The Old Well-part one
Wow thanks for all the support. Really, thanks. Anyway sorry that chapter two is split. My so called editor is being slow (I'm not too good at editing my own work but I edited part one so be aware) Part one isn't that short so you should enjoy it.

The Old Well
A day went by since the audition and the results had finally been posted on the board for all to see. Or in the case at hand for all the girls of school to crowd around the small plank of wood as though it had the words of god on it.
Lasha walked down the hallway with her friend in tow, the poor girl trying to keep up with her friend’s speed.
Lasha couldn’t help but rush, any future encounters with Kyle depended on the outcome of auditions.
“Calm down, Lasha” the smaller girl piped up. Lasha had always dragged around Lisa Petigure, a rather mousy girl with short blond hair, and glasses hiding her brown eyes, from one place to another.
The two had known each other since elementary school and were the best of friends. Lasha had always been the brave one, the adventures one, while Lisa, had always been shy and nervous. They were quite the opposite in personality and physically. Lisa didn’t have the beautiful figure like Lasha had or the confidence. Items that she envied about the dark haired girl. However, the blond couldn’t focus on her shortcomings as her friend dragged closer to the almighty board of knowledge.
Somehow, the two girls managed to squeeze through the other students to look upon the paper with the names of the chosen.
Lasha was about to scroll down the list before a sheik was heard beside her. Instinct made Lasha turn around to see what was wrong. To her surprise and amusement, was Abby looking positively furious.
“This has to be mistake!” the red head shouted “Elena! There’s no way that I got the supporting role and not the lead!” the girl growled.
Lasha smile to herself, even if she didn’t get the role at least, neither did Abby. The entire world would be at peace and justice would be served. Lasha then scanned the list for the part of Elisabeth.
Elisabeth- Lasha Berks
Lasha couldn’t help but give out a loud “Yes!” doing a mini victory dance inside her head. She would have continued her mental happy dance if she didn’t feel a burning gaze on her. Lasha turned to see a very pissed off Abby glaring back at her.
“Mark my words Lasha, you’ll pay” the redhead growled, before turning heel and walking away.
Lasha didn’t give the angry girl a second thought as she turned to the paper again to see the lead male role.
Milo- Kyle Brightenson
Indeed there was no downside to this day at all. Lasha was leading lady and the wonderful Kyle was to be her leading man.
Isn’t it said that male actors often fall for their leading ladies. Oh god knows how great that would be, thought Lasha happily. Also having the thoughts that she…she would actually was going to get the chance to kiss Kyle.
“Great job, Lasha” came a smooth male voice, instantly bringing Lasha back down to earth.
Kyle stood next to her with a charming smile on his beautiful face. Lasha was so taken that she only nodded to whatever “The god of all men” said.
“Looks like we will be working together. So I’ll see you at rehearsal tonight?” the boy asked.
“Huh? What?” was the only thing that came from Lasha’s mouth. She instantly felt stupid.
“Well the posting says that first rehearsal is tonight. You are going to be there, right?” asked the boy.
“Oh! Yeah…I’ll defiantly be there” she replied smiling.
“Great, see you later” the boy said before walking off. Lasha stared at the Kyle’s retreating form, lost in her own mind.
“Wow!” chirped Lisa from the other side of her friend. Afraid that Lasha was floating somewhere in space.
“Uh uh” muttered Lasha.
“Congratulations on getting the role, but we need to get to class,” said Lisa hoping that the consequences of tardiness would snap her friend out of it.
Luck would have it; it worked, “ Oh! Yeah we better be going,” replied Lasha, still sounding like she was in a daze.
Lasha turned around to walk down the hall to class when she collided into something extremely hard. Lasha then realized that she had bumped into someone. Lasha came face to face with the chest of Fang.
“It seems we are making it habit to bump into each other, huh kitten?” the taller boy replied dryly.
“Fang…” but she words were cut off by the blond.
“I’ll be out of your way in a moment” he simply replied before pressing into Lasha.
Lasha position from the bulletin board wasn’t far. Her back hit the wall behind her gently as a Fang pressed his hard chest against hers. Pinning her to the spot.
Her breath caught in her throat. Fang had her pinned tightly. Her large breasts were being propped up by Fang’s large chest.
What the hell is he doing? Lasha thought to herself.
She looked up at Fang to see he was looking past her to the cast list. She was about to protest when the pale-haired boy pulled away from her, a smirk on his lips. Lasha seemed to be lost for a moment as she notice Fang attire.
Fang wore and tight white muscle tank top, allowing the many muscles that decorated his chest and stomach to be seen. A green flannel shirt hung off his shoulders, worn blue jeans covered his lower regions, and a tribal necklace was tightly wrapped around his neck. No mistaking why Fang was second best looking boy in school. Even Lasha couldn’t deny that, as she drank up his appearance. Fang in response gave Lasha a mischievous grin before turning to walk away.
“See you at rehearsal, kitten” he called over his shoulder, disappearing into the crowd of students.
“Lasha, are you okay?” asked Lisa, witnessing the whole thing stunned.
“Yeah” Lasha replied turning back to the list, scanning down the names till she came to what she was looking for. “Oh no…why?” she whined. The day had seemed to turn a bit gray in the matter of minutes.
“What’s wrong?” asked Lisa, meekly.
“That…” Lasha pointed at the paper.
The Wolf- Fang Linton
A few black words on white paper spelled out trouble. Everyone knew that Wolf’s Cry had two lead male roles. The part of Milo, a simple yet brave farm boy who is in love with Elisabeth; who the character of Elisabeth is suppose to like and marry…and the wolf, the creature terrorizing the town of Quinland for revenge; also falling for Elisabeth and Elisabeth falling in love with the wolf. Meaning to say the Lasha was going to have to put up with Fang. By the way things were going it was going to be a long play.
The day went on as it usually does. Students sitting in class either vaguely listening to the teacher or stealing glances at the clock. However, some of the class time was devoted to having whispered conversations or the passing of notes, all speaking of the play. Since the cast listing was the buzz of the entire school.
Soon the hours of the school day had waned away. The majority of the student body made their way home, while the select few made their way to the auditorium for their first rehearsal.
The usual silent auditorium now had the chattering of students. Everyone seemed to be excited about the play, minus Abby, who still brooded about not being the lead role. However, Abby’s foul mood only made Lasha happier.
“Okay everyone we will begin in a few moments. I have to run down to the copy room to pick up all your scripts. Be back in a few minutes, no fooling around” the drama teacher barked before leaving the room to the mercy of the excited teens.
Lasha at the time wondered along on stage. A pleasant fuzzy feeling spreading through her as she looked out to the audience, imagining that in a few weeks she would be performing. Most importantly, kissing Kyle floated in her mind. She had to smile at herself with that thought.
“Hey Lasha” an annoying girly voice screech, succeeding in pulling her from her daydreaming.
Lasha turned towards the interruption to find Abby with some of her friends standing off to the side of the stage. Lasha glared at the redhead.
“Do you really think you have what it takes to be lead?” Abby asked harshly.
“If I didn’t than I wouldn’t have the part, now would I?” retorted Lasha in a matter-of- fact tone. This succeeded to make a glare form on Abby’s face.
“You know you can’t have stage fright. Do you have stage fright, Lasha?” asked Abby with an evil looking smile.
This caught Lasha off guard. She didn’t know where Abby was going with this argument but answered regardless.
“No” she simply said.
“Well you should have…” replied Abby.
Instantly, Lasha experience the tingling feeling when someone falls. The floor, which Lasha was standing on, gave way and soon she was plunged into darkness.
She made a soft “thud” sound as she landed on a cushion.
“Damn it to hell” Lasha cursed at she realized that she had fallen through the trap door. She angrily looked up at the portal, which she fell from, only to be greeted by the doors closing again and purging her into complete darkness.
She was about to shout when she felt movement on her hand. Lasha immediately jumped up. It was known that Brandywine had cockroaches and Lasha as any reasonable person, hated roaches.
Suddenly, something small landed on Lasha’s head and started to wiggle around. This made panic run through the poor girl. Lasha’s hands flew up and ranked themselves through her hair. With this she her feet started in a random direction.
A few minutes later, after much excitement, Lasha calmed down. She now found herself in a narrow tunnel. Lasha concluded that she had wondered into the basement of the school.
Rusty pipes ran parallel down the passageway, leaking dips of water. The floor was grimy and slippery. There wasn’t much light, except for the occasional service light on the brick walls. The air was damp and smelled moldy. The entire place was unnerving. Like being in a horror movie with something lurking in the dark. A shiver ran down Lasha’s spine. She gave another inward curse to the devious redhead who had banished Lasha to this pit.
“Wait till I get back up there! That bitch!” she announced to the empty tunnel, her voice eerily echoing through the passageway.
Lasha took her first step when something crawled onto her foot. Quickly looking down she found a large mouse sniffing at her foot. Like most girls in the teens situation would do, Lasha let out a yelp and jumped. Unfortunately for Lasha next to her was a large trolley loading up with heavy boxes. The teen’s sudden movement had made her knot into the trolley sending it down the hall. Apparently the floor was slightly inclined and it being slippery didn’t help slow the run away cart.
Lasha gaped in horror as the trolley picked up speed and veered sharply to the right. The heavy cart smashed forcibly into the ancient stonewalls, making a loud clatter.
If that wasn’t bad enough, the force of the collision was too much for the old walls. A good section of brick came crashing down on the concrete floor.
“Oh shit!” was all Lasha could say.
She quickly rushed to the scene to find a good size hole was now in the wall. But that wasn’t as interesting as what was behind the wall.
It seemed the former brink wall had concealed a hallow chamber. By the aid of the soft glow of the service lights, Lasha peered inside. The chamber was very small with stale air pouring out of the hole.
“What the…” Lasha said aloud as she made out a shape in the middle of the room. There in the center was a well. Yes, an old stone well.
Out of curiosity Lasha, wondered over to the relic. It wasn’t a big well but large enough for someone to fit into it.
Lasha hesitatingly moved forward to peer in the well. She couldn’t shake the feeling of dread in daring to look into the well (complements of horror movies).
Inky blackness made up the interior of the well. It seemed that there was no bottom to the relic.
What in the world is a well doing under the school? And why was it covered up? Lasha thought. More questions whirled in her mind about the well, all the while looking deep into the void. Some force was drawing Lasha to look deeper and deeper, a desire to understand this well. However, the deeper the teen looked into the well more she leaned. Soon gravity took over.
To Lasha’s horror she began to tip into the well. Before she could catch herself she fell in. The once silent basement now echoed the shrill scream of a teenage girl as she was swallowed by the blackness of the well.
