Ch 2
“Zade, hunny its time to leave ill meat you in the car” said a voice
“Mom?” Zade said walking down the stairs “MOM!” Zade yelled running to the door opening it just to see a smashed car in her front yard
“NO!” Zade yelled waking up suddenly she was sweating slightly and was breathing heavily. She sat there for a moment then jumped as she felt a hand on her shoulder. She looked behind her and saw Jase looking at her still half a sleep.
“You ok” he asked and he sat up. “Yea” she replayed then looked out the window, she groaned at the site of the street flooded all the way up to the side walk. “I guess im not getting a ride in that am I? “She ask as she pointed out the window “HOLLY SHIT, not in that, I can’t drive my car in that” Jase leaned back and rubbed his forehead “im sorry I should have just walked you home last night”
Zade smiled and layed back down on jase's lap. “Its fine” Jase looked down at her in some what a shocked look ‘that smile……. It looks so…..so familiar’. He sat there and just looked at her for min until finally the phone rang. Jase jumped and reached over to answer the phone
“H-hello” he sighed as he herd the voice from the other side of the phone “hi mom” He leaned back down to the couch and sighed “Yes mom……. I know mom…….. Im not mom……. Ok ….. Ok …..OK!” that how most of jase’s conversation with his mother went after about 5 minuets of that he got really quiet and looked off into the distance “ your staying longer aren’t you?” he asked “ I understand ….. Ill see you next week….love you too” he hung up the phone and sat there for a just a few more minuets. He looked down at Zade and saw she had fallen asleep. He smiled and carefully got up trying not to wake her and made his was up stairs to the bathroom to take s shower.
After about 10 minuets after Jase got up Zade started to awake again. She looked around with sleepy eyes and noticed she didn’t see Jase any where Then all of a sudden she herd the shower and looked around to see if the phone was near by. She found it and called her dad.
“Hello, dad?”
“Zade is that you …. Where have u been?”
“ it was raining really bad so one of my friends invited me over and well then the power went out and we couldn’t get the car out of grudge” She said not wanting to tell him where she was really at even though she told him most of the truth. “ok well when u going to be home” he said “ most likely tomorrow or tonight if the rain stops and the streets clear up’” “ ok well ill just see you then bye” and before she could even get6 out ‘ I love you’ he hung up.
Zade walked over to the window and looked out at the rain lost in thought. ‘He doesn’t care no one dose’ she thought to her self then jumped when she hard Jase walk into the room wherein just jeans. She turned to look at him not realizing a tears running down her cheeks.
“Are you ok “he asked her as he walked over to her?
“Im find why?”
“You’re crying” he took the tip of her finger and wiped an away the tear. Just that made Zade what to breakdown rite there and she did. Her knees grew week and she fell to the ground sobbing, Jase fall with her holding her in his arms. He cradled her until she stop and looked up and him. He looked about and smiled “everything ok?” he asked
“n-no” she said
“What is it?”
“m-my…..d-d-dad” she forced out.
“What’s wrong with your dad did something happen” he ask and sat there on the floor next to her.
“Yea I called him too tell him where I was”
‘so what the problem then…?”
“HE DOSENT CARE … THAT’S THE PROBLEM!” she yelled but then looked up at him with fears stricken eyes and started to back away from him” Im ….so….. Sorry” she stopped and just started out on to space and in a whisper” I could have been kidnapped or raped and died and he wouldn’t have cared …. No one would” the tears started to fill her eyes once again “the only person that would care is gone and will never be back” she started to sob again.
Jase crawled over to her and wrapped her in his arms “ I know I haven’t know u for long but I feel like iv known u forever and just to let u know …..” he stopped and looked down into her teary eye “ I care” he slimes and wiped away the tears. She looked up at him and smiled weekly “yea ….. I know what u means …. When I saw u last night it felt like I knew u from somewhere“
“Maybe we’ve met when were where younger”
“Yea u never know”
Zade finally whipped away the tears and smiles and stood up “well since we have light now you can show me around” and with tat Jose took her hand and showed her around.
~*alrite im still working on it and since im having som hard times at home im rtying my hardest to get more done and Chapters up .... so let know what u think and if u have any ideas on what should happen next or anything let me know*~
