War of Jealousy

Um.... Yeah, chapter two! heck yes!!!! I really like the way this story is progressing, the chapters are freaking long though, but oh well!

Kal walked through the forest towards Leh\'car manor. It was the only place he knew he could stay since Daniel wanted to be alone. When he was half way there, Kal tripped on a branch and fell to the floor. The black haired man looked down at his hands after he pulled himself back onto his feet. Both of his hands were badly cut .

\"Shit...\" He said under his breath as he continued walking. When he got to the manor, he knocked on the door.

Rhiannon was the one to open the door. Taking one look at Kal she shook her head. \"Bloody hell, Kal. What happened to you? You look terrible.\" Then she saw his hands. \"Your hurt! Come inside, I\'ll help you clean that up.\" The dark haired woman stepped aside allowing the young man to pass.

\"It\'s okay, I can do it myself.\" Kal answered as he walked in and looked down at his hands. \"I just fell, I\'ll be alright.\"

\"You sure? We do have a healer in the house you know. Or if you wanted to take care of it yourself, Nikki can relieve some of the pain.\"

\"I\'ll be fine, I-I just need to be alone right now...\" Kal said as he walked up stairs. \'Shit, I forgot my room was right next to Nikki\'s...\' He thought as he walked by Nikalie\'s room and lightly knocked before going into the bathroom. He slowly bent down and pulled a large bottle of peroxide out of the drawer and poured into the sink. Kal grabbed a folded dish towel, placed it in his mouth and took a deep breath as he plunged his cut hands into the peroxide filled sink. The towel in his mouth would stop him from screaming so he wouldn\'t wake anyone up especially Nikalie.

Nikki looked up at the door when he heard a soft knock and frowned. \'Strange, it\'s a bit late for anyone to knock.\' He slid out of bed and opened the door and looked out into the empty hall. Just as the youth was about to return to bed he heard a muffled scream from the bathroom. \'Kal?\' Nikki ran to the bathroom door and pushed it open. \"Kal, are you alright?\"

The dark haired man took the towel out of his mouth and looked at Nikalie. \"I-I\'m fine.\" he said as he began wrapping his hands in a thin material.

\"No your not, you\'re hurt.\" Nikki walked over to the dark haired man and took his hands. \"Please let me help you.\"

\"Honestly Nikki, I’m fine. I can take care of myself you know? I\'ve been doing it awhile now.\" Kal said as he looked at the silver haired young man and smiled. \"Don\'t worry about me, I\'ll be okay...\"

\"But you\'re in pain, and I don\'t just mean your hands.\" Nikki whispered softly.

\"What do you mean by that?\" Kal asked as he looked at Nikalie. \"I’m fine.\"

\"No you\'re not. You\'re upset. You wouldn\'t have gotten hurt otherwise. You\'re never that careless.\"

\"I just fell, I\'m fine Nikki...please, stop worrying.\" the dark haired man said as he leaned over and kissed the younger man.

The silver haired youth pulled away. \"Kal, no\" Nikki whispered. \"You shouldn\'t do that... Oh, Avren wanted to speak with you when you get the chance.\" The younger man turned and started to limp back to his room.

\"Wait.\" Kal said as he went after the younger man. \"Where are you going?\"
\"Back to my room. My cousin told me to rest, and truthfully I am tired.\" Nikalie smiled.

\"Don\'t go in your room.\" Kal said as he brushed back the younger man\'s hair. \"Stay with me in mine, I don\'t want to be alone tonight.\"

\"I-alright just promise me you\'ll talk to Avren when you can okay? He seemed really serious about it.\"

\"I\'ll talk to him in the morning, it\'s late anyway.\" Kal said as he kissed Nikalie\'s cheek.
\"Alright.\" The younger male yawned laying his head on the taller man\'s shoulder.
Come on.\" Kal said as he wrapped his arm around the silver haired man\'s shoulder and walked with him to his old room.

The silver haired man threw himself onto the bed pulling the older man with him.

Kal looked down at Nikki and kissed him hard on the lips. \"I\'ll never hurt you Nikki, I swear,\"
\"I believe you.\" Nikalie whispered kissing Kal back softly.
\"Nikalie... I don\'t think it\'s going to work between me and Daniel...\" He whispered as his hand slowly slid up the young man\'s shirt.

Nikki gasped. \"And is that your choice or his?\"
\"Mine, he just wants me to be away from him fore awhile, but- my feelings for you just keep getting stronger.\" The dark haired male said as he rolled off of Nikki and laid beside him.
The silver haired man curled up next to Kal. \"Well, I can\'t say I\'m not happy. But I am sorry for your loss.\"
\"I\'ll be fine, I have you right?\" Kal asked as he wrapped an arm around Nikki.
\"Yes you have me, and you always will.\" Nikalie buried his head in Kal\'s chest.
\"Go to sleep now, you have training tomorrow.\"
\"Alright.\" The young man yawned, closing his eyes.
Kal wrapped his arms tighter around Nikalie until he fell asleep.

The next day...............
Kal walked into Rory and Avren\'s bedroom looking for his uncle.

\"Kal, I have something very important to discuss with you.\"

\"Alright.\" The young man said as he sat beside Avren. \"What do you wish to talk about?\"

\"It\'s about Nikalie. I will not blind, I know what has been going on between you two. I want you to be serious with him. If you do not abide by my wishes I will not allow you to see him again. As his guardian it is my right to do what is best for him and I will not allow him to be hurt, be it physically or mentally and knowing you both could occur.\"
\"How can you keep me from him when he lives not too far from me?\" Kal said with a smile. \"And don’t worry, I\'m not gonna hurt him... because I\'m gonna stay with him.\"
\"You\'re going to stay? Why?\"
\"I-I\'m leaving Daniel, there\'s just no hope for us. I mean I love him, I always will it\'s just.... I- well, I\'m in love with Nikalie.\"
\"I see. Please be good to my little cousin, he really needs some one to look out for him.\"
\"I have no intention of ever hurting him.\" Kal said with a smile.

\"I have to trust you on this one. Do you really plan on staying here? You could always have Nikki move in with you.\"
\"I was going to ask him to move in with me tonight.\" the dark haired man said as he walked over to the door. \"I\'ve already slept with him so it shouldn\'t be too hard to get him to stay with me.\"

\"I don’t want to listen to your retelling of such events.\" Avren said with a knowing smile. \"Get out of here. I\'ll spare the kid the agony of training today, but don\'t get used to it. This does not mean that every time you sleep with him I\'ll give him a break.\"

Kal smiled softly. \"In my opinion, you should make him do his training today. He\'s the one who wanted last night to happen so he should take responsibility for it.\" The dark haired young man said as he left the room.

Avren shook his head and went back to reading. Nikki was still curled up in bed, sound asleep
Kal walked over to the silver haired man lying imbed. \"Nikalie, wake up you\'re burning daylight.\"
The sixteen year old rolled over and pulled the pillow over his head. \"Go away.\" He mumbled sleepily.
The dark haired man leaned over, moved the pillow and captured Nikki\'s lips. \"Get up...\"

The younger male looked up at Kal and stuck out his lower lip. \"But I\'m tired...\"
\"I don\'t care, get up.\" Kal answered as he kissed the younger man on the lips. \"Hurry up.\"
Nikki sat up. \"Why must I hurry?\"
\"Because I\'m taking you somewhere.\" Kal said as he looked at the younger man. \"Now get dressed.\"

\"Oh alright.\" The silver haired man pulled on a pair of jeans and a white laced up shirt.

\"Thanks babe.\" Kal said as he walked over to the silver haired youth and ran his fingers through his hair. \"Will you do me a favor?\"

\"What?\"
\"Will you cut your hair for me?\"
\"But-\" Nikki touched a strand of his hair. \"If you want me to... I guess\"
\"Thank you love.\" Kal said as he kissed Nikalie again. \"I’ll be down stairs so... meet you there.\"

Wait, I want you to cut it. That way I know you\'re happy with it.\"

\"You want me to cut you’re hair?\" The dark haired man asked as he looked Nikki
\"Yes, that way I know that you are satisfied with It.\" the silver haired youth smiled and kissed Kal softly on the lips.

\"Fine, if you want me to I will.\" Kal answered with a smile as he captured the silver haired man\'s lips.
Nikki pulled away and smiled \'Thanks.\" he whispered before meeting the older man\'s lips again.
\"Okay, I\'m going down stairs.\" Kal said as he walked away from the silver haired man.
\"Hey wait for me!\" Nikalie said bounding after the dark haired man
The dark haired man smiled and took Nikki\'s hand. \"Come on sweetheart.\"

Nikalie gave the older man\'s hand a squeeze and then the couple walked down the stairs.
\"Do me a favor okay Nikki, go get your mother for me.\" Kal said a she looked at the silver haired man and smiled.
\"Wha..? Okay.\" The young man dove into the kitchen. His mother stood at the sink washing a pile of dirty dishes. When Nikki entered she looked up.
\"What is it Nikki?\"
\"Ka-Kal wants to speak with you mother.\" The silver haired youth stammered.
Mimi smiled. \"Alright.\" She put down her dishrag and followed her son out of the kitchen.
\"Hey Mimi, um... do you mind if I take Nikki for a couple of days?\" Kal asked as he walked over to the younger man and kissed him softly on the cheek.

Nikalie blushed.
Mimi raised an eyebrow. \"I guess so... as long as you make sure he keeps up with his training.\"
\"He will, and don\'t worry about him... I\'ll take good care of your son.\" Kal said as his arms wrapped around the younger man and kissed him lovingly on the lips.
Nikki\'s blush deepened.
Mimi nodded trying to hide her smile. \"Alright, now if you\'ll excuse me..\" She returned to her kitchen.
\"Come on Nikki, let\'s get out of here.\" Kal said as his hand wrapped around the young man\'s wrist.

\"Okay\" The younger male whispered.
Kal smiled and kissed the silver haired man\'s fist. \"Then lets go babe.\" The older man said as they walked outside.

\"Where are we going?\"
\"I\'m taking you into town, I\'m not ready just yet to go home.\" Kal said with a smile.
\"Besides. We’ll have fun, I promise.\"
\"Alright, I have never been into town before.\"

\"Oh believe me, you haven\'t missed a thing.\" Kal said with a smile as he kissed the silver haired man.
Nikalie wrapped his arms around the dark haired man\'s neck and kissed him back.
\"Um... Nikki, there\'s something I need to talk to you about.\" Kal said as he stepped away from the younger man.
The silver haired youth looked at the older man curiously. \"What is it Kal?\"
\"Um... Nikki...\" The older man turned to face the silver haired youth. \"What would you say if I asked you to move in with me?\"

\"I would say that I would love to!\" Nikki wrapped his arms around Kal. \"I thought you\'d never ask.\"
Kal\'s arms wrapped around the younger man\'s waist and kissed him lovingly on the lips, \"I\'ve told you before Nikki-\" he whispered kissing Nikalie\'s cheek. \"I love you...\"

Nikalie smiled. \"I know...\" He whispered returning the kiss with as much intensity.
\"Come on, I want to get there before dark.\" the older boy said with a smile.
Nikki smiled back. \"Lead the way.\"
\"Okay lets go.\" Kal said wrapping his hand around the young man\'s wrist again.

When they got into town, Kal looked at the younger man and smiled. \"Where do you want to go?\" He asked as he kissed him softly on the lips
\"Where ever you want.\"
Kal smiled as wrapped his arm around the silver haired man\'s shoulder. \"Then lets just hang out alright?\"
Nikki looked up into Cal\'s eyes. \"Works for me.\"
\"Good.\" Kal answered as he tilted Nikalie\'s head back and pressed his lips against the younger man\'s. \"You mean everything to me... I want you to know that.\"

\"I hear you, and I understand.\" The younger man whispered. \"I love you Kal...\"

\"Why?\" the older man asked brushing the silver hair away from Nikki\'s face. \"Why do you love me?\"

\"I-I just do. I can\'t imagine life without you there...\"

Kal smiled as he brought the younger man closer and kissed him again. \"I feel the same way...\"

\"God I love you Kal.\" Nikki whispered kissing the dark haired man back.

The older man pulled away slightly. \'Why does this feel so wrong?\'

Sensing something wasn\'t right Nikki asked,” Kal what\'s wrong?\"

\"It\'s nothing Nik.\" Kal answered with a smile as he leaned over and kissed the silver haired young man on the lips

\"I guess I\'ll have to believe you.\" Nikki took Kal\'s hand. \"Come on; let\'s do something besides just standing here.\"

Kal smiled and took the silver haired man\'s hand. \"Alright let’s get out of here.\" He started walking towards a large building.

\"What\'s in there?\" Nikki asked awestruck.

\"We\'re going to stay here for a couple of days alright?\" Kal said as he kissed the younger man\'s fist.

\"O-okay.\"

\"Come on love.\" Kal said as he took the silver haired man\'s hand and took him inside.

Nikki looked up at Kal. \"Why have you brought me here?\"

\"I told you, I don\'t want to go to my house, and I want to spend some time with you away from the manor.\" Kal answered with a smile.

\"Hmm, I\'m glad you want to send time with me.\" Nikalie wrapped his arms around Kal and buried his head underneath the older man\'s chin.

\"You know I love you Nikki, I want to spend as much time with you as I can.\"

That makes me very happy, but let’s not just stands here. We\'re getting odd looks.\"

Kal wrapped his arms around Nikki and held him close to his chest. \"Who cares what people think? As long as you\'re with me right now and forever?\"

\"D-do you mean that? That you\'ll be with me forever? I-I wont have to worry about getting hurt because I\'m so different?\"

\"Yes, Of course I meant it.\" Kal said as he kissed the silver haired man and smiled. \"You\'re all I need and all I\'ll ever need.\"

\"Thank you Kal.\"

\"You know I mean every word.\"

Nikki smiled softly up at the older man. \"I love you.\"

\"I love you too Nikki...\" Kal said as he leaned over and kissed the younger man softly on the lips. \"With all my heart you know I love you...\"

\"Kal?\"

The dark haired man pulled slowly away to find Daniel leaning against the wall. \"Danny?\"

\"I didn\'t think I\'d see you here.\" He glanced shortly at Nikalie and his eyes filled with tears. \"You told me that he didn\'t mean anything to you and that you\'d stay away from him! Damn it Kal, you can never be honest with me or you’re self!\"

\"Daniel...\"

\"No!\" The brunette said as he walked away. \"I hate you, I used to love you but now... oh god, I hate you.....\"

\"Babe...\"

\"Kal...” Nikki whispered, reaching out to touch the taller man\'s arm, \"Just let him go.\"

The dark haired male looked at Nikki and brushed back the younger man\'s hair. \"You have no idea how hard this is Nikki...\" He pulled the younger man into his arms and kissed him softly on the lips. \'But from this moment on... I\'m your\'s... Daniel\'s a thing in the past, you\'re my future my love.\" He whispered wrapping his arms around the silver haired man.

Nikki tucked his head under Kal\'s chin and nuzzled his neck affectionately

\"You\'re all I need Nikki...\" The older man said with a smile. \"You\'re all I\'ll ever need...\"

The silver haired man looked up. \"Prove it to me.\"

And how may I ask do you want me to prove it to you?\" Kal answered as he pulled Nikki closer to him

\"Oh I\'m sure you\'ll think of something.\" Nikki grinned.


Kal smiled and kissed the silver haired man softly on the lips again. \"Come on my love...\" The older man said as he took Nikki up the stairs and into the room.

The sliver haired man scanned the room. \"There is only one bed I see.\" Nikki said a suggestive gleam in his eye.

\"I\'m gonna go into town and get something, you take a shower okay?\" Kal asked with a smile as he leaned over and kissed Nikki.

\"Mmm...Alright. Don\'t be gone to long okay?\"

“I won\'t, I promise...\" Kal said with a smile as he left the hotel room.

After Nikalie finished his shower, he pulled on a robe and sat on the bed, deciding to read a book until his hair dried.

Kal walked into the room and smiled at Nikki. \"Hey you.\" He said as he walked over to the bed got down on his knees and kissed the silver haired man.

\"Kal, you’re earlier than I thought you\'d be.\" Nikki smiled. \"Not that I mind. You probably like my state of undress, am I right?\"

\"Of course I don\'t\" Kal said returning the smile as he wrapped his arms around the younger man\'s waist and pulled him closer. \"You look so cute in robes.... especially when you just get out of the shower.\" the dark haired man said as he kissed Nikki on the lips. \"Maybe I should take a shower too.\"

The silver haired man laughed. \"But surely you wouldn\'t want to be all alone...\" The younger male purred, running his fingers through Kal\'s dark hair.

\"You know,\" Nikki said propping his head on his hand. \"There is another robe in the bathroom, if you want to use it.\"

Kal moved his fingers gently over the straps that tied the robe together as he leaned over and kissed Nikki on the lips. \"Why...?\" He whispered softly, his fangs moving gently over the younger man\'s bottom lip. \"When I\'d much rather take yours off...\" The younger male\'s lips parted as his breath quickened, but made no move to stop the older man.

Kal\'s hand slid slowly up Nikki\'s leg as he pulled the younger man closer to his, and then slowly pulled away. \"I- I can\'t....I can\'t do this...\" He whispered his lips only inches away from the silver haired teens.

\"Kal, what\'s wrong?\"

\"It\'s just.... the whole thing with Daniel...\" Kal smiled and wrapped his arms around Nikki\'s waist and pulled him back into his arms. \"Forget about it...\" The dark haired man said as he kissed the younger male fully on the lips. \"You\'re the only thing in my life that I need to worry about.... You\'re my life now Nikki.... only you.\"

The younger man crushed his lips against the dark haired male\'s. \"Please try to remember that.\"

\'Always...\" Kal breathed, his hands moving gently up the silver haired man\'s back. Nikalie let a soft moan pass his lips as his eyes fluttered closed. The dark haired man smiled as he pulled Nikki closer to him. \"Look at me Nikki...\" Kal whispered softly as his lips brushed gently against the younger man\'s. The silver haired man\'s eyes opened and locked on Kal\'s.

\"I shouldn\'t have done the things I\'ve done in the past...” He said softly taking both of Nikki\'s hands into his. \"I should have never have been with Daniel, I should have just told you how I felt about you along time ago... and I\'m sorry that I didn\'t.\" Kal kissed the younger man firmly on the lips. \"But I\'m glad I have you now... I won’t lose you...\"

\"I am right here...\" the younger man whispered, meeting the dark haired man\'s lips.

\"I know you are...\" Kal answered as he slid his hand on to the back of the silver haired man\'s neck and kissed him back.

Nikki nuzzled his lover\'s neck. \"Don’t ever forget it K?\"

\"I won\'t.\" The dark haired man said as he gently laid Nikki back on the bed and looked into his eyes. \"I won\'t ever hurt you Nikki, you\'re my one and only, there\'s no going back to Daniel now.\"

Nikalie smiled and wrapped his arms around Kal\'s neck. \"Thank you...my love.\"
