her head to look at the taller female, a glare in her eyes as she spoke.
"Not that it's any of your business, but all the private schools kicked me out and daddy had no choice but to send me to this crappy school! Now stop asking me questions and tell me my schedual!"
Dominic scowled, but took the schedual she'd been offered, grabbing hold of Ashlin's wrist, tugging her rather forcefully out of the office. She'd dealt with rude girls before, but this was on a whole 'nother level. The quicker she ditched the girl, the happier she'd be. Stopping outside of Ashlin's first class, Dominic shoved the schedual at her and turned on her heel, storming away.
"Have a great day, your highness!"
She never heard if Ashlin replied or not.
~~~~~~~~~~~
When lunch came around, Dominic wandered to her usual table, greeting her friends as she sat. She chatted for a few minutes, then sunk into her own world. She hadn't been able to get Ashlin out of her head all day. To think that someone could be so rude, and so un-friendly. It was mind boggling to her. As she mused over this, she kept an ear open to listen to her friends, lest one of them say something. It wasn't long before her friend Jenna spoke.
"Hey, have any of you met that new girl? Ashlin? She's the Duke's daughter!"
Dominic turned her head to listen as Maria spoke.
"Yeah! I heard that she'd been kicked out of all the private schools. All the teachers are talking about it."
Alice, Dominic's fourth and final friend, spoke up as well.
"Do you know what though?"
Dominic, Maria and Jenna shook their heads, as Alice leaned closer to them, speaking in a hushed tone.
"I heard it's because she couldn't share. She's so spoiled that she'd take things that weren't hers, simply because she wanted them. I also heard that she used to get beat up alot too! And the teachers didn't stop the kids!"
"No way!"
"That's awful! But it serves her right for being a spoiled brat!"
As her three friends continued to gossip, Dominic excused herself, dumping her tray before leaving the cafeteria. She was already deep in thought about how much of those rumors were rumors, and how much was actual truth. So deep in thought she was that she didn't notice the sobbing coming from the girls room 'til she was almost past it. When she did notice however, she frowned. Slowly pushing the bathroom door opened, she stepped inside.
By the sink stood Ashlin, her hair and clothes disheveled, and her face dirt and tear stained. For what it was worth, it looked like she'd been in a fight and lost. She didn't even notice that Dominic had come in. Not until the other female called to her.
"Hey, Ashlin...What's wrong?"
Ashlin squealed, jumping back, fear clearly evident on her face before she regained her composure, glaring at the other female.
"Nothing's wrong. I just got mascara in my eye. What does it matter to you, anyway? Didn't you already do your good will service for the day?"
Dominic rolled her eyes, reaching behind her to lock the bathroom door before she stepped forwards, intent on finding out what was wrong with the female. She could feel the galre on her as she approached, but this didn't put her off at all. Instead, it made her bolder, her arms moving to rest on Ashlin's shoulders, holding the female in place.
"You're a terrible liar, Ashlin. As your senior I must insist that you tell me what's bothering you. It isn't healthy for you, or your studys to be so upset that you're crying."
Ashlin immediately rejected the other females kindness, her whole body shuddering as she jerked herself away. Her eyes were wide with bairly contained fear as she backed away, then let out an ear-splitting shriek, darting around the female, fumbling with the lock before darting out of the bathroom.
Left alone, Dominic stared after the other girl, worry marring her brow. There wasn't anything that she could do if Ashlin just pushed her away. She sighed, dragging her fingers down the length of the mirror before she too turned and walked out of the bathroom, ignoring the warning bell as she headed for the locker room, intent on getting a warm shower and returning to her dorm.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
"You serious? If the teachers catch wind of what you did you'll be in so much trouble!"
The second year president pushed her glasses up further onto her nose, her golden-brown eyes narrowing at the younger girls before her. She took an initimidating step forward, a small smirk playing on her features as she brushed her long violet hair aside, then reached for the youngest, a blonde by the name of Shae, running her fingers soothingly over the girls cheek.
"I assure you that the teachers feel nothing for that whore. However, they'll never find out, will they my little beauties?"
Shea gasped as she was brought into a gentle, almost loving kiss before she was pushed away, the president glaring at her and the rest of her "pets" fully. The young blonde trembled as she nodded her head.
"N--no, Miss Erika!"
And once more, the loving smile was back on Erika's face, her body moving forward to embrace the young blonde, her words soft and kind sounding, but full of poison.
"That's a girl. Because if you betray me, you'll get far worse then that Ashlin girl...Do you understand, Shea-love?"
The blonde trembled, nodding her head frantically, tears in her eyes from sheer fear of the elder girl. When she was released, she quickly bowed and ran from the locker room, her two friends following her just as swiftly.
Erika coo'd after then, looking at her reflection in the mirror as she lifted the blood stained strap-on to her cheek, nuzzling it softly before licking away some of the blood, a smirk on her lips.
"And you, as well, Ashlin. Should you ever blab, I'll be forced to make your...first day...a repeat performance..."
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dominic walked into the locker room, passing by President Erika. She smiled, bowing her head.
"Good afternoon, President. How's your morning been so far?"
Erika mearly rolled her eyes. She didn't like Dominic, nor the other females way of always catching her at her crimes.
"As good as to be expected. Have you seen the new girl? Ashlin I believe her name is. She left this when she ran out earlier."
A notebook was in Erika's hand. For a moment Dominic looked suspicious, but the look faded away and she pointed.
"Last time I saw her she was heading for the dorms. If you hurry you might catch her. Have a good day, President."
"Mm. You as well, Nairne."
Dominic watched as Erika walked off, unable to keep her eyes away from the elder girls swaying hips. She shook herself free of the sigh, then sighed, moving forward into the locker room, fingers already un-doing the buttons on her shirt. Because it was still August it was hot, and despite not having done much that day, she was still sweaty and the feeling made her feel gross.
Tossing the shirt aside, she reached behind her to un-clasp her bra, letting that hit the ground as well, followed by her skirt. Then her panties and socks and shoes and she was naked, glancing herself over in the mirror. She blinked lightly, then touched her breast, moaning softly before pulling her hand away. What a thing to be caught doing in the shower! Shivering, she moved into one of the stalls, turning the nob on the wall to let the water on, adjusting the spray til it was a comfortable cool.
The girls colbalt eyes slid shut, blocking the room from view as she relaxed under the spray, shifting to lean against the back wall, a purr slipping from her lips as the water rushed over her, creating small streams along her body. She didn't hear the other girls entrance, nor did she aknowledge that her name had been spoken. She didn't notice anything until there was suddenly a form clinging to her, trembling.
Dominic's eyes flew open as she came face to face with Ashlin, the beautiful girls face still tearstained. She frowned, manuvering the clothed girl from under the spray, wiping away her tears carefully.
"Ashlin! Ashlin, what's the matter?"
Ashlin looked up, into Dominic's eyes before she burst into a fresh wave of tears, her whole body wracked with sobs.
"I couldn't stop her! I tried to scream, but she gagged me and...and...she..."
Frowning, Dominic ran a hand through the girls now loose hair, cooing at her soothingly.
"Who did what? Ashlin, what's happened to you?"
The girl trembled, looking around her, eyes wide and terrified. Once she was sure she wouldn't be attacked, she spoke again, her breath hitching occasionally.
"Th--the president....E--Erika....She...she cornered me...and when I tried to scream, to get away...she tied me up and gagged me. Dominic...she---she raped me...SHE RAPED ME!!"
The hysteria set in, and Ashlin made to shove Dominic away, but the other girl held her tight, refusing to let the now frantic girl go. A soothing hand ran through the girls locks, caressing her lightly as she rocked Ashlin gently.
"There, there...It'll be alright. I'll make sure that Erika pays..."
Ashling paled further, shaking her head.
"No! You mustn't! She can't know that I told or she'll come after me again! Please, please Dominic!! Don't tell anyone! Please!!"
Dominic scowled. The pleas were almost enough to make her back down, but she soon smiled, shaking her head softly.
"Don't worry, Ashlin. I promise that Erika will never come after you again. Not ever. Now, let's get you out of this shower...Up you get."
Shakily, the two girls stood, Dominic reaching behind her to turn off the shower before helping Ashling step out. By now the poor girl was shivering not just from fear, but from a slight chill as well. Feeling bad, Dominic rustled through her locker, not caring about her own nudity, fetching out a set of clothes that the other female could wear. She smiled sheepishly.
"Unfortunately I don't have spare panties or bra's...I'm sorry, Ashlin."
But, Ashlin didn't care. She quickly stripped, dropping her clothes to the floor in a rush, not used to being wet and cold like she was. Whimpering, she tugged the sweatpants on, then the t-shirt. Still shivering, she inched closer to Dominic, waiting til the other female was dressed before she flung her arms around her, holding her tightly.
"...I'm scared....Dominic, I'm scared..."
Dominic smiled lightly, her own arms wrapping around the smaller girl, holding her close. She glanced around, then leaned forward to brush a reasuring kiss over the girls forhead.
"Don't worry. From now on, I'm going to protect you, I swear it. As a matter of fact, if you'd prefer, I could tutor you at home. I'm sure that the school wouldn't mind, and then it would be harder for Erika to come after you. So what do you say?"
Ashlin blinked up at the girl, confusion written on her features. It was only her first day in a real school, and already she wanted to be home and away from everyone. It only took her a few more minutes to decide. Softly, she spoke her answer.
"I...I think that...that I'd like that..."
"Good, because I wasn't about to let you refuse. Now, since it isn't safe for you to be alone, I'll bring you back to my dorm. Is that alright?"
"Y--yes..."
Nodding, Dominic led the female from the locker room, intent on getting to her own room as quick as possible. Upon reaching the room, the two girls were silent, and Ashlin fell asleep the moment her head hit the pillow. A long, drawn-out sigh was pulled from Dominic's lips as she settled beside the other girl, caressing her hair lovingly, her mind reeling. The next day would be hectic. Smiling in mirth, she closed her eyes, sinking into sleep, murmuring, "Welcome to High School" under her breathe as she fell asleep.
Well, what do you think so far? I've been told by a few people that it's my best work (non-fanfiction related). Critism, flames, and comments much appreciated!
