Songs to ease the pain

Sorry

You may not see it in someone’s face
You may not see it in the way they move
You may not hear it in the way they talk
You may not feel it in there touch
And it might not be in there eyes

But it can be true non-the less
It can be like that anyway
For its something, something in the heart
For its something, something in the mind
So don’t you laugh at me when I tell you this

For you can hear it when they say
Sorry Sorry sorry sorry
For they either don’t mean it or they mean it to much
For they either don’t feel it or the feel it too much

You may not see it on my face
You may not see it in the way I move
You may not hear it in my speech
You may not feel it in my touch
And it might not always be in my eyes

But it’s true nonetheless
But its there anyway
For its something, something in my heart
For its something, something in my mind
But you can hear when I say
Sorry Sorry Oh sorry sorry
For I either don’t mean it or I mean it to much
I either don’t feel it or I feel it too much

Oh that’s the only way you can see the shards
Shards for Deep inside I’m shattered
Broken like a glass upon the ground
Broken inside
That is me

It’s true nonetheless
Its there anyway
For its something, something in my heart
For its something, something in my mind
But you can hear when I say
Sorry Sorry Oh sorry sorry
For I either don’t mean it or I mean it to much
I either don’t feel it or I feel it too much

I don’t know when I broke
Don’t know what broke me
But I do know that it was when one thing happened
It was the first time I said sorry and meant it to much
The first time I said sorry and felt it to much
That was when

Down this road

I’ve walked to far down this road.
And there’s no turning back now
I can only turn to the side
Or stay were I am
Or walk on

For the warning it came to late
Not that I would have heeded it anyway
For you see
I don’t hate were I’m walking to
And I’m prepared to take the bad with the good

I’ve walked walked so far from were I started
And I can’t stop, Can’t turn back
And worst of all, I won’t turn aside
I want to walk on
Want to walk on
No matter what comes with the good

For the warning it came to late
Not that I would have heeded it
For you see
I don’t hate were I’m walking to
And I’m prepared to take the bad with the good

I’m sorry if my choice of path hurts you
I’m sorry if the choice I’ve made disappoints you
But I’ve made it, And I’m firm
And Ill walk on no matter the bad

For the warning it came to late
Not that I would have heeded it
For you see
I don’t hate were I’m walking to
And I’m prepared to take the bad with the good

For this road is my road
And this road is my future
For along this road I can see a figure in the distance
A figure as well known to me as my own face
Yet I’ve never seen them yet
My lover

For the warning it came to late
Not that I would have heeded it
For you see
I don’t hate who I’m walking towards
And I’m prepared to take the bad with the good
Were it comes to this road

Treasure

Not all treasure is silver and gold
Nor Rubies and lapis nor other gems behold
For there is love
For there is friendship
For there’s a smile ‘pon someone’s lips
For there’s acceptance
For there’s trust
These all are treasures that shouldn’t turn to dust

And with most they wouldn’t
With most they’d last
Yet these are the treasures to which I cant hold fast
