Escape
Flower petal kisses
Blood in the rain
Gazing at the beauty
He guides the soul across
Idle questions
Pressing for help
A man with a golden mane
Touching open wounds
Watching her fade away
Becoming evanescent
Sighing and touching his breast
The silent serpent clenching his heart
Too many dead at another’s wrath
Black eyes hidden in the dark
Gazing at the slain form
He melts back to Tartarus
The swirling shadows lightly touch him
A deep cave
The velvet darkness shades of blue and purple a bruise
Six slain
Delicate specimens, shades in the cavern
Erebus howls his anger ferally
No more of these
Pulling forth, destroy the chains of servitude
Erebus pulls himself from his obligation
